Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengestimasi Pengaruh Tingkat Kesadaran Pajak dan Mekanisme Pembayaran Pajak terhadap Traffic Transaksi Jual Beli pada online shop di Kota Padang dengan Tarif Pajak sebagai Variabel Kontrol. Sampel sebanyak 60 UMKM sektor makanan yang melakukan penjualan via Go-Food yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sample. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS 21. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis Tingkat Kesadaran Pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap Traffic Transaksi Jual Beli sedangkan Mekanisme Pembayaran Pajak memiliki penagaruh terhadap Traffic Transaksi Jual Beli pada Online Shop Di Kota Padang. Diharapkan para pelaku UMKM mampu untuk meningkatkan kesadarannya terhadap pajak dan lebih meningkatkan pengetahuannya terhadap pajak, karena dengan begitu akan mempengaruhi tingkat jual beli dan berdampak pada perekonomian masyarakat yang semakin membaik.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to study whether moderation of Islamic business ethics can increase the influence of personality on the business behavior of Bengkoang sellers. This study was a field study in Padang City, with 101 samples of bengkoang sellers. Data collection techniques are observation, survey, and questionnaire and data processing with SPSS 25. Validity test, CFA Test. Hypothesis testing using MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis). This study produced the equation of the regression test results between Islamic Business Ethics, and Trader Behavior is Y = 21.689 + 0.419X1 + e, where the constant value indicates if Islamic Business Ethics does not exist, then Trader Behavior will still be formed as much as the existing constant value of 21,689. The application of Islamic Business Ethics to the behavior of bengkoang sellers in the city of Padang plays a positive and significant role.

Abstract

Pelita Kita is a trading company that sells woods, windows frame, doors, panels and various types of processed woods. Using environmental analysis, the present study seeks to examine the formulation of business strategy as an effort to create a competitive advantage. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires and then analyzed using the following matrices: IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, and SPACE. The results of analysis revealed that the studied company may employ some alternative strategies such as market penetration and market development to compete. It is also concluded that market penetration is more preferable because it has a greater total value of attraction compared to other strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Nilai Pelanggan dan Relationship Marketing dalam membangun Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Citra Merek sebagai variabel interverning keripik balado bintang jaya 4 x 7 Padang.Metode yang digunakan adalah Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS).Dengan mengedarkan kuesioner sebanyak 85 responden. Hasil analisis datamenimpulkan, terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara variabel.nilai pelanggan terhadap variabel citra merek. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel relationship antara variabel citra merek. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel relationship marketing terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan.sedangkan variabel nilai pelanggan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel nilai pelanggan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan melalui variabel citra merek.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel relationship marketing terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan melalui variabel citra merek.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan digital marketing pada era industri 4.0 dapat dijadikan alternatif strategi dalam pemasaran produk agar memudahkan pelaku usaha memantau dan menyediakan kebutuhan serta keinginan calon konsumen, sedangkan dari sisi calon konsumen dapat digunakan sebagai media yang memudahkan dalam pencarian informasi produk. Akan tetapi, penggunaannya tidak banyak disadari oleh pelaku usaha, terutama para UKM usaha Uberrr Snack 88 Kota Solok yang masih menggunakan sistem pemasaran konvensional. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk tujuan: 1)  peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pelaku UKM Usaha Uberrr Snack 88 Kota Solok dalam manajemen pemasaran untuk mendorong penjualan produk dalam skala luas dan meningkatkan daya saing UKM, (2) peningkatan penguasaan digital marketing pada pelaku UKM untuk menarik minat calon konsumen dengan menggunakan Google Bisnisku. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM, meliputi: 1) observasi dan wawancara; 2) identifikasi masalah, 3) pembuatan video tutorial Google Bisnisku, 4) penyuluhan dan pelatihan, 5) pembuatan laporan kegiatan PKM yaitu laporan hasil pelatihan, laporan kemajuan dan laporan akhir, 6) pembuatan artikel jurnal nasional. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah terwujudnya semua target kegiatan, kerja sama dengan mitra terjalin dengan baik, pemasaran produk memiliki jangkauan lebih luas dan muncul pada pencarian google bisnisku serta peningkatan daya saing UKM usaha Uberr Snack 88 UKM Kota Solok.Abstract: In industrial revolution 4.0, digital marketing can be used as an alternative strategy in product marketing to make it easier for businesses to monitor and provide the needs and wants of their potential consumers. As for the consumers, digital marketing makes it easier for them to find information about the product. However, not many people are aware of the use and benefits of digital marketing, especially the small and medium enterprises (SME) of Uberrr Snack 88 in Solok City that still use conventional marketing systems. This activity is designed with the purpose of: 1) increasing the knowledge and abilities of SMEs of Uberrr Snack 88 in Solok City in marketing management to increase product sales in a wider scale and to increase the competitiveness of SMEs, 2) increasing the ability of SMEs to attract consumers using  Google Bisnisku (Google My Business). The method used to implement this activity includes: 1) observation and interviews, 2) problems identification, 3) making tutorial videos about Google My Business, 4) training and mentoring, 5) making the PKM activity report which are the report of the training results, the report of the progress, and the final report, 6) writing national journal articles. The results of this activity are the realization of all activity targets, building good cooperation with partners, and product marketing that has a wider reach and comes up on Google My Business search, as well as increasing the competitiveness of the small and medium enterprises of Uberrr Snack 88 in Solok City.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Toko Sepatu Padang Holic. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah 80 konsumen Holic Shoes Shop Padang. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dengan model penelitian Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat uji analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Sedangkan citra merek bukan merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi dan menentukan loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan lain juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan juga merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan citra merek masih merupakan faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Untuk efek tidak langsung, kualitas layanan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sementara citra merek tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality and brand image on consumer loyalty at the Holic Padang Shoe Store. The population and sample of the study were 80 consumers of Holic Padang Shoes Shop. The sample collection technique is used the census method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) research models with SmartPLS software tools. The results of the study concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction are factors that influence customer loyalty. While brand image is not a factor that can influence and determine customer loyalty. Other findings also indicate that service quality is also a factor influencing customer satisfaction, while brand image is still a factor that does not affect consumer satisfaction. For indirect effects, service quality affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction while brand image does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Banking is a financial institution that has an important role in the economic system in Indonesia. Economic development cannot be separated from the banking sector and various factors that can influence it. This study aims to examine the effect of third-party funds, capital adequacy and credit risk toward bank profitability. The sample used in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and not experiencing delisting during the 2013 to 2015 observation period. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis it can be concluded that third-party funds and capital adequacy partially have a positive and significant impact on profitability. Meanwhile, credit risk partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability

Abstract

    Fast traslate Icon translate  This study aims to determine the effect of  financing Activities of cash flow, net income and leverage on financial distress. The object in this study is the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a population is manufacturing companies on the IDX in 2015-2019 with a purposive sampling technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 43 companies. The results of the study found that leverage had a negative effect on financial distress, while financing Activities of cash flow and net income had no effect on financial distress. The results of the study for the moderating variable found that profitability was only able to moderate the relationship between leverage and financial distress, while profitability was unable to moderate the relationship between financing Activities of cash flow and net income with financial distress.

Abstract

In the last two decades, the necessity of information management and technology system has been proven as a very crucial need for many enterprises or companies. The use of computers in the office automation and integrated system is a must for companies to establish themselves in the business world. One of the basic management information systems that are crucial in the accounting program is the use of doing business transactions are considered able to simplify and streamline the fundamental needs for running a business, such as marketing and operations is also a financial statement of a company. This study aims to measure the extent of the influence of the use of accounting software on performance reporting on financial companies, one of which is using MYOB accounting software in assisting the settlement of financial reporting in a company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of board gender, board experience and board education on financial performance in manufacturing firms in Indonesia. This research is quantitative. The total population is 168 manufacturing companies. A sample of 38 manufacturing companies was determined by using purposive sampling techniques. Research data was obtained from the financial statements of companies for the period 2015-2019. Data analysis techniques using a descriptive statistic, classical assumption test, estimation test and panel data regression. Hypotheses testing by using F-test dan t-test. The results showed that board gender did not affect company performance. The board experience and board education had a positive and significant effect on firms performance.
