Abstract

The problems of this research was "whether Students Learning Motivation could be improved through group guidance services". The purpose of the research was to determine whether there was an increase in Students Learning Motivation through group guidance in students of grade VII junior high school 13 Bandar Lampung. The method in this research was one-group pretest-posttest design. Research subjects were 10 VII students of class VII. Data analyzed techniques used Students Learning Motivationscale. The analyzed data using Wilcoxon test obtained 0.005 the probability which less than 0.05 it meants Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meant that there was increase in Students Learning Motivation before and after being given a group guidance service. The analysis also showed an increase of 48,84%. The conclusion was the Students Learning Motivation could be improved through group guidance services at junior high school 13 Bandar Lampung Lesson Year 2016/2017.Permasalahan penelitian adalah Apakah motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok secara tepat pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode pre eksperiment dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 10 siswa kelas VII. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, diperoleh angka probabilitas 0.005 yang kurang dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat peningkatan pada motivasi belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberi layanan bimbingan kelompok. Hasil analisis juga memperlihatkan peningkatan sebesar 48,84%. Kesimpulannya adalah motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siswa SMP Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Kata kunci: bimbingan kelompok, bimbingan konseling, motivasi belajar siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the increasing of learning motivation by using group counseling. Research problem was low learning motivation. Research method was experimental method technique with one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects are students of grade VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Metro, six students. Research results obtained during mean score of 60.2 and increased to 101.3 or increased to 40%. Data gained the using learning motivation scale. It is shown from the pretest and posttest results obtained zhitung = -2.201 and ztabel 0.05 = 2.015. Because zoutput ztabel then, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that learning motivation can be increased by using group counselling. Conclusion of this research is learning motivation can increase by using group counselling of the students grade VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Metro Academic Year 2013/2014. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar menggunakan konseling kelompok. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar rendah. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Metro, sebanyak enam siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian pada saat diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 60,2 meningkat menjadi 101,3 atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 40% Hal ini ditunjukkan juga dari hasil pretest dan posttest yang diperoleh zhitung =-2,201 dan ztabel  0,05 = 2,015. Karena zhitung ztabel  maka Ha diterima, , artinya motivasi belajar dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Metro Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, konseling kelompok, motivasi belajar

Abstract

The aims of this research was to determine corelations of student’s motivation and using of school learning facilities to students' learning achievement. The method used in this research was correlation method. The subjects in the study  were 36 students gotten by random sampling technique. Data collecting techniques  using a scale of motivation to learn and questionaire of utilization of school facilities . The results obtained indicate that there was a relationship between learning motivation and utilization of student learning, it was shown from the results of data analysis using Person Product Moment Correlation (r) tehniques, r output by 0.4 then consulted with r tabel of 0.325. The conclusion is  there is a corelations between learning motivation and using learning of school  learningn facilities to students learning achievement.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi belajar siswa dengan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar di sekolah pada siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasi. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 siswa yang didapat melalui teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan skala motivasi belajar dan angket pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar siswa, ditunjukkan dari hasil analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Person Product Moment (r), diperoleh nilai rhitung sebesar 0,4 kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan rtabel sebesar 0,325. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar di sekolah pada siswa.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, fasilitas belajar, motivasi belajar siswa

Abstract

According to the Republic of Indonesia National Police data for 2017, an average of 3 people dies every hour due to road accidents, caused by a human, vehicle, infrastructure, and environmental factors. The objective describes traffic behavior in millennial generation. The research method used is a mixed method. The location of the study was conducted in the city of Bandar Lampung and Pesawaran district. This study used a questionnaire and an interview sheet. The Mann Whitney test was used to determine differences between groups. Qualitative data is formulated for the conclusion. The findings of the research data shown there is no difference in driving knowledge scores between program and non-program schools, and there is no difference in knowledge scores about traffic signs between a program and non-program schools. Based on the results of interviews in 4 schools that did not receive the Police Goes to School Education program, 2 of them in the past 3 years did not receive the program, while 2 others have never received the Police Goes to School education program. Menurut data Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia tahun 2017, rata-rata 3 orang meninggal setiap jamnya akibat kecelakaan di jalan raya yang disebabkan oleh faktor manusia, kendaraan, infrastruktur, dan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan perilaku lalu lintas pada generasi milenial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kota Bandar Lampung dan Kabupaten Pesawaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar wawancara. Tes Mann Whitney digunakan untuk menentukan perbedaan antar kelompok. Data kualitatif dirumuskan sebagai kesimpulan. Temuan data penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan skor pengetahuan mengemudi antara sekolah dengan program dan non-program, dan tidak ada perbedaan skor pengetahuan tentang rambu lalu lintas antara sekolah dengan program dan non-program. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara di 4 sekolah yang tidak menerima edukasi dalam program Police Goes to School, 2 di antaranya dalam 3 tahun terakhir tidak menerima program tersebut, sedangkan 2 lainnya tidak pernah menerima program pendidikan Police Goes to School.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: COUNSELOR CHARACTERISTIC AMONG CANDIDATED COUNSELOR BASED ON GENDER GROUP DIFFERENCES A qualified counselor will determine the success of the counseling process. Three characteristics are needed and determine the quality of a counselor, namely: (1) congruence (authentic), (2) unconditional positive regard (acceptance), and (3) empathy (empathy). This study aims to describe the characteristics of counselors based on gender groups. The research sample consisted of 68 prospective counselor students who were divided into gender groups. The measuring instrument uses a counselor characteristic test developed using controversial statements with alternative Likert scale answers. The results of the study found that there were significant differences in the characteristics of counselors among students of the guidance and counseling study program based on differences in gender groups. There is a significant difference between the need to develop educational programs and effective counselor training for male and female students. The development of congruence characteristics is more needed for male students, while female students on the characteristics of unconditional positive regard. A larger sample size is needed to increase heterogeneity, and additional interviews are conducted individually to deepen the discussion. Key words: counselor characteristics, gender, measurement of emphaty, psychological instrument.  Konselor yang berkualitas akan menentukan keberhasilan proses konseling. Tiga karakteristik yang diperlukan dan menentukan kualitas konselor, yaitu: (1) congruence (otentik), (2) unconditional positive regard (penerimaan), dan (3) empathy (empati). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran karakteristik konselor berdasarkan kelompok gender. Sampel penelitian merupakan 68 mahasiswa calon konselor yang dibagi berdasarkan kelompok gender. Alat ukur menggunakan tes karakteristik konselor yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan pernyataan kontroversial dengan alternatif jawaban skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menemukan ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam karakteristik konselor pada mahasiswa program studi bimbingan dan konseling berdasarkan perbedaan kelompok gender. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kebutuhan pengembangan program pendidikan dan pelatihan konselor yang efektif bagi mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Pengembangan karakteristik congruence lebih dibutuhkan untuk mahasiswa laki-laki, sementara mahasiswa perempuan pada karakteristik unconditional positive regard. Jumlah sampel yang lebih besar diperlukan untuk meningkatkan heterogenitas, dan melakukan wawancara tambahan secara individual untuk memperdalam diskusi. Kata kunci: karakteristik konselor, gender, pengukuran empati, instrumen psikologi.

Abstract

DIMENSIONS OF PI'IL PESENGGIRI ULUN LAMPUNG'S IDENTITY IN INDIGENOUS COUNSELING DEVELOPMENT: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW. This research was conducted to find out and understand the meaning of pi'il pesenggiri as one of the dimensions of Lampung's ulun identity in the development of indigenous counseling. The method used is a systematic review of a number of articles about pi'il pesenggiri in reputable journals. A search on journal databases such as DOAJ, microsoft academic, and researchgate found 234 journals with the keyword pi'il pesenggiri. Furthermore, the journals were collected for a screening process and their eligibility according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria determined by the researcher. Based on the screening process, 5 articles were obtained which were the subject of research studies. The results showed that pi'il pesenggiri is the philosophy of life of ulun Lampung which refers to self-esteem and honor. Includes aspects of 1) Bejuluk Adek, 2) Nemui Nyimah, 3) Nengah Nyappur, and 4) Sakai Sambaiyan. The value of pi'il pesenggiri can be a potential in the development of customary extension. These values ​​can be the basis for increasing the multicultural competence of counselors in terms of understanding and knowledge of local wisdom. This is based on the content possessed by pi'il pesenggiri for ulun Lampung in the form of divine values ​​(holiness), religious values, spiritual values, moral values, intellectual values, individual values, social values, and material values. These values ​​can be re-condensed into divine values, human values, and life values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each accountability evaluation model, in order to make counseling programs easier for counselors to carry out. The method used was qualitative research, which focuses on meanings, definitions, characteristics, symbols and explanations of the concepts learned. The research data was collected through literature reviews and document analysis. In this study, descriptive document analysis methods were also used in data measurement. Descriptive analysis method aims to test the facts and meanings of a research systematically. This model was formed based on different initial goals in the implementation of counseling services. Moreover, Accountability Evaluation Models of School Counseling Program has each of its advantages and disadvantages. The counselor should choose part of the models which is appropriate to the situation and easy to implement in the school, in order for the implementation processes of the institution counseling program to be measured and planned in the future.

Abstract

The role of guidance and counseling at school is one component of education aimed at helping facilitate learners (students) to achieve optimal self-development. Providing facilities for the development of students' abilities and self-establishment is one of the duties of Guidance and Counseling teachers at school. In a vocational high school that prepares students to become work-ready graduates, counseling teachers take part in shaping the work-ready character of these students, by providing guidance and counseling services to students according to their needs, but as we all know, new student learning takes place offline again after the last two years of running online due to the covid-19 virus outbreak which requires online learning from home making it less optimal to provide guidance and counseling services. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 513 respondents with a sample of 128 respondents, this research was conducted at SMK 8 Bandar Lampung, data collection techniques using a work readiness questionnaire and analysis of work readiness personality attributes. There were 128 students in class XI of SMK Negeri 08 Bandar Lampung, 70 students (54.6%) had high work readiness, 56 students (43.7%) had moderate work readiness, and 2 students (1.5%) had low work readiness.... Students already have self-mastery of the attitudes and behaviors that a person must have to be declared ready to work. In this study, the form of work readiness is reviewed from personality attributes, namely work ethics, responsibility, enthusiasm for effort, time management, critical thinking skills, communication, and cooperation. Students who are in the high category can be declared to have been able to adjust to their work environment or to be ready to work.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi dari permasalahan perceraian yang semakin tinggi di masa pandemi. Berdasarkan informasi, gugatan perceraian selama tahun 2020 di Lampung mencapai 14 ribu permohonan. Beberapa peneliti memprediksi, kasus perceraian yang terjadi akan terus meningkat hingga 10-25 persen sampai dengan akhir tahun 2021. Hal ini memberikan gambaran bahwa terjadi penurunan tingkat Self Compassion dan Compassion for Other Skill pada pasangan suami istri yang mengakibatkan mereka gagal memperlakukan diri sendiri dan pasangannya dengan baik di masa-masa sulit. Metode Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah pelatihan yang meliputi pemberian materi dan praktik layanan konseling dalam seting kelompok. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 32 orang konselor yang bertugas menangani kasus pasangan suami istri yang mengajukan permohonan perceraian di Bandar Lampung. Pelatihan Self Compassion dan Compassion for Other Skill dilakukan dengan pendekatan spiritual yang terdiri dari pengenalan kondisi Self Compassion, Compassion for Other, Role Playing, diskusi, praktik konseling, dan pengisian pre-post test. Pemahaman konsep Self Compassion, Compassion for Other Skill, dan pelaksanaan konseling spiritual ditandai dengan adanya peningkatan skor Pre Test dan Post Test pada klasifikasi tidak tahu dari 62,5% menjadi 0%; pada klasifikasi ragu-ragu dari 37,5% tetap 37,5%; dan pada klasifikasi tahu dari 0% menjadi 62, 5%.

Abstract

Efektivitas counseling art therapy sebagai media untuk meningkatkan pemahaman diri pada remaja di LPKA Bandar Lampung. Setiap remaja mengalami perbedaan tingkat self-awareness yang dipengaruhi oleh kondisi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan individu. Self-awareness yang baik dapat membantu remaja dalam mengontrol dan mengevaluasi aspek emosional, perilaku, dan kognitif mereka. Art therapy dianggap sebagai metode yang dapat membantu remaja dalam mengeksplorasi permasalahan mereka dan menemukan gambaran yang lebih jelas terkait diri mereka. Penelitian ini menerapkan counseling art therapy sebagai sarana komunikasi yang memanfaatkan media seni untuk membantu remaja dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan mereka. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di LPKA Bandar Lampung, dan hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam tingkat self-awareness peserta setelah mengikuti counseling art therapy. Dari hasil pre-test dan post-test, terlihat peningkatan persentase sebesar 50,23%, dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test peserta sebesar 53,00 dan rata-rata nilai post-test sebesar 78,67. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa counseling art therapy efektif dalam meningkatkan self-awareness remaja di LPKA Bandar Lampung. Hasil ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang peran art therapy sebagai metode psikoterapi yang bermanfaat dalam konteks pembangunan diri remaja.
