Abstract

Research on"Organogenesis of Tangerine orange (Citrus nobilisLour) onMSmediumsupplemented withvariousconcentrations ofIAAandBAP," has been performedatthe Tissue CultureLaboratory ofthe Faculty ofForestry, Tadulako University, Palu during the period of January andMay 2012. The goal of this study was to determine the optimum growth factor combination of IAA and BAP in MS based medium, for organogenesis of the plant. This research was arranged on Completely RandomizedDesign(CRD) withsix treatments and three replications. Growth factor combinations tested in this study were:  0.1ppm IAA + 0.4ppmBAP(C1), 0.1ppm IAA + 0.6ppm BAP(C2), 0.1ppmIAA+0.8ppmBAP(C3), 0.1ppm IAA + 1.0ppmBAP(C4), 1.0ppm IAA + 0.6ppmBAP(C5), and1.0ppmIAA+1.0ppmBAP(C6). The result indicating that the best organogenesis of Orange explant was in MS medium supplemented with 0.1 ppm IAA and 1.0 ppm BAP (C4). This medium was suitable in inducing shoot and leaf, faster than its in other medium. Explant on this medium was also produced higher number of leaves than it on other treatments.

Abstract

Secara definisi rumah tangga miskin dan penduduk miskin memiliki sudut pandang yang berbeda, dimana definisi rumah tangga miskin akan lebih ditekankan kepada individu yang akan dijadikan survey dalam menentukan penduduk miskin sedangkan penduduk miskin lebih kepada kumpulan dari beberapa rumah tangga miskin. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan antara algoritma K-Means dan Fuzzy Substractive Clustering (SFCM) dalam mengelompokkan rumah tangga miskin. Kedua algoritma ini akan dibandingkan berdasarkan simpangan baku dan validitas hasil pengelompokkan yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan 6 pengujian yang telah dilakukan, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa dari sisi waktu algoritma K-Means mampu mengelompokkan lebih cepat bila dibandingkan dengan algoritma SFCM, namun dari sisi simpangan baku kelompok, simpangan baku antar kelompok, maupun akurasi maka algoritma SFCM memiliki performa yang lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan algoritma K-Means

Abstract

The system of registration and enrollment process that is still using the manual method, the manual registration form hereinafter be recapitulated in the ledger by the committee PSB into the computer. Because the number of applicants who pretty much and continues to grow, so that the input process, data processing and delivery of information resulting from the admission requires substantial time. To overcome this, they invented a new student enrollment applications to facilitate web-based committee in the data processing new admissions and delivery of information with analytical comparison of two methods of software development is the method of RUP and Prototype. Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan pada suatu perusahaan furniture rattan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting. Seorang pimpinan perusahaan furniture rattan seharusnya mengambil sebuah keputusan berdasarkan perhitungan dan pemikiran yang matang agar keputusan pemilihan pengesub (pekerja) yang telah atau akan diambil tidak menimbulkan kesan negatif atau bahkan kerugian terhadap perusahaan yang dipimpinnya. Saat ini perusahaan furniture rattan menggunakan 2 tipe pengesub, yaitu pengesub internal dan pengesub eksternal. Saat ini proses penentuan pemilihan pengesub, khususnya pengesub eksternal masih dilakukan secara manual melalui proses survey langsung. Selain itu faktor kedekatan pengesub dengan para pimpinan perusahaan furniture rattan juga masih menjadi permasalahan klasik. Kendala lain yang sering ditemui yaitu adanya ketidak konsistensian perusahaan furniture rattan dalam menentukan kriteria standar sebagai dasar pertimbangan pemilihan pengesub terbaik. Setelah melakukan pengujian pada 10 alternativ dengan 9 kriteria didapatkan pengesub Andi menempati urutan pertama dengan nilai preferensi relatif untuk setiap alternative adalah 0,5874. Pengesub Eko menempati urutan kedua dengan nilai preferensi relative 0,5801. Ketiga pengesub Gugun (0,4714), Keempat pengesub Bambang (0,4417), Kelima pengesub Kodir (0,4324), Keenam pengesub Tono (0,4166), Ketujuh pengesub Yana (0,3651). Kedelapan pengesub Dedi (0,3466). Kesembilan pengesub Budi (0,2791). Dan terakhir pengesub Opik dengan nilai preferensi relatif 0,1576.Decision-making on a rattan furniture company is a very important thing. A rattan furniture company leadership should take a decision based on the calculation and careful thought that pengesub selection decisions (workers) that have been or will be taken not to cause a negative impression or even loss of the company he leads. The company currently uses two types of rattan furniture pengesub, namely pengesub internal and external pengesub. Currently the process of determining the election pengesub, especially external pengesub still done manually through direct survey process. In addition to the proximity factor pengesub leaders rattan furniture company also remains a classic problem. Another problem often encountered is the presence of inconsistencies rattan furniture company in determining the criteria for the selection of a standard as a basis for consideration of best pengesub. After testing at 10 alternativ with 9 criteria obtained pengesub Andi ranks first with a relative preference value for each alternative is 0,5874. Eko Pengesub ranks second with a value of 0,5801 relative preference. Third pengesub Gugun (0,4714), Fourth pengesub Bambang (0,4417), Fifth pengesub Kodir (0.4324), Sixth pengesub Tono (0,4166), Seventh pengesub Yana (0,3651). Eighth pengesub Smith (0,3466), Ninth pengesub Budi (0.2791) . And last pengesub Opik with relative preference value 0.1576

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan pada suatu lembaga/sekolah merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Kepala sekolah seharusnya mengambil sebuah keputusan berdasarkan perhitungan dan pemikiran jangka panjang agar keputusan menentukan prestasi akademik siswa yang akan diambil tidak salah. Di MA Darul Masholeh masih terdapat masalah dalam membuat laporan pembelajaran siswa, untuk menentukan siswa yang berprestasi hanya ditentukan menggunakan nilai rapot, belum adanya pemanfaatan secara optimal data laporan penilaian hasil belajar siswa, masih adanya kesulitan untuk mengetahui pencapaian dari kegiatan pembelajaran siswa. Dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS dapat mempermudah guru untuk menentukan prestasi akademik siswasecara tepat dan cepat, dimana metode topsis adalah salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan dimana alternative yang terpilih merupakan alternatif terbaik yang mempunyai jarak terdekat dari solusi ideal positif dan terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Dari pengujian 20 alternative dengan 6 kriteria yaitu hafalan al-qur’an, nilai rata-rata rapot, absensi, nilai minimal, total nilai dan piagam prestasi. Dari 20 alternative di dapatkan siswa yang berprestasi yaitu diurutan pertama Wildan dengan nilai preferensi relative 0,66, Kedua Ratna (0,64), ketiga Sinta (0,55), keempat Rini (0,50), Kelima Faisal (0,38) dan terakhir Sadriyah dengan nilai preferensi relative (0,00).Decision-making in an institution/school is very important. School principals should take a decision based on the calculation and long-term thinking in order to decide on the academic achievement of students who will be taken not wrong. In MA Darul Masholeh there is still a problem in reporting student learning, to determine student achievement is only determined using rapot value, the lack of optimal utilization data reporting student learning outcomes assessment, there is still difficult to determine the achievement of student learning activities. By using TOPSIS method can simplify the teacher to determine academic achievement siswasecara precise and fast, which TOPSIS method is one method of decision-making in which the chosen alternative is the best alternative that has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution. Of the 20 alternative testing with 6 criteria that memorizing the Qur'an, the average value rapot, absenteeism, minimum value, the total value and charter achievement. Of the 20 alternative in getting students who excel are listed first Wildfire with relative preference value of 0.66, the Second Ratna (0.64), third Sprott (0.55), fourth Rini (0.50), the Fifth Faisal (0.38) and the last Sadriyah with relative preference value (0.00).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi pendidikan karakter dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat implementasi pendidikan karakter di K.B Az-Zahro Kecamatan Grujugan Kabupaten Bondowoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis data dilakukan saat proses penelitian sedang berlangsung (on going process). Data dinalisis secara deskriptif melalui pengumpulan data yang diperoleh di lapangan berupa lembar hasil observasi, catatan hasil wawancara dan, dokumen yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian.Tahap analisis data kualitatif terdiri dari tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan yaitu: (1) reduksi data; (2) penyajian data; dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter anak usia dini pada Kelompok Bermain Az-Zahro dikasanakan dengan tiga tahapan, terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung implementasi pendidikan karakter di K.B Az-Zahro antara lain: RPPH yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai karakter, kreatifitas guru dalam mensiasati kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, serta rasa persaudaraan yang kuat antar sesama warga sekolah.. Faktor penghambatan dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter di K.B Az-Zahro, antara lain: latar belakang anak yang berbeda karena faktor orang tua yang keduanya sibuk bekerja sehingga kurang perhatian terhadap anak, faktor penghambat yang lainnya adalah fasilitas atau sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai di K.B Az-Zahro. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter di K.B Az-Zahro sudah terimplementasikan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan serta karakteristik belajar anak usia dini.

Abstract

This research uses data from graduate students who participated in the 5th Batch of the Teaching Campus Program at Bakti Indonesia University. The sample data used are the GPAs (Grade Point Averages) before and after participating in the program, which are processed by testing correlation analysis using the Spearman Rank method with the help of SPSS to determine the Spearman correlation coefficient (r_s) and manual calculation to determine the t_value that will be compared with t_(table )the result with a significance level of 0.01. The data shows that the GPA values before and after participating in the Teaching Campus program have a t_value ≥t_(table ), which is 5.9718 ≥ 2.807 at a significant level of 0.01 (two-tail test). Therefore, H_O is rejected, meaning there is a change in the GPAs of students who graduated from the 5th Batch of the Teaching Campus Program. Thus, students can improve their learning quality in facing problems in the field, as shown by the changes in GPA values before and after participating in the Teaching Campus program at Bakti Indonesia University.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of describing reading activities without spelling to stimulate the literacy ability of children aged 5-6 years in TK Darma Wanita 20 Kembiritan. The study used a qualitative descriptive model. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. Data were analyzed during the study (on going process). From the results of the study, data were obtained that early literacy skills (reading) for early childhood using the method of reading without spelling are more efficient than conventional methods (spelling). The reading without spelling method helps students be able to read more complicated sentences within 6 months. This of course must be adjusted to the abilities of each student. So, it can be concluded that strategies in stimulating early childhood literacy skills can be successful if the methods used are in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood learning.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance eighth-grade students' exposition writing at SMP Negeri 2 Hulu Kuantan through a problem-based learning model. The model facilitates material understanding, improving students' expository text skills and overall proficiency. Noteworthy improvements are observed in the learning process and outcomes. Classified as Classroom Action Research, the research consists of two cycles at SMP Negeri 2 Hulu Kuantan. Data collection includes tests and observations, analyzed qualitatively. Success criteria involve positive value changes in each cycle, assessing triumph in both the process and results. The problem-based learning model effectively elevates students' exposition writing proficiency, fostering focus, group engagement, and enjoyment. Consistent and significant improvements occur across all aspects from cycle I to II, affirming the model's success in enhancing exposition writing skills among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Hulu Kuantan.

Abstract

This study employs the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, conducted in one cycle. The researcher follows the cycle stages, which include pre-implementation, planning, classroom action execution, observation, and reflection, to assess the improvement in students' learning interest. The objective of this research is to determine whether the Make A Match model, supported by digital media, can enhance the learning interest of seventh-grade students at MTs Puspa Bangsa Cluring, consisting of 16 students, in the topic of sets. Data collection techniques utilized by the researcher include learning outcome tests with item validity testing, reliability testing of cognitive test results, differential power testing for each item, and difficulty testing for each question. Additionally, observations and field notes are conducted. The data analysis results indicate that mathematics instruction using the Make A Match model significantly improves students' learning interest, with mastery scores increasing from 31.25% (pre-test) to 87.5% (post-test). Furthermore, students' interest in learning, based on their activity levels, is assessed at 80.56%, categorized as good.
