Abstract

More years of bullying behavior is increasing both verbally, physically and psychologically. Bullying is an act of intimidation by a stronger party against a weaker party. One factor of bullying behavior is low empathy. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there are differences in bullying behavior on single sex school type and coeducational schools after being controlled by empathy. The method used in this study is quantitative ancova test, with the scale of bullying behavior and empathy scale Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI) The number of subjects as much as 385 female santri with cluster random sampling technique.The results showed the differences in bullying behavior in the type of school single sex school And coeducational school after being controlled by empathy significance value of 0.001 (P ≤ 0.05 = 0.001 ≤ 0.05) . In addition, the contribution of empathy control to bullying behavior is only 3.3%. The rest is influenced by other factors not explained to the authors in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of multimedia on student learning outcomes. The problem in this research is the decline in student learning outcomes during the implementation of the online mode or distance learning (PJJ) established by the government. This study used purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study was a test. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant impact of the use of multimedia on the learning outcomes of class V SDN 02 Sumur Putri Bandar Lampung. This is shown by the Wilcoxon pretest and posttest results showing the sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so that the use of multimedia can be an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in online mode learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1. Communication between teachers and parents at SD Negeri 1 Beringin Raya, 2. A description of the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Beringin Raya. The study was conducted with a qualitative method approach. The research variables consisted of parent and teacher homeroom teacher communication and learning quality. The sample of this research is the fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Beringin Raya, the subject of this study is the homeroom teacher and the principal The data collection methods in this study were interviews and observations. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that there is a lack of communication between teachers and guardians of students at SD Negeri 1 Beingin Raya. This shows that the influence of communication between parents and teachers is not good, because they do not have openness, empathy, support, positive feelings, parents give full responsibility to teachers at school. The effect of communication between people and teachers on improving the quality of learning that is of poor quality, Quality of learning media, and Learning Systems in schools. The description of the influence of parent and teacher communication on improving the quality of learning in class V in SD Negeri 1 Beringin Raya is in the less strong category, it shows that when the communication between parents and teacher is not good. The quality of learning in class V is good but if the parents' communication with the teacher does not go well then the effect is not good on the quality of learning for students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low understanding of concepts in learning the science of alma. This study aims to improve concept understanding in grade IV of SD Negeri 1 Durian Payung Bandar Lampung by using the learning model predict observe explain. The research method used by the researcher is a classroom action research, with a total of 20 students. This research took place in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 actions. The techniques used in data collection are observation, tests, interviews, documentation, and field notes. The results showed that the application of the learning model predict observe explain can improve understanding of concepts in natural science learning in Class IV of Durian Payung Elementary School, Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to analyze and describe: (1) resource management program educators to form the character of the students. (2) Implementation of resource management program for educators to shape the character of the students. (3) Evaluation of the management of educational resources to shape the character of the students. (4) The obstacles faced by the school in the implementation of resource management educators to shape the character of the students. This study was a qualitative research with case study approach. Data collection techniques that authors used were the interview, observation and documentation. The result were: (1) the resource are prepared to improve the quality. (2) Implementation of the program using three strategies. (3) Evaluation of resource had done with maximum / accordance with the provisions of the legislation. (4) The obstacles in the implementation where come from family environments learners who are less supportive, peer influence, media learning incomplete, and lack of socialization of character education.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: (1) pendidik program manajemen sumber daya untuk membentuk karakter siswa. (2) Pelaksanaan program pengelolaan sumber daya bagi pendidik untuk membentuk karakter siswa. (3) Evaluasi pengelolaan sumber daya pendidikan untuk membentuk karakter siswa. (4) kendala yang dihadapi oleh sekolah dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan sumber daya pendidik untuk membentuk karakter siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. hasilnya adalah: (1) sumber daya siap untuk meningkatkan kualitas. (2) Pelaksanaan program dengan menggunakan tiga strategi. (3) Evaluasi sumber daya telah dilakukan dengan maksimal / sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. (4) hambatan dalam pelaksanaan berasal dari keluarga lingkungan peserta didik yang kurang mendukung, pengaruh teman sebaya, media pembelajaran lengkap, dan kurangnya sosialisasi pendidikan karakter.Kata kunci: manajemen sumber daya pendidik, pembentukan karakter, peserta didik

Abstract

Saat ini telah banyak muncul kasus-kasus penyimpangan perilaku oleh anak, sehingga perlu adanya kesadaran baik dari pihak sekolah mengenai pentingnya penanaman karakter pada anak. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan atau menggambarkan upaya pengembangan manajemen pengembangan sekolah dasar berbasis pendidikan karakter dan melihat jenis karakter yang ingin dicapai di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan metode penelitian kualitatif. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dalam pengumpulan data.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengembangan sekolah dasar berbasis pendidikan karakter di laksanakan dalam tiga tahap yaitu: Perencanaan, menyusun silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang memuat nilai-nilai karakter. Pelaksanaan, pengembangan Sekolah Dasar berbasis pendidikan karakter berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah disusun menggunakan model pembelajaran ceramah. Evaluasi menggunakan evaluasi proses dan hasil atau tes. Penanaman karakter pada penelitian ini ialah jujur, bertanggung jawab, mempunyai rasa toleransi, cinta damai, komunikatif, kreatif, peduli social, saling menghargai, demokratis, memiliki jiwa nasionalisme, dan religious.

Abstract

Pendidikan Dasar atau Sekolah Dasar merupakan langkah awal bagi anak untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dirinya, dari bangku sekolah dasarlah mereka mendapatkan imunitas belajar yang kemudian menjadi kebiasaan yang mereka lakukan dikemudian hari. Gaya belajar merupakan cara yang biasa digunakan seseorang dalam menyerap adan mengolah iformasi dari lingkungannya. Berdasarkan prefensi sensori gaya belajar siswa terdiri dari gaya belajar visual, auditorial,dan kinestetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya belajar siswa kelas VI di Madrasah Masyariqul Anwar Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gaya belajar siswa dengan prestasi belajar.Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara dengan pengumpulan data akan dilakukan dengan berbagai cara. Langkah yang diperlukan dalam wawancara menentukan pertanyaan riset yang akan dijawab dalam wawancara tersebut. Dan berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa pentingnya guru mengetahui gaya belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa dalam setiap mata pelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa penting  peran guru bimbingan Konseling dalam mengatasi permasalahan anak di SD.  Dalam hal ini belum ada guru BK di SD dan bagaimana peran guru BK Sendiri di gantikan oleh wali kelas sebagai guru yang bisa terbilang dekat dengan anak murid di kelas yang ia tangani, serta bagaimana guru BK menjadi mentor dalam mewujudkan sekolah SDN 2 RAWA LAUT sebagai sekolah yang ramah anak sesuai apa yang pemerintah inginkan di setiap sekolah. Teknik pengambilan data dalam hal ini kami melakukan wawancara,dan observasi dengan metode deskriftif kualitatif. Dari hasil analisis penelitian yang kami lakukan menunjukan bahwa: 1). Bagaimana peran wali kelas sebagai pengganti guru bk dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan  dan mendukung peserta didik dalam mewujudkan sekolah ramah anak 2). Bagaimana pihak sekolah dan pentingnya guru bk dalam mejudkan sekolah ramah anak 3).apa saja yang dilakukan sekolah dalam mewujudkan sekolah ramah anak

Abstract

The use of technology can be integrated into early childhood education to college. Several studies explain that technology can improve the learning process in early childhood education. This study aims to investigate teachers' perceptions of the integration of technology into early childhood learning. The researcher applies a case study as a research design. The data obtained are primary. The research instrument consisted of observations, interviews, and surveys where teachers of private kindergarten schools in Bandar Lampung were research respondents. The study findings show that most teachers show a positive attitude towards using technology in the classroom and have tried to integrate it into learning activities. Meanwhile, there are two obstacles to applying technology in learning English in early childhood: maintaining their attention when using technology devices in the classroom and choosing suitable technology for children
