<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis elemen kendala inovasi ikan terbang asap pada UKM di Kabupaten Majene, kemudian menentukan faktor kunci atau elemen kunci dari kendala yang dihadapi dalam masalah inovasi ikan terbang asap , penelitian ini dilakukan pada UKM yang memproduksi ikan terbang asap dengan sampel sejumlah UKM, pemerintah, dan pakar akademisi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah; kuisioner; wawancara dengan responden UKM; dan wawancara mendalam dengan pakar yaitu pemerintah dan akademisi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menerapkan ISM (Interpretative Structural Modelling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 12 faktor kendala inovasi ikan terbang asap yaitu kurangnya kompetensi SDM (7), dan kurangnya pemahaman manajemen usaha (10), adanya sistem nilai dan budaya (P8), Teknologi yang dianut oleh pelaku UKM (P5) merupakan faktor kunci dalam elemen kendala berada pada sektor IV (Independent).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial self efficeacy (x1) and motivation (x2) as independent variabels to the performance of UMKM (Y) as the dependent variable on the processed sector in Tabalong RegencyThis research method used questionnaires to the perpetrators of MSMEs in the processed sector in Tabalong Regency as many as 82 people. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Measurement variable used likert scale technique eith the scale weight 1 to 5. To see the effects of variable X to Variable Y using multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result of this research conludes that thare are positive and significant effects from each independent variable to dependent variable. From the research results, it can be seen that the highest percentage is the Motivation compared to Enterpreneirial Self Efficacy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture (X1) and communication (X2) as partially independent variables on employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable at Bank BTN Conventional and Syariah Banjarmasin & Banjarbaru areas. This research method uses a survey method approach by providing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were 184 people, while the sample in this study was conducted by using the Probabilty Sampling technique, namely by using Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling with a total of 125 respondents. This type of research is a quantitative and explanatory research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study conclude that partially Organizational Culture has a significant effect on the Employee Performance of Bank BTN in Banjarmasin & Banjarbaru areas, South Kalimantan. The resulting influence shows a positive relationship to performance, that is, Organizational Culture is a habit that has been implemented in the Bank so that employee behavior / attitudes can coincide with one another. Other than that, Communication also has a significant effect on the Employee Performance of Bank BTN in the Banjarmasin & Banjarbaru areas, South Kalimantan. The resulting influence shows a positive relationship with performance. That is, Communication has an impact on performance. The communication that is established is very good and is as expected in coordination.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak: This action research aims to improve student learning outcomes by using a model in the Elementary School Snowball Throwing 130 004 Tanjungbalai. This study was conducted in three cycles. The subjects were students of class IV Elementary School 130 004 Tanjungbalai. The object of research is science student learning outcomes. The results were obtained by increasing the average value of 6.4 students in the first cycle to 8.0 in the third cycle. An increase in student learning completeness of 43.33% in the first cycle to 100% in the third cycle. Kata kunci: Snowball Throwing  Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model Snowball Throwing di SD Negeri 130004 Tanjungbalai. <![CDATA[Abstrak: The purpose of this action research is to improve student learning outcomes by using a model Snowball Throwing in SD Negeri 130004 Tanjungbalai. <![CDATA[Kegiatan literasi merupakan kegiatan yang penting dalam dunia pendidikan, dan memang kegiatan utama literasi ini adalah literasi membaca. Tim pengabdian masyarakat merealisasikan pendirian pojok baca di wilayah Berangas, Barito Kuala. Wilayah Berangas menjadi lokasi yang dipilih untuk pendirian pojok baca karena pada wilayah ini banyak terdapat anak-anak usia pra sekolah maupun usia sekolah yang tepat menjadi khalayak sasaran bagi kegiatan pengabdian ini. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, yang merupakan kegiatan untuk mengetahui kondisi dan situasi masyarakat khalayak sasaran. Tahap kedua yaitu tahap pelaksanaan dan penyusunan laporan kegiatan, tahapan ini merupakan proses pendirian pojok baca pada lokasi yang sudah ditentukan, yaitu di Jalan Berangas Kabupaten Barito Kuala, sekaligus mempersiapkan perlengkapan bagi pendirian pojok baca tersebut. Perlengkapan ini berupa bahan bacaan yang terdiri dari buku cerita anak, ensiklopedia anak, hingga buku-buku yang dapat menambah wawasan anak. Tahap terakhir yaitu penyususnan laporan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang berisi gambaran mengenai pelaksanaan kegiatan yang ditujukan kepada khalayak sasaran. Dengan adanya kegiatan pendirian pojok baca ini maka mampu meningkatkan minat baca pada anak baik usia pra sekolah maupun anak anak pada usia sekolah, serta mampu menyediakan fasilitas bacaan sederhana yang dapat dimanfaatkan khalayak sasaran untuk menambah pengetahuan dan minat baca sejak usia dini.]]>

<![CDATA[Biosecurity is something that greatly influences livestock production, especially in reducing the risk and consequences of the introduction of infectious diseases. Therefore, the implementation of biosecurity must be implemented well so that livestock are not easily affected by disease and can produce with good economic efficiency and achieve target production. The aim of this research is to determine the level of biosecurity implementation in layer chickens farms in East Banggae District. This research was carried out in East Banggae District, Majene Regency from August to October 2022 . This type of research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The sample used in this research was 17 breeders. This research instrument uses a questionnaire whose contents are structured questions/statements, closed answer options using a measurement scale, namely the Guttman scale. The implementation of biosecurity observed in this research is isolation, sanitation and traffic control. Data analysis in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that the application of biosecurity is isolation with a percentage of 75%, sanitation with a percentage of 68.4%, and traffic control with a percentage of 22.2%. <![CDATA[The consequences of the main tasks and functions of the provincial National Narcotics Agency (NNA) in the program of prevention, eradication, abuse, and illicit narcotics (P4GN) require the availability of reliable human resources who enjoy their work and are therefore closely tied to their work. Employees who have a sense of attachment to their work enable the implementation of their main duties, both as a team and individually. A solid team certainly consists of individuals who like their work and who have engagement with their work. This study was conducted to analyze the role of intrinsic motivation in mediating the effect of occupational self-efficacy on National Narcotics Agency (NNA) Officers' work engagement in Banjarmasin (South Kalimantan). The research population was equal to its sample size, including 61 NNA employees, whereas the sample size was taken using a total sampling technique. Data was collected through a survey by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. Data was analyzed with path analysis techniques using SPSS version 26. The findings show that self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on intrinsic motivation and work engagement. Intrinsic motivation significantly affects employees’ work engagement. Intrinsic motivation significantly and partially mediates the influence of occupational self-efficacy on NNA employee’s work engagement.]]>
