Abstract

This research aims to find out the existence of Homo neandertal and Homo sapiens from the perspective of science and the Qur'an. This research is qualitative research with library study methods. Namely the presentation of data by tracing Islamic and scientific manuscripts in the form of books, journals, and so on, combining, analyzing, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study area in the science of Homo neandertal is a human species thought to be the ancestor of ancient Europe. In the Qur'an homo neandertal is Al-basyar which has been mentioned by Allah in surah Al-Baqarah verse 30. Homo Sapien sapiens were modern ancient humans who were the ancestors of the Mongols and Melanesians. In the Qur'an, Homo sapiens sapiens is thought to be the evolution of the previous man to become the caliph on earth as God said in Surah Noah 14, 17, and Surah As-Shaad verse 26.

Abstract

The use of artificial feed for fish farming has been widely used at this time, however, it is not yet known the significant effect of artificial feed on the growth and reproduction rate of Monopterus albus. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of artificial feeding on the growth and reproduction rate of Monopterus albus species. This research is meta-analysis research. The data source comes from a search of 18 national and international articles published in 2010-2020 related to feeding the Monopterus albus species. Data obtained from google scholar database, DOAJ, ScienceDirect, sagejournal, Springer, and IEEE. The data analysis technique is a qualitative descriptive analysis with JASP software. The results showed that 35% of artificial feeding affected the growth of Monopterus albus and 28.5% affected the reproductive rate with an effect size of 1.2. This shows that artificial feeding has an effect of 0.334 in increasing the growth and reproductive quality of Monopterus albus.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja jenis tumbuhan dalam upacara kenduri seko di Kerinci. Penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawacara semi terstruktur, Observasi dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 12 spesies tumbuhan yang ditemukan, yaitu Sirih (Piper Betle, Linn.), Gambir (Uncaria gambir Roxb.), Inggu (Ruta angustifolia), Kapas (Gossypium herbaceum), Pinang (Areca catechu), Bambu (Bambusa sp), Andong (Cordyline fruticosa), Meniran (Phyllanthus niruri), Kemenyan (Styrax sp), Aren (Arenga pinnata), Bunga Kamboja (Plumeria Rubra), Bunga Pandan (Pandanus amaryllifolius), dan Sedingin (Bryophyllum calycinum).Abstract: The purpose of the research is to find out what types of plants are in the kenduri seko ceremony in Kerinci. Research used is a type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques are semi-structured wawacara, Observation and Documentation. The results showed that there are 12 species of plants found, namely Betel (Piper Betle, Linn.), Gambir (Uncaria gambir Roxb.), Inggu (Ruta angustifolia), Kapas (Gossypium herbaceum), Pinang (Areca catechu), Bambu (Bambusa sp), Andong (Cordyline fruticosa), Meniran (Phyllanthus niruri), Frankincense (Styrax sp), Aren (Arenga pinnata), Cambodian Flower (Plumeria Rubra), Pandanus amaryllifolius, and Sedingin (Bryophyllum calycinum).

Abstract

Zingiberaceae is a family of ginger plants found in the forest area of Mount Bua Kerinci. However, many species of the family have not been properly identified. This research aims to find out the type of family Zingiberaceae in the forest of Mount Bua Hill. This type of research is qualitative research with exploratory survey methods. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. The results showed that the family species zingiberaceae found are 5 clans and 9 Species namely Curcuma domestica (Turmeric), Zingiber aromaticum (Lempuyang), Etlingera elatior (Kecombrang), Curcuma Heyneana (Temu Giring), Curcuma aeruginosa (Black Meeting), Curcuma zedoria (White Meet), Zingiber cassumunar (Bangle), Amomun maximum (Cardamom), Kaemperia galanga (Kencur).

Abstract

Perkembangan abad-21 telah memberikan dampak yang sangat besar terhadap kegiatan belajar siswa. Akan tetapi siswa dituntut memiliki ketrampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Siswa saat ini, siswa memiliki ketrampilan berpikir tinggi yang masih rendah. Evaluasi menjadi indikator bagi guru untuk melihat kualitas pembelajaran yang terjadi di dalam kelas di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh soal HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) terhadap kemampuan literasi sains dan lesson study siswa pada materi ekologi dan lingkungan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian meta-analisis dengan sampel berasal dari 20 jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang telah terbit dari tahun 2011-2021. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa soal HOTS berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan literasi sains siswa sebesar 45,70 % dan lesson study sebesae 35,19 %  dengan effect size sebesar 2,01 kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa soal HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) berpengeruh singnifikan terhadap kemampuan literasi sains dan lesson study siswa pada materi ekologi dan lingkungan.

Abstract

This research aims to know how to collapse the theory of flat Earth according to Islamic philosophy and Al-Quran. The research used is qualitative research with a literature study method, namely tracing journals, articles, books, Tafsir Al-Quran, and other sources that support, combine, analyze, and draw conclusions. The results of the study that the philosophy of Islam and the Qur'an argue in detail and detail that the theory of Flat Earth or flat earth is contrary to the thought of the figures of Islamic philosophy and Qur'anic verses. The Flat Earth theory is unreasonable and non-scientific.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the analysis and identification of variations in DNA sequences in Cyprinus carpio in Lake Kerinci. 7. Research using qualitative research type with a literature study method. Data sources come from national and international journals. The results of the study can be concluded that Cyprinus carpio Cyprinus carpio has a varied gene that the number of DNA chromosomes 48 pairs or 2n = 96 who have DNA sequence analysis 5' GCCTTCGTGGCCCTTCCCAC-3' and 5'- GGTTGCTCCTGTCCGCCACCCC-3' and has three microsatellite eloquence, MHF6, MFW7, and MFW9

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masalah pendidikan biologi pada sekolah menengah pertama di era pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru. Objek penelitian ini adalah menganalisis masalah siswa dan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di era pandemi Covid-19. Teknik pengumpulan dari berasal dari observasi, wawancara, dan kuisoiner. Teknik menjamin keabsahan data adalah triangulasi. Teknik analisis data adalah teknik analisis model Miles & Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyejian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa masalah yang ditemukan di SMP Negeri 17 Kerinci dalam pembelajaran biologi adalah siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi yang diterangkan oleh guru dan Kesulitan dalam mengakses jaringan internet.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh bahan ajar ekologi berbasis pendekatan STEM terhadap pembelajaran Abad-21. Metode penelitian ini adalah meta-analisis dengan menelaah sumber data yang berasal dari jurnal nasional atau internasional terbitan empat tahun terakhir (2016-2020). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa studi meta-analisis berpengaruh pada bahan ajar ekologi berdasarkan pendekatan STEM berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan, jenis media yang digunakan, dan pendekatan STEM dalam pembelajaran ekologi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh bahan ajar ekologi berdasarkan pendekatan ilmiah memiliki harga rata-rata lebih tinggi di tingkat SMA dibandingkan dengan sekolah dasar dan menengah pertama. Harga ukuran efek rata-rata untuk tingkat pendidikan menengah atas, menengah pertama dan dasar adalah: 1,63; 1,56; dan 1,19 pada kategori tinggi. Sedangkan dari segi media pembelajaran akan lebih efektif jika diaplikasikan dalam modul, dibandingkan dengan media lain, rata-rata effect size modul, LKS/LKPD, dan bahan ajar masing-masing adalah: 2,05; 1,14; dan 0,62 pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil belajar kognitif dan keterampilan siswa, pengaruh harga rata-rata terhadap effect size proses sains, hasil belajar, berpikir kritis, dan pemecahan masalah adalah 1,32; 1,61; 2.32; dan 1.83 dengan kategori tinggi maka diikuti kompetensi siswa dengan memberikan pengaruh pada kategori sedang yaitu: 0,61. Kata Kunci: Bahan Ajar, Pendekatan STEM, Ekologi Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of ecology teaching materials based on the STEM approach on 21st-century learning. This research method is a meta-analysis by examining data sources from national or international journals published in the last four years (2016-2020). The results showed that the meta-analysis study affected ecology teaching materials based on the STEM approach based on the level of education, the type of media used, and the STEM approach in ecological learning. The research findings showed that the effect size of ecological teaching materialbased on scientific approach has a higher average prize at senior secondary level compared to primary and junior secondary. The average effect size prices for senior secondary, junior secondary, and primary education levels were: 1.63; 1.56; and 1.19 in the high category. Meanwhile, in terms of learning media, it will be more effective if applied in modules, compared to other media, the average effect size of the module, student worksheet, and teaching materials respectively are: 2.05; 1.14; and 0.62 in the high category. Based on students' cognitive learning outcomes and skills, the effect of the average price on the effect size of the science process, learning outcomes, critical thinking, and problem-solving was 1.32; 1.61; 2.32; and 1.83 with the high category, followed by student competence by giving influence to the medium category, namely: 0.61. Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems of education and learning in SMA Negeri 12 Kerinci and SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci. The research used is qualitative research with library research methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is done by collecting articles, analyzing, and drawing a conclusion. The results of the study concluded that SMA Negeri 12 Kerinci experienced educational and learning problems, namely the lack of science laboratory facilities and infrastructure, the lack of computers for the Computer-Based National Examination (UNBK), and the lack of student activity in the teaching and learning process. SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci is experiencing educational and learning problems, namely the lack of management of school facilities and infrastructure and the lack of learning media in the teaching and learning process.
