Abstract

Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) is the latest generation of solar cells with dyes as absorbers of photons from sunlight. At this time, the DSSC efficiency obtained is still relatively low so that research on DSSC is still being developed to produce DSSC with higher efficiency. One of the methods used to increase the efficiency of DSSC is polymerization of dyes. Polymerization of dyes aims to increase conjugated double bonds. The more conjugated double bonds, the more photons will be absorbed so that more electrons will flow. In this study, tannins were used as dyes. In the tannin polymerization process, crosslinking agents are used to bind tannin monomers with other tannin monomers. the variable in this study was the volume of the glutaraldehyde crosslinking agent (1.5 mL, 2.5 mL, 3 mL). The results of this study obtained the highest DSSC efficiency of 12.20% at a volume of 2.5 mL of crosslinking agent.

Abstract

Mesoporous silica is solid silica having a pore size of 2-50 nm. Silica modification is done to increase the ability of silica to absorb anions, one of which is phosphate anion. The modifier compound used is dimethylamine. Silica and dimethylamine can bind with the addition of a linking compound, namely GPTMS. This modified silica can be used to adsorb phosphate anions to see the absorption of silica against phosphate anions. Phosphate ion adsorption using silica has an adsorption capacity of 0.0172 mg/g with an absorption percentage of 88.09%. Desorption with hydrochloric acid obtained a desorbed phosphate concentration of 0.773 mg/L with a desorption percentage of 89.02% while using sulfuric acid the desorbed phosphate concentration was 0.437 mg/L with a desorption percentage of 48.81%. The concentration variations of hydrochloric acid were 0.010 M, 0.025 M, 0.050 M, 0.075 M, 0.10 M, 0.15 M and 0.20 M. The maximum desorption result at 0.1 M concentration was 0.0086 mg with a percentage of 100%.

Abstract

 One of the effective methods in handling the impact of pollution by copper metal is the biosorption method using matoa peel powder (Pometia pinnata). The purpose of this research is to determine the optimum absorption conditions and the optimum capacity for absorption of copper metal ions (Cu2+) using the batch method with variations in pH, concentration, particle size, contact time, and stirring speed.. The results of the research showed that the optimum conditions for the absorption of Cu2+ metal ions were at pH 5, concentration of 220 ppm, particle size of 180 m, contact time of 90 minutes and stirring speed of 300 rpm was 12,059 mg/g. The adsorption isotherm of Cu2+ metal with matoa skin biosorbent (Pometia pinnata) tends to follow the Freundlich isotherm equation with a determinant coefficient (R) of 0,9992.Keywords — Biosorption, Metal ion Cu2+, pomettia pinnata, Batch method

Abstract

Telah tersedianya bahan ajar LKPD terintegrasi STEAM-PjBL pada materi asam basa yang telah diuji validasi dan praktikalitas namun belum di lakukan uji efektivitas terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan efektivitas dari penggunaan bahan ajar LKPD terintegrasi STEAM-PjBL terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dan mengetahui resposn siswa dalam penerapan LKPD terintegrasi STEAM-PjBL pada materi asam basa kelas XI SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang.penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lanjutan yang dikembangkan oleh Shella Dewanti Putri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one-group pre-test post-test. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa soal pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 soal, Populasi penelitian adalah kelas XI MIPA SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling yang ditentukan oleh guru. Sebagai sampel penelitian terpilih kelas XI MIPA 3 sebanyak 35 orang.: Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah diajar menggunakan LKPD terintegrasi STEAM-PjBL yaitu 42,82 sebelum belelajar menggunakan LKPD terintegrasi STEAM-PjBL, setelah menggunakan LKPD terintegrasi STEAM-PjBL adalah 77,43. Tingkat efektivitas LKPD dapat dilihat dari hasil uji-t pada taraf nyata 0,05 diperoleh t hitung =1,99 dan t tabel=1,66 . Hal ini menunjukkan penggunaan LKPD terintegrasi STEAM-PjBL pada materi asam dan basa efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatar belakangi tingginya tingkat kesulitan pada materi Hukum Dasar Kimia berdasarkan hasil observasi 77% mengalami kesulitan belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat LKPD Hukum Dasar Kimia untuk Siswa Tahap E Kurikulum Mandiri Berbasis Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing. Memanfaatkan model pengembangan Plomp, metodologi penelitiannya adalah R&D (Research and Development). Ini memiliki tiga tahap: (1) studi pendahuluan (penelitian pertama), (2) pembentukan prototipe (prototyping tahap kedua), dan (3) penilaian (tahap penilaian ketiga). Luaran penelitian, LKPD Hukum Dasar Kimia Berbasis Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing untuk Siswa Tahap E Kurikulum Mandiri mempunyai nilai praktikalitas sebesar 94,76% dari guru dengan kategori sangat praktis dan dari siswa sebesar 89, dengan nilai validitas sebesar 0,95741 pada kategori valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasisi Guided Inquiry Learning valid dan efektiv.

Abstract

A very basic concept in the traditional Toba Batak kinship organization is the clan. Marga is a group of people who come from the same grandfather and follow the lineage from the father which is called patrilineal. Toba Batak customs are connected by a red thread that is tied in a kinship relationship "Dalihan natolu ". This study aims to analyze multidimensional science education in the ethnoscience of Dalihan Na Tolu in the perspective of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. This study is a literature study (library research) with data sources from previous research articles on topics related to science education, science concepts, ethnoscience, and Dalihan natolu .The literature review method is by searching for Discopus literature for the 2017-2022 year using keywords or the keywords Dalihan natolu . The stages of literature are carried out in a simple manner, namely: (1) Searching and presenting literature, (2) Literacy analysis process, (3) Article preparation. The results of the study show that (1) the nature of learning science can be classified into three dimensions, namely science as a product, science as a process, and science as an attitude; (2) Dalihan Na Tolu Dalihan Na Tolu is a philosophy that is an integral part of the life of the Toba Batak people (3) ethnoscience Dalihan Na Tolu contains the concept of kinship and can be integrated into the concept of science such as Biology, Mathematics and Physics (4) several learning models with an ethnoscience approach can improve conceptual understanding, science process skills, conservation attitudes, and students' creative thinking abilities.
