Abstract

Meskipun pandemi sudah mulai mereda, namun proses belajar mengajar di sekolah belum sepenuhnya dapat pulih seperti sebelumnya. Di saat masa normal baru, dibutuhkan suatu Learning Management System (LMS) yang mampu mewadahi pembelajaran campuran (hybrid learning). MoLearn, sebuah LMS yang dibuat khusus agar pendidik mempunyai wadah yang memudahkan dalam menyajikan materi, memberikan tugas, serta melakukan penilaian dari tugas dan ujian yang dibuat oleh peserta didik. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang hybrid learning, serta workshop pelatihan penggunaan MoLearn, dan pendampingan penggunaannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode KSA (Knowledge, Skill, Attitude) transfer yang diwujudkan dalam seminar, workshop dan pendampingan pada saat pelaksanaan. Di samping penyediaan LMS, guru juga dibekali dengan cara membuat materi yang lebih menarik dengan teknologi informasi.  Hasil yang didapat dari pelatihan adalah guru mampu meningkatkan diri baik dari penyajian materi maupun sarana pendistribusian materi melalui LMS. Utilization of LMS Molearn for Teachers of SMK Pawiyatan Surabaya as a Hybrid Learning Facility  Although the pandemic has begun to subside, school teaching and learning have not fully recovered as before. During the new normal, a Learning Management System (LMS) is needed that can accommodate hybrid learning. MoLearn, an LMS that was made specifically so that educators have a place that makes it easier to present material, give assignments, and conduct assessments of assignments and exams made by students. The purpose of this service is to provide an understanding of hybrid learning, and training workshops on the use of MoLearn,, and assistance in its use. The method used is the KSA (Knowledge, Skill, Attitude) transfer method which is realized in seminars, workshops, and mentoring during implementation. In addition to providing LMS, teachers are also provided with ways to make a material more interesting with information technology. The results obtained from the training are teachers can improve themselves both from the presentation of the material and the means of distributing material through the LMS.

Abstract

Dampak positif dari Pandemi Covid-19 adalah berkembangnya pembelajaran online di hampir semua jenjang pendidikan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, sebuah pembelajaran online memerlukan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran. Agar aplikasi pembelajaran dapat mewadahi kebutuhan pendidik, maka tentunya harus dibangun berdasar kebutuhan pendidik, yang dijajagi dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), di mana pengusul menempatkan diri sebagai insider dan bukan sebagai outsider. Pada penyusunan desain ini, pendidik yang terlibat adalah perwakilan guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Hasil yang didapat adalah desain aplikasi pembelajaran jenjang SMA, dengan model pembelajaran yang bersesuaian dengan kebutuhan pendidik dan peserta didik, mudah dan dapat digunakan di manapun, menjamin standar mutu tanpa mengurangi kebebasan pendidik untuk mengembangkan materi. Setelah desain aplikasi pembelajaran didapatkan, maka pendidik diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner agar diketahui kesesuaian desain aplikasi yang dibuat dengan kebutuhan pendidik. Hasil yang didapat desain aplikasi pembelajaran telah dianggap sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidik, sehingga dapat dilanjutkan dengan rancang bangun aplikasi pembelajaran sesuai desain yang telah disepakati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMA berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) melalui pembudayaan belajar dengan pendekatan blended learning dengan menerapkan model Blended Web Mobile Learning (BWML) dan aplikasi MoLearn. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada Generic Design Research Model (GDRM) dari Plomp dan Nieveen. Untuk pengembangan aplikasi MoLearn metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini meibatkan 205 siswa sebagai subjek penelitiaan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan instrument lembar validasi model, angket resposn siswa, dan tes HOTs siswa. Penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan persamaan reliabilitas dan n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) model BWML dengan aplikasi MoLearn dinyatakan valid dan reliable berdasarkan tinjauan content dan isi, selain itu, berdasarkan hasil respon 205 siswa terhadap pembelajaran model BWML dengan aplikasi MoLearn, 83% siswa dinyatakan antusias mengikuti pembelajaran; dan (2) peningkatan HOTs siswa dinyatakan meningkat (rerata n-gain= 0,46) dengan kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model Blended Web Mobile Learning (BWML) dengan aplikasi MoLearn valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa SMA. The Development of the Blended Web Mobile Learning Model with the MoLearn Application to Improve High School Students’ Higher Order Thinking Skills Abstract This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of high school students based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) through the culture of learning with a blended learning approach by applying the Blended Web Mobile Learning (BWML) model and the MoLearn application. This research is a development research that refers to the Generic Design Research Model (GDRM) from Plomp and Nieveen. For the development of the MoLearn application, the Waterfall Model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method was used in this study. This study involved 205 students as research subjects. The research data were collected using a model validation sheet instrument, student response questionnaires, and student HOTs tests. The research was analyzed descriptively using the reliability equation and n-gain. The results showed that (1) the BWML model with the MoLearn application was declared valid and reliable based on the content and content review, in addition, based on the results of the responses of 205 students to the BWML model learning with the MoLearn application, 83% of the students were stated to be enthusiastic about participating in the learning; and (2) the increase in students' HOTs was stated to be increasing (mean n-gain = 0.46) in the medium category. The results of this study conclude that the Blended Web Mobile Learning (BWML) model with the MoLearn application is valid, practical, and effective for improving high school students’ higher order thinking skills.

Abstract

In the implementation of the guidance and counseling program, the counselor has not been supported by a computerized system and is connected to the PPTI Undika section database in fulfilling the data needs of students and lecturers for counseling activities. The next problem is counselor only provides one place to store counseling documentation by month. This is very ineffective in the counseling process, especially for the process of alleviating student problems. The counselor should not have moved and looked for old case counseling documentation to diagnose new case problems that are being experienced by students during the counseling process. Alleviation is part of counseling, counseling is the process of handling individual problems assisted by a professional, namely the counselor voluntarily to change the patient's behavior. The problem alleviation process is a problem-solving process. Applying the Case-Based Reasoning method in the process of alleviating student problems for the BK Section is a suitable solution to the problems identified. The author here provides a solution in the form of designing student problem alleviation applications in the Counseling Guidance Section with a web-based case-based reasoning method. The application of Case-Based Reasoning in the system consists of 2 paths. The first path is to match new cases with the diagnosis of problems in the knowledge base (Retrieve). If a similarity is found between the two, the system will adapt the diagnosis to be included in the Counseling Medical Record (Reuse). The second path, if there is no match of diagnosis between the new case and the knowledge base, the system will direct the counselor to a revised form to modify the diagnosis of new cases to be stored and add data to the knowledge base (Revise). The last process in this second route is to save the diagnosis of the new case into a database (Retain). This solution aims to assist the counselor in diagnosing the problem and proceeding to the alleviation process so as to produce output in the form of Counseling Medical Records, Student Counseling Summary and Guidance and Counseling Program Implementation Reports. From the results of this design it is suggested for future research by developing user interface designs and implementing good solutions for the webbased display of the Student Problem Alleviation Application. Because the weakness in this study is that it is not yet able to implement a comfortable application interface for the user.

Abstract

Abstrak: Proses beasiswa pada bagian kemahasiswaan di Universitas Dinamika dimulai dari memberikan pengumuman, menerima berkas dari mahasiswa, melakukan seleksi, melakukan pemeringkatan, pelaporan hasil beasiswa hingga pengumuman penerima beasiswa membutuhkan waktu sekitar 1 bulan per beasiswa, proses tersebut relatif lama karena dilakukan secara manual. Dalam penyeleksian tersebut, saat melakukan seleksi belum menggunakan metode yang jelas. Tidak adanya transparansi ke mahasiswa menyebabkan mahasiswa tidak bisa mengetahui beasiswa yang sudah diajukan. Selain itu, Kabag Kemahasiswaan juga sulit untuk melakukan monitoring. Solusi untuk permasalahan di atas adalah aplikasi manajemen beasiswa menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Dengan menggunakan metode SAW dalam proses penyeleksian penerima beasiswa, maka dapat mempercepat dan membantu untuk mencari siapa yang memiliki nilai skor tertinggi untuk mendapatkan beasiswa. Metode SAW dapat mempercepat proses menentukan penerima beasiswa dengan perhitungan yang terdiri atas kriteria, nilai kriteria dan nilai bobot untuk rekomendasi penerima beasiswa. Sistem ini dapat membantu Staf Bagian Kemahasiswaan dalam proses seleksi penerimaan beasiswa sampai dengan pelaporan. Hasil uji coba menggunakan blackbox testing membuktikan bahwa aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Metode SAW untuk proses perankingan menghasilkan daftar rekomendasi penerima beasiswa yang akurat dan sesuai kebutuhan Kepala Bagian Kemahasiswaan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini membantu Staf Bagian Kemahasiswaan dalam proses seleksi penerimaan beasiswa sampai dengan pelaporan. Kata Kunci: Beasiswa, Metode SAW, Scrum

Abstract

Masalah gizi di Rumah sakit dinilai sesuai kondisi perseorangan yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan. Kecenderungan peningkstsn ksasus penyakit yang terkait gizi (nutrition-related-disease) pada semua kelompok rentan mulai dari ibu hamil, bayi, anak, remaja,hingga lansia,memerlukan penatalaksanaan gizi secara khusus. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pelayanan gizi yang bermutu untuk mencapai dan mempertahankan status gizi yang optimal dan mempercepat penyembuhan.   Pada instalasi gizi RSUD DR. Soetomo ini membutuhkan sebuah sarana untuk mempublikasikan kegiatan serta informasi dan konsultasi untuk memberikan pelayanan untuk pemenuhan gizi pasien, baik secara langsung ataupun melalui sarana online dan juga adanya kebutuhan untuk sebuah sarana untuk mendapatkan nomor antrian secara online, karena pasien tidak hanya terbatas pada masyarakat lokal, tetapi juga masyarakat dari daerah lain. Hal ini untuk mempertahankan penilaian akreditasi A sebagai rumah sakit rujukan Indonesia Timur dan sebagai syarat untuk menjadi rumah sakit bertaraf internasional.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to produce a combination of optimal schedule where no severe conflicts and conflicts minimal value by searching the tabu search method and take into account a number of variables such as instructor schedule, the number of students, lectures limited time and space. So that the resulting schedule can help organize the lecture. With the scheduling of lectures using tabu search algorithm can help in pebuatan class schedules, especially in terms of making the course schedule with a minimum value of conflict or absence komflik courses, lecturers and rooms at a time.

Abstract

Cooperative State University student Surabaya is the type of business cooperatives engaged in the campus environment. Key business processes in the cooperative is selling and buying. Cooperative Surabaya State University students are constrained in clarifying the sales in detail, specifying the items expired, calculates sales records to determine the contribution of each member to member, to calculate changes in the cost of goods in the event of price changes at the time of the purchase process, and knowing the flow of goods in and out of card stock . Based on the description above, we need a system of buying and selling information on student cooperative. The system was built consisting of cash sales, print receipts cash sales, cash purchases, consignment purchases, purchases payable, consignment payment, accounts payable payments, print receipt consignment, master recap reporting, reporting cash sales, reporting a cash purchase, reporting, accounts payable, consignment reporting, card inventory, daily information, the information per member, and infomrasi per item. From the results of testing the sale and purchase of information systems in cooperative Surabaya State University students concluded that the system can run the business of selling and buying process, issuing reports and information required by the cooperative management students of the State University of Surabaya. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop an application of guidance and counseling form twelfth grade senior high scholl students. The method that use in this research is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Waterfall mode that have 5 steps that is requirement, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is an application of guidance and counseling that can handle the process of career determination and career guidance for twelfth grade and also can give reports from that two process. The conclusion of this research is the application have been create can handle career determination for the twelfth grade student and career guidance. For futher development, suggested made mobile application for android and IOS that allows users to acces application everywhere and everytime.

Abstract

The process of learning in high school from year to year changed so quickly and directly proportional with development of technology.  Process of development started from teaching which the source from educators (called teachers) who given to the high school students then changed to be “learn together”. This points are requirements of today students and past student is difference. The today students exist is being called “Digital Native” who students so close with gadget. The devices can be used by teachers and students for learning anytime and anywhere with mobile-based learning applications. Currently, mobile-based application for learning have not standard of learning. Standards learning consist by basic competencies, core competencies, and indicators as a reference of learning contents, exercises, and tasks. There is no standards in other learning mobile-based application it because making a learning application which have standards competencies to display learning contents, exercises, and tasks that can also be used for discussion via chatting.
