Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the effects of work environment, leadership and work motivation on the performance of state elementary school principals in Kramat Jati the subdistrict of East Jakarta. The research was conducted by survey method with path analysis. The sample size was 59 principals of state elementary schools, by using the simple random sampling technicque.The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct effect of the work environment toward work motivation; (2) there is a direct effect of leadership on work motivation; (3) there is a direct effect of the work environment on the performance of the principals; (4) there is a  direct effect of the leadership on performance of the principals; (5) there is a  direct effect of the work motivation on performance principals. Based on the findings of this research that the performance of state elementary school prinscipals in Kramat Jati the subdistrict of East Jakarta was significantly influenced by work environment, leadership and work motivation. It could be concluded that enhanching performance of principals would be determined by increasing the work environment, leadership and work motivation.Keywords: work environment,  leadership,  motivation,  school-principal’s performance

Abstract

Saving money is the way to regulate our finance effectively. Bank is one of the media that is considered quite effective for this activity. The development of Islamic economic make sharia banking practices increase in an innovative way. Various sharia bank products have become a choice for saving activity. The same thing happen for student. Although the interest to save is still lacking, but the use of sharia bank products is quite beneficial for their future. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence student interest in saving on Islamic banking. Multiple linear regression is an analysis technique with hypothesis testing to support its conclusions. With a coefficient of determination of 61.2%, the results of the analysis show the level of student education of the sharia economy has a significant effect compared to other variables on students' interest in saving. But simultaneously, all independent variables influence the interest in saving students in Islamic banking. This shows that education is very important for students, therefore STIE Widya Gama Lumajang should indeed provide quality teaching to students, especially in the field of Islamic economics

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of the management of Lumajang Supermarkets Amanah Supermarkets, which was established in 2012 with its own capital and sell shares to the public as long as approximately seven can run well in the midst of business competition and can earn profits or profits stably, so as to divide dividends to shareholders. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data was obtained from the Lumajang Shirkah Amanah Self-Service report for the past three years. From the profits obtained, the management makes a policy of profit sharing through the General Meeting of Share Shares (GMS). The provisions include net profit before being distributed to shareholders, issued in advance by 25% for business development, 2.5% for managers, 2, 5% for organizations, 2.5% for infaq/ zakat syirkah, and 1% for shareholder shopping rewards. Dividend distribution policy is influenced by several factors, including corporate liquidity, profitability and is supported by earnings stability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of Realized Budget Expenditures at the Padang Health Center and to determine the Realization Efficiency of the Padang Puskesmas Expenditure Budget for the 2016-2019 Budget Year. In the author the method used in research is quantitative. The results of the study showed that the level and criteria for the effectiveness of the expenditure budget realization at the Puskesmas Padang in the 2016-2019 Fiscal Year and 2019 proved effective. For the 2017 Budget Year the effectiveness criteria level proved to be quite effective. The level of efficiency in the Realization of Expenditures at Padang Health Centers in Fiscal Year 2016,2018 and 2019 proved to be efficient. In the 2017 Budget Year the efficiency criteria level proved to be quite efficient.

Abstract

the purpose of this study was to see the effect of self-efficacy on social loafing in SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong students. The method used in this research is quantitative method with hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study amounted to 314 students, then the sample used was 176 students with simple random sampling technique. The research instruments used were a self-efficacy scale questionnaire and a social loafing scale questionnaire. The results showed that there was an effect of self-efficacy on social loafing in SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong students, where the R Square value was found to be 0.233, which means that the effect of the self-efficacy variable on the social loafing variable was 23.3%, the remaining 76.7% was influenced by other factors outside of the study.

Abstract

This study explores the effect of marketing strategies on increasing the number of customers in Islamic bank financing products. We analyze how marketing strategies, including market segmentation, ethical approach, use of technology, and regulatory compliance, affect the ability of Islamic banks to attract new customers and promote their growth. This research uses the literature review method as the main approach. The literature review method is a way to collect, evaluate, and synthesize information from various literature sources relevant to the research topic. In the context of this research, the literature review method is used to identify and analyze previous studies, theories, and concepts related to the effect of marketing strategies on increasing the number of customers in Islamic bank financing products and data analysis, this research identifies that effective marketing strategies can play an important role in expanding the market share of Islamic banks and influencing their growth. Overall, marketing strategies play a crucial role in the growth of Islamic banks and the increase in the number of customers in financing products. Through a targeted and effective approach, banks can reach a wider target market, make customers aware of the benefits of Islamic financing products, and emphasize important ethical values. An effective marketing strategy not only influences revenue growth from financing products, but also shapes the bank's reputation and strengthens relationships with customers.The results of this study can provide valuable insights for Islamic banks and other stakeholders in the Islamic banking industry.

Abstract

In the context of the role of Islamic Financial Institutions in combating poverty in Jayapura, it is important to understand how Islamic financial institutions can be a solution to address the complex problem of poverty. With Islamic sharia principles that are different from conventional financial institutions, Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) are able to provide inclusive and sustainable financial services to the community. Through fundraising, fund distribution, asset transfer, liquidity, income allocation, and transactions based on sharia principles, LKS can make a positive contribution to improving the welfare of the Jayapura community. With cooperation between Islamic financial institutions, the government, and the community, it is hoped that efforts to combat poverty can continue to be improved to achieve inclusive and sustainable development in the city of Jayapura. Poverty is a serious challenge faced by many communities in Jayapura, Indonesia. Islamic financial institutions have great potential to contribute to combating poverty through an inclusive economic approach based on sharia principles. This study aims to explore and analyze the role of Islamic financial institutions in poverty alleviation efforts in Jayapura. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews and document analysis of several major Islamic financial institutions in Jayapura. The research results show that Islamic financial institutions have made a significant contribution to increasing financial access for previously marginalized communities, especially through micro and small financing and local economic empowerment programs.

Abstract

The presence of Islamic banks in the midst of conventional banking is to offer an alternative banking system for Muslims who need or want to obtain banking services without having to violate the prohibition on usury. The purpose of the study was to analyze how people's interest in using Islamic financial products and the factors that influence it. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that people's interest in using Islamic financial products is still quite low, some factors that influence it are the level of Islamic financial literacy, public perception of Islamic banks, and Islamic Branding.
