Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Asahan, Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Timur Kabupaten Asahan, Propinsi Sumatera Utara dengan ketinggian tempat 20 m dpl, topografi datar dan iklim tipe C. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2018 dan berakhir pada bulan Mei 2018. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor perlakuan dan tiga ulangan, faktor pertama adalah pemberian pupuk NPK Grower (N) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu G0 (tanpa perlakuan), G1 (20 g/plot) dan G2 (40 g/plot), dan fator kedua adalah pemberian pupuk kandang ayam (A) terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu A0 (kontrol), A1 (0,5 kg/plot), A2 (1,0 kg/plot) dan A3 (1,5 kg/plot). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK Grower berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang merah. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan (G2) menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 35,35 cm, jumlah daun sebesar 11,67 helai, jumlah anakan sebesar 8,08 anakan. Perlakuan dosis pupuk feses ayam berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang merah. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada dosis 1,5 kg/plot (A3) menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 35,20 cm, jumlah daun sebesar 10,44 helai, jumlah anakansebesar 6,67 anakan. Interaksi perlakuan pupuk NPK Grower dan pupuk feses ayam tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang merah.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the research garden of Faculty of Agriculture University of Asahan, Kisaran Naga Village, Kisaran Timur Subdistrict, Asahan District in June to September 2017. The experiment was arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design with two factors and three replication. The first factor is 3 degree of the giving of solid fertilizer that is S0 = 0 ton/ha (0kg/plot), S1 = 10 ton /ha (1 kg/plot), S2 = 20 ton/ha (2 kg/plot), S3 = 30 ton/ha (3 kg/plot). Second factor is the giving of NPK 15–15–15 fertilizer that is N0 = 0 kg/ha (kontrol), N1 = 50 kg/ha (5 g/plot), N2= 100 kg/ha (10 kg/plot). Parameters were observed are plant height, production per plant, production per plot. The result of the research showed that solid fertilizer application haveeffect on plant height an production per plot. NPK 15–15–15 fertilizer application have effect on plant height, production per plant and production per plot. No interaction of solid fertilizer and NPK 15–15–15 fertilizer application on growht and yield of sweet corn.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Mentimun Street, Siumbut Baru Village, Kisaran Timur Subdistrict, Asahan Regency, North Sumatera Province. Study time from March to May 2017. This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is PGR with 4 levels: Z0 = without PGR, Z1 = Rootone F (2 g / l water), Z2 = Atonik (2 ml / l water) and Z3 = Hantu (2 ml / l water). The second factor is by giving the ratio of manure with 4 levels ie K0 = 1: 0 (1 part of soil + 0 parts of manure), K1 = 1: 1 (1 part of soil + 1 part manure), K2 = 2: 1 (2 part of soil + 1 part manure) and K3 = 3: 1 (3 parts of soil + 1 part manure). The results showed that the best treatment of PGR was obtained at PGR Rootone F which resulted in plant height 26,36 cm, leaf number 13,71 strand, stem diameter 5,29 mm, total live crop 3,75 crop. The treatment of manure on planting medium with aratio of 2: 1 (soil: manure) is the best treatment that produce plant height 25.09 cm, the number of leaves 13.54 pieces, stem diameter 5.25 mm, the number of plants live 3.67 plants. Interaction between PGR and manure had no significant effect on all observed variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Asahan, Kabupaten Asahan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, dengan tofografi ketinggian tempat ± 23 m dpl. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai Agustus 2018. Bahan penelitian terdiri dari benih kecipir, ampas teh, pupuk KCl, pupuk kandang, insektisida matador 25 EC (bahan aktif deltrametrin 2 ml/liter) dan air. Alat penelitian yang digunakan adalah cangkul, garu, gergaji, martil, paku, tang, jangka sorong, triplek, kuas, cat, meteran, timbangan, gembor, kayu, tali rapiah, tugal dan alat tulis. Penelitian ini disusun berasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama cara pemberian ampas teh dengan 3 taraf, yaitu: A0 = tanpa ampas teh, A1 = dengan ditabur, A2 = ampas teh dicampur dengan air. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk KCl dengan 4 taraf, yaitu K0 = tanpa perlakuan, K1 = 7,2  g/plot, K2 = 14,4 g/plot, K3 = 741,6 g/plot.

Abstract

This research was carried out in the research field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Asahan University with a height of 10 m above sea level, climate type C (oldeman). The study was conducted from January to March 2019. The research materials consisted of Bima Brebes variety of shallot seed tubers, dried chicken manure, Top G2 organic liquid fertilizer, Deltamethrin active ingredient (Decis 2.5 EC), fungicidal active ingredients Mankozed (Decis 2.5 EC) Dithane M-45 80 WP) and water. The research tools used were hoes, rakes, tripe machetes, torches, raffia ropes, knives, gauges, schalifers, calculators and other stationery, title boards, sample plant plates, bloated, and treatment boards. This research was arranged based on a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the application of POC top G2 fertilizer with 4 levels, namely: P0 = 0 cc / liter of water, P1 = 4 cc / liter of water, P2 = 8 cc / liter of water, P3 = 12 cc / liter of water. The second factor is the provision of cow manure with 3 levels, namely: A0 = 0 tons / ha, A1 = 5 tons / ha, A2 = 10 tons / ha. The results showed that the best application of top G2 POC fertilizer was obtained at a dose of 12 cc / liter of water / plot resulting in a plant height of 25.56 cm, a total tuber crop of 7.96 cloves, a crop production of 63.52 g, production per plot of 1.27 kg. The best application of cow manure is obtained at a dose of 10 kg / ha = 1 kg / plot resulting in a plant height of 27.39 cm. number of crop tubers 8.38 cloves, production per plant 62.21 g, production per plot 1.25 kg. The interaction between the application of top G2 POC fertilizer and chicken manure on the growth and production of shallot plants showed no significant effect on all parameters observed.

Abstract

This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with two treatmentfactors and three replications, the first factor was the giving of various types of organic fertilizer(P) consisting of 4 levels ie P0 (without treatment), P1 (bokashi cow dung), P2 ( bokashi legum) and the second fator is the application of urea (U) fertilizer consisting of 3 levels ie U0 (control), U1 (10 g / plot) and U2 (20 g / plot). The results of research that treatment of various types of organic fertilizer significantly affect the growth and yield of water spinach. The best treatment was obtained at treatment (P3) yielding 22,10 cm height, 25,33 pieces of leaves, yield per crop 39,29 g and yield per plot 3,87 kg. The treatment of urea fertilizer has an effect on the growth and yield of spinach water. The best treatment was obtained at a dose of 20 g / plot (U2) resulting in plant height of 22.42 cm, number of leaves of 23.42 pieces, production per plant 39.04 g and production per plot of 3.85 kg. Interaction treatment of various types of organic fertilizers and urea fertilizers did not show a significant effect on the growth and yield of water spinach.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Asahan Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Barat, Kabupaten Asahan Propinsi Sumatera Utara, dengan tofografi datar berada pada ketinggian ± 35 m diatas permukaan laut. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2018 hingga April 2018. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah perlakuan jarak tanam (J) dengan 4 taraf yaitu J1 = 30 cm x 10 cm, J2  = 30 cm x 20 cm, J3 = 30 cm x 25 cm dan J4 = 30 cm x 33 cm. Hasil penelitian Perlakuan jarak tanam menunjukkan adanya pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi tanaman kacang tanah. Dengan perlakuan terbaik menggunakan jarak tanam 30 cm x 33 cm menghasilkan 1,04 kg. Perlakuan limbah cair tahu terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kacang tanah terbaik dengan dosis 400/ml air per plot menghasilkan prroduksi per plot sebesar 0,99 kg dan Interaksi antara perlakuan perlakuan jarak tanam dan dosis limbah cair tahu pupuk terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kacang tanah menunjukan pengaruh yang tidak nyata terhadap seluruh parameter yang diamati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Jarak Tanam dan Pemberian Dosis Limbah Cair Tahu Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Kacang Tanah (Arachis hypogea L.).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi pupuk solid dan ZPT auksin terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman lada. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Lahan Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian UNA Kisaran, Kabupaten Asahan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan Ketinggian tempat 17 m dpl, tipe iklim C (oldeman). Penelitian dari Januari sampai April 2018. Metode penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan 12 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor Pupuk Solid  (P) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu P0 = Topsoil (Kontrol), P1= Topsoil + Limbah solid Kelapa sawit (2:1), P2 = Topsoil + Limbah solid Kelapa sawit (1:1). Faktor Zat Pengatur Tumbuh (ZPT) Auksin (A) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu A0 = kontrol, A1 = 2 cc / liter air, A2= 4 cc / liter air. Peubah amatan yang diteliti meliputi persentase keberhasilan tumbuh (%), jumlah tunas (tunas), panjang tunas (cm) dan jumlah daun 9 helai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian pupuk solid  berpengaruh  sangat  nyata  terhadap persentase stek tumbuh, jumlah daun, jumlah tunas dan panjang tunas pada semua umur amatan. Pemberian ZPT Auksin berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap persentase stek tumbuh, jumlah daun dan jumlah tunas pada semua umur amatan serta berpengaruh terhadap panjang tunas pada umur 60 HST, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap panjang tanaman umur 90 HST. Interaksi pupuk solid dan ZPT Auksin berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase stek tumbuh dan panjang tunas umur 90 HST.

Abstract

The study was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Asahan University, Kisaran Naga Village, Kota Kisaran Timur Subdistrict, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province with a flat topography and a height of ± 25 m above sea level, with sufficient water sources with sandy clay texture. The study was conducted in April to June 2018. This study was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatment factors and three replications, the first factor was the dose of rabbit feces fertilizer (K) consisting of 4 levels, namely K0 (without treatment), K1 (0.29 kg / plot) , K2 (0.58 kg / plot), and K3 (0.87 kg / plot), and the second fator is NPK BOOS 324 (N) fertilizer consisting of 3 levels namely N0 (control), N1 (10.8 g / plot), and N2 (21.6 g / plot). The results showed that the treatment of rabbit feces fertilizer had a significant effect on the growth and production of purple eggplant plants. The best treatment was at a dose of 0.87 kg / plot (K3) resulting in plant height of 53.26 cm, number of fruit 8.33 fruit, production per plant 1.13 kg and production per plot of 17.00 kg. NPK BOOS 324 fertilizer treatment significantly affected the growth and production of purple eggplant plants. The best treatment was found in the treatment of 21.6 g / plot (N2) resulting in the highest plant height of 53.26 cm, number of fruits of 8.00 fruit, production per plant of 1.00 kg and production per plot of 15.63 kg. The interaction of giving rabbit feces fertilizer and NPK BOOS 324 fertilizer did not show a significant effect on the growth of purple eggplant.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the Tanjung Sari village, Sei Dadap, Asahan, North Sumatraprovince with a height of ± 17 m above sea level, tipy of climate C (oldeman). This study wasconducted in Mey to July 2017. The study design was a Randomized Block Design (RBD)Factorial consisting of 12 treatment combinations, each 4 levels application of Miracle Grofertilizer is: M0 = 0 g Miracle Gro/l water (control), M1 = 1 g Miracle Gro/l water, M2 = 2 g Miracle Gro/l water, M3 = 3 g Miracle Gro/l water and 3 levels of manure fertilizer is: K0 = 0 tons/ha (control), K1 = 15 tons/ha (4,5 kg/plot), K2 = 30 tons/ha (9 kg/plot). The results showed that giving Miracle Gro of concentration 3 g/l water (M3) on sweet corn can increase the growth of crop height age of 2, 4 and 6 Weeks After Planting (WAP); stem diameter ages 6 WAP; the number of leaf age 2, 4 and 6 WAP; weight of cob weighs per plot; weight of cob without any weight per plot. Giving manure fertilizer up to dose 30 tons/ha (K2) on sweet corn can increase the growth of crop height age of 2, 4 and 6 WAP; stem diameter ages 6 WAP; the number of leaf age 2, 4 and 6 WAP; weight of cob weighs per plot; weight of cob without any weight per plot. Interaction of giving Miracle Gro and manure fertilizer very significant effect on plant height, weight of cob weighs per plot; weight of cob without any weight per plot. The interaction is best obtained in treatment M3K2 (3 g Miracle Gro/l water and 30 tons/ha of manure fertilizer).
