Abstract

Based on the observations of research Practical Experience Filed Tuition and Counseling School at SMP Negeri 17 Padang, especially when researchers overseen activities semester exams, it is clear that there are students not ready physically, mentally and not ready to discipline for the exam looks less good. The aimed his study to describe: How readiness physical, mentally and discipline of students to the class VIII to confront the semester exam at SMP Negeri 17 Padang. This research is a descriptive qualitative to got obtaining information in the form of a statement, explaining, words, picture of language. Source of the data is students of the class VIII at SMP Negeri 17 Padang. Total data source is 238 students. In this research Simple Random Sampling done by lottery or lottere was applied. Total of sources research the data 70 students. Research instruments such as questionnaires and interviews, used the technique analysis percentage of engineering analysis interviews. Results of this research said that: (1) Readiness physical to the students for the exam criteria very good is 64.29%. (2) the readiness mentally of the students for the exam the criteria very good is 51.43%. (3) The discipline of students in the exam, including the criteria that is either 55.71%, to addition information from the interview to headmaster and three people guardian class any students not discipline to exam, especially in the discipline of time students still have exams coming late. Based on the found of the research, so the students to recommended the exam and comply with maintaining readiness criteria very well, to headmaster, guardian class and teacher counselor for more attention to discipline students for exams.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are many MSMEs that don't know much about Financial Literacy, so many have difficulty getting capital and end up going bankrupt. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research type. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, saturated sampling type, with the number of respondents studied being 37 MSMEs. Based on a simple linear test by testing the hypothesis, financial literacy influences the sustainability of MSMEs. This is shown by the t table test result = 2.305 and the calculated t result is 5.825. So the calculated t is greater than the t table (5.825 > 2.305) which means that financial literacy has a significant effect on business sustainability.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the role of geomorphology in analyzing the risk of landslides disasters in a complete and comprehensive manner in the Karanggayam area, Kebumen Regency, Central Java Province, based on threat, vulnerability, resilience, and exposure factors. This research is descriptive in nature, so the data source relies on the results of field observations, which are then supported by data from laboratory analysis. The stages in this research were divided into data acquisition, data analysis, and studio stages. Studies of drainage patterns and geomorphological studies can be used as indicators to analyze the risk of landslides, such as landforms, soil thickness, slope, lithology, land use, and vegetation, as well as other indicators such as population density and rainfall, while indicators of resilience factors and exposure factors such as early warning systems, evacuation routes, health facilities, the economy, road borders, and river borders are part of social, economic, and public health. The risk of landslides in the Karanggayam area has three levels: low, medium, and high.

Abstract

Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesehatan fisik, mental, serta keterampilan sosial peserta didik. Faktor internal dan eksternal mempengaruhi minat dan motivasi siswa dalam memilih ektrakurikuler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor internal minat, kepuasan diri, self-efficacy dan faktor eksternal dukungan sosial, lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat dan motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode mix methods dengan desain concurrent embedded, di mana data kuantitatif dikumpulkan terlebih dahulu menggunakan angket, kemudian diperkuat dengan data kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 20 peserta didik di SD Negeri 2 Selat Penuguan, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa memiliki motivasi yang baik dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga. Kendala utama ditemukan, meliputi kurangnya dukungan orang tua, keterbatasan fasilitas, serta benturan dengan jadwal akademik. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan dukungan orang tua, penyediaan fasilitas yang lebih memadai, serta variasi pilihan olahraga sesuai minat siswa. Simpulan faktor internal dan eksternal berperan signifikan dalam membentuk minat dan motivasi siswa. Kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan lingkungan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam ekstrakurikuler olahraga.
