Abstract

Xbee s2 pro module works at 2,4 Ghz using IEEE 802.15.4 standard and polarization are linear. There are many types of antennas that can be used, which one is the dipole antenna. The simulation model implemented in this study uses Ansoft HFSS 14.0 software. HFSS stands for high frequency structure simulator is a pioneer in the use of finite element method for electromagnetic wave simulators that implement tangential vector finite elements, adaptive meshing and Adaptive Lanczos-Pade Sweep (ALPS) technology. By using HFSS 14.0 simulation, the axial ratio value of 35.0359 dB that means linier polarization. For the value of s-parameter -21,1851 db and VSWR value approaches 1, that is 1.5195 db. The gain value obtained is 0.7469 dB, the gain value needs to be optimized by using a metamaterial to get a good gain.

Abstract

Information media is an essential medium in communication. So that the information provided is easy to see and read, the media used is placed in a visible place. Nowadays, data has become an inseparable part of process performance. With the advancement of technology, many new information media use electronic media that is used not only as news and advertising media but also as information media located in buildings or offices. Display running text matrix can be used to make the text according to the desired character. Besides, all Work and human needs are highly dependent on electrical energy. Human negligence in using electrical energy will cause waste, which also impacts the cost of using electrical energy. Therefore, we need a tool that can monitor the consumption of electrical power and limit the current use of the load, even if the user of electrical energy is not in place. Of course, making this tool requires a voltage sensor, sensor current ACS712, Arduino nano, and NodeMCU. This tool will monitor the power IoT-based and can be monitored via the internet as a graphical display on the server thingspeak.com. The results of this design can measure voltage one and voltage sensor two with an average error value of 1.75% and 1.38%, and the current measurement has an error value between 0.22% to 3.82% with an average error value of 1.46%.

Abstract

On satellite communication systems, bandwidth and power are limited and expensive resources. Optimization of bandwidth and power utilization in Telkom 3S Satellite could be achieved if the ratio value of the percentage of bandwidth and power is 1: 1. The optimization conditions are influenced by the calculation of the link budget, the use of appropriate modulation and FEC settings. QPSK and 8-PSK modulation techniques with FEC used are ¾, 7/8, and 0.9 with a 9 m Hub antenna and VSAT SCPC with a diameter of 2.4 m and the same data rate of 1024 kbps. Based on the results of this research, the lower the modulation technique used, the lower the ratio of bandwidth and power. The most optimal FEC value to be used is 8-PSK modulation at FEC 0.93 with the resulting percentage is 97.25%, where the total carrier bandwidth generated is 93.415, and the amount of carrier power is 96.05, while the worst is modulation QPSK is at the FEC of 3/4 by producing a percentage of 35% which falls into the limited power category. Thus, the most appropriate modulation used on the Telkom 3S Satellite is the 8-PSK modulation with an FEC of 0.93.

Abstract

Satellites of communication are located at altitude of thousands kilometers above the earth's surface, so the signal is transmitted by satellite to earth station is very susceptible to interference. Every March and September equinox or when the sun crosses the Earth's equator for several days, earth station occurs a naturally interference called by sun outage. At this time, satellite and the sun reach the closest distance because satellite's position is same direction with the sun. This interference makes the signal received by earth station weaken and even disappears due to temperature noise which increases drastically. Loss of signal on the downlink side caused by noise greatly affects to the performance of satellite communication system. This study aims to analyze the effect of sun outage and satellite orbit to determine sun outage period on the performance of Telkom 3S satellite communication system. The results obtained that indicate the signal quality is represented by degradation in the Carrier to Noise Ratio (C/N) from 14,777 dB to 6,0 dB, Energy bits per Noise Ratio (Eb/No) from 11,515 dB to 2,738 dB, and increase the Bit Error Rate (BER) from 8,29×10-7 to 11,08×10-3. In addition, sun outage makes lost of satellite communication traffic and affecting link availability to 99,855324%. Meanwhile, the result from satellite orbit calculation for sun outage period based on ITU-R S.1525 standard and based by satellite’s handbook. Abstract

In the frequency spectrum of 5G technology, there are three sub-frequencies, namely low band, midband, and high band. For the midband frequency, such as 3.5 GHz, it requires high data speed and wide coverage to support Enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB) services with high quality. Therefore, antennas are needed to meet the transmitter and receiver requirements for the 3.5 GHz operating frequency. An antenna with small dimensions is necessary to be used in limited spaces, thus a rectangular microstrip antenna with slit method is designed. For this research, it is limited to simulations using HFSS 15 to find the maximum possible optimization values by adjusting patch dimensions, substrate, and strip line. The return loss result at the operating frequency of 3.5 GHz is -20.0202 dB, and the VSWR is 1.2216. The final step is to add the slit method, which aims to improve the return loss, VSWR, and reduce the antenna dimensions. The optimization result with the slit method is achieved with a patch width of 25.43 mm and a patch length of 19.67 mm. The VSWR value decreases by 0.0701, indicating improved performance. The magnitude gain of the antenna is 3.8253 dB at a theta angle of 360 degrees.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi khususnya internet sangat berperan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di era modern ini kebutuhan akan internet sudah menjadi hal utama bagi Sebagian besar orang. Rumah makan merupakan usaha mikro yang sangat menguntungkan. Hal ini berdampak pada usaha rumah makan untuk lebih berpikir kreatif dalam menciptakan konsep yang berbeda dari rumah makan yang lainnya. Peningkatan fasilitas pemilik rumah makan dilakukan dalam hal penyedian akses internet secara gratis seperti hotspot agar menarik para konsumen untuk makan dan bersantai menghabiskan waktu luang. Dengan memanfaatkan Mini PC sebagai pengontrol jarak jauh melalui bahahsa pemrograman,menjadikan lebih efisien. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan mini PC Raspberry Pi 3 model b yang memiliki fitur GPIO (general Purpose  input output) yang berfungsi sebagai port-port yang mengirimkan perintah sesuai instruksi atau sesuai dengan program yang dibuat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan percobaan uang koin 1000 dan 500. mencari jumlah waktu dan bandwidth yang akan didapatkan oleh user. Pada percobaan ini Dilihat dari waktu dan bandwidth yang didapatkan bahwa uang koin 1000 memiliki waktu 10 menit perkoinnya sedangkan uang koin 500 memiliki waktu 5 menit perkoinnya, pada perbandingan ini memiliki besar bandwidth yang sama yaitu 1.024mbps. Waktu dan jumlah bandwidth hanya dapat disetting oleh admin sebagai user hanya mendapatkan apa yang sudah di setting oleh admin.

Abstract

5G technology is currently developing rapidly in various countries. 5G technology has three sub-frequencies: low band, midband and high band. Midband frequencies in Indonesia are between 2.6 GHz and 3.5 GHz. In order for 5G technology is able to be used in Indonesia, it needs an antenna that can work at 3.5 GHz and has a wide bandwidth. Microstrip antenna is a simple and efficient antenna. However, microstrip antenna has minimal bandwidth. To overcome this, certain methods are needed, one of which is the defected ground structure (DGS) method. The initial design of the antenna has dimensions according to the results of the calculation formula. Then optimization is carried out by reducing the dimensions of the antenna components. After that, the DGS method is applied to widen the bandwidth. The initial design of the single-patch antenna before using the DGS method has a return loss value of -19.96 dB, VSWR 1.22, with a gain value of 3.812 dB and bandwidth 105.1 MHz. The simulation results of the antenna using DGS have a return loss value of -39.76 dB, VSWR of 1.02, with a gain value 3.16 dB and a bandwidth of 158.4 MHz. These results prove that the use of the DGS method can increase bandwidth.

Abstract

Leukimia merupakan jenis kanker darah yang keganasannya dapat berkembang dengan cepat. Penundaan penanganan akan berakibat fatal dalam waktu beberapa bulan. Proses diagnosa dengan cepat dilakukan dengan cara memanfaatkan pemrosesan citra. Sebuah sistem dirancang agar mampu menglasifikasikan penyakit leukimia tipe Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) ke dalam 4 kelas, yaitu : Benign, Early, (Pre) Precursor, dan Pro (Progenitor) dengan memanfaatkan salah satu arsitetktur dari Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) yaitu EfficienNet-B0. Skenario pengujian dilakukan terhadap hyperparameter pada arsitektur EfficienNet-B0 melalui epoch (20, 30 dan 50) dengan learning rate (0.0001, 0.0003, 0.001, 0.003) dan optimizer jenis Adam dan RMSProp. Hasilnya adalah nilai performa akurasi pada data train mencapai 97,84% dan pada data test sebesar 98, 48%.

Abstract

Himpunan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Anak Usia Dini (HIMPAUDI) Banyumas berperan penting dalam mempromosikan pentingnya pendidikan anak usia dini yang berkualitas, melakukan pembinaan dan pengembangan organisasi secara berjenjang, menampung dan memperjuangkan aspirasi para pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan anak usia dini. Mereka menyediakan pelatihan-pelatihan berkualitas tinggi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan program pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan anak. Dengan terlaksana dalam 2 hari materi dibagi per hari ada dua yaitu hari pertama: Google Drive, dan Chat Gpt dan hari ke dua yaitu: Canva dan IG. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan jumlah peserta 47 guru PAUD dengan menggunakan metode Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) dengan pelaksanaan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan dilakukan survey. Dari hasil survey tersebut terdapat kenaikan nilai rata-rata disetiap materi dari pretest dan postest. Dimulai dari pengenalan dan pengoperasiannya IG kenaikan nilai rata-rata adalah 15,96% dan 18,32%. Selanjutnya Canva 25,86% dan 20,99% serta Google Drive 27,67% dan 25,00%. Peningkatan tertinggi adalah Chat Gpt dengan kenaikan nilai rata-rata dari pretest dan postes untuk pengenalan dan pengoperasian 58,33% dan 63,96%. Peserta guru paud diharapkan dapat mendesain poster/bahan ajar dari canva dengan memberi deskripsi, tagline dengan menggunakan Chat Gpt dan disimpan di google drive sehingga rekan sejawat dapat mengkoreksi dan memberikan masukan. Tahap selanjutnya mempublikasikan kegiatan/bahan ajar di media sosial melalui IG. Sehingga tercipta komunikasi antara orang tua murid, calon orang tua murid dan mitra mengenai program maupun kegiatan di Paud.
