Abstract

Employee performance is performance not only seen as a result, but also with regard to independence, consistency with organizational values, understanding of issues related to responsibility, discipline and communicating well. The research approach used in this study is to use an associative and quantitative approach. The variables used in this study consist of training, work discipline, employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at the Belawan Intermediate Customs and Excise Service Office, amounting to 204 people, while the study sample was 67 employees. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, uiji t, f test and coefficient of determination (R-Square). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between training variables on employee performance, there was a positive and significant influence between work discipline variables on employee performance, there was a positive and significant influence between training variables and work discipline on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Service Office Middle Type Belawan.

Abstract

Reading an interest in the student must be done in a manner continuing when not done on a regular basic and discliplined it would not have formed a good literary culture. When reading culture is assimilated into students, it builds up an optimal literative character. Developing attitudes and characteristics often require the support of all parties of government, school, teachers, parents, and environment and yourself. If all parties can collaborate and assist in establishing an orderly attitude and custom, then is a virtue.

Abstract

This study empirically examines whether each component of intellectual capital has an effect on the performance of companies in the high intensive IC category in Indonesia. Measurement of company performance uses ROA and ATO, while intellectual capital uses MVAIC. The sample used was 154 companies in the high intensive IC category listed on the IDX from 2015 to 2019. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in data testing with the SPSS program. The test results obtained are that structural capital, relational capital, capital employed have a positive effect on the performance of high intensive IC category companies on the IDX for the 2015 - 2019 period. However, human capital shows a negative effect on the performance of high intensive IC category companies on the IDX period. 2015 - 2019.

Abstract

Studi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tekanan stakeholder, sertifikasi ISO 14001, profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap pengungkapan emisi karbon. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk pemilihan sampel dan didapat 221 sampel. Dalam menganalisa data di penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dibantu program IBM SPSS 25. Studi ini menghasilkan bahwa tekanan stakeholder dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan emisi karbon. Namun, profitabilitas dan kepemilikan sertifikasi ISO tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengungkapan emisi karbon

Abstract

In companies, it is often found that there are employees who come late, are less careful in their work, do not feel enough about their salaries and several complaints related to employee motivation. These problems are closely related to the work results of employees in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine whether compensation and motivation together (simultaneously) or separately (partially) have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ Medan. This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 82 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation and motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ Medan, partial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ Medan and motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

: Job satisfaction is a condition in which an individual feels good about what he has done from a job. A sense of satisfaction will give you better work. Employee job satisfaction has a good effect on the creation of company performance. Many factors that can provide employee job satisfaction include organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior in Islamic perspectives on job satisfaction. This study is an associative study with a research sample of 80 respondents who are employees at higher education institutions in Medan. Data clumping techniques use observation and coesioner. Data analysis techniques use regression analysis, as well as hypothesis tests. The results showed that organizational citizenship behavior variables affect job satisfaction and the contribution of indevenden variables to job satisfaction 24.2%.Keywords: Islamic perspective, Job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Performance

Abstract

Aplikasi Pixellab merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan logo yang berbasis android. Dengan pemanfaatan dan pengembangkan teknik dalam pembuatan logo Dalam hal ini, pemanfaatan media yang menarik dan tepat guna dalam proses pembuatan logo pelatihan akan memiliki dampak positif yang akan sangat berpotensi meningkatkan kemampuan mahasantri dalam membuat logo dengan aplikasi pixellab. Para mahasantri sangat membutuhkan pengetahuan dalam membuat logo dengan tujuan memberikan bekal dalam pembuatan logo walaupun mahasantri terdiri dari banyak prodi yang ada di Unilak. Oleh sebab itu, tim pengusul program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat menawarkan solusi berupa Pelatihan Pembuatan Logo Dengan Aplikasi Pixellab Untuk Pesantren Mahasiswa Universitas Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru. Di mana program ini diharapkan mampu menjadi wadah dan inspirasi bagi para mahasantri dapat menambah pengetahuan dalam membuat logo dengan aplikasi pixellab besar harapan mahasantri dapat mengikuti proses pelatihan pembuatan logo dengan aplikasi pixellab dan mahasantri lebih mampu menghasilkan karya yang dapat merangsang daya tarik dalam pembuatan logo dengan menarik dan unik. Sebagai pemateri memberikan sosialisasi dan sekaligus pendampingan mengenai bagaimana pembuatan logo dengan aplikasi pixellab yang menarik dan pastinya sagat dapat bermanfaat. Abstract: The Pixellab application is an application that can be used in making Android-based logos. By using and developing techniques in making logos. In this case, the use of attractive and appropriate media in the process of creating a training logo will have a positive impact which will greatly improve the ability of students to create logos with the Pixellab application. The students really need knowledge in making logos with the aim of providing provisions in making logos even though the students consist of many study programs at Unilak. Therefore, the team that proposed the Community Service program offered a solution in the form of Training on Logo Making with the Pixellab Application for Islamic Boarding School Students at the Lancang Kuning University Pekanbaru. Where this program is expected to be a forum and inspiration for students to increase knowledge in making logos with the Pixellab application, we hope that students can take part in the training process of making logos with the Pixellab application and students will be more able to produce works that can encourage attractiveness in making logos attractively. and unique. As a presenter, he provides socialization and at the same time assistance on how to make a logo with the Pixellab application which is interesting and certainly useful.

Abstract

Banyak sector yang merasakan dampak pandemi global (covid-19) yang sudah terjadi hampir satu tahun belakangan ini. Pandemi global yang dirasakan hampir semua negara ini, mengakibatkan perekonomian menjadi lumpuh. Banyak perusahaan yang terpaksa harus gulung tikar, yang otomatis membuat semakin banyaknya pengangguran. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan secara tentative selama masa pandemic ini, orang semakin banyak berjualan online. Berjualan secara online menjadi pilihan, karena selain tidak membutuhkan modal yang banyak, juga bisa dipasarkan seluas-luasnya. beberapa produk yang dijual baik produk jadi maupun produk olahan, sudah memiliki tampilan yang baik, karena proses pengambilan gambar dan editing dilakukan oleh tenaga professional. Namun, berbeda dengan pelaku usaha yang baru terjun dalam jual beli online yang memiliki modal seadanya tentu tidak bisa menyewa tenaga professional untuk menampilkan keindahan dan estetika dari produk yang akan dijual. Oleh karena itulah di berikan pelatihan Digital Imaging ini dilakukan untuk membantu pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dalam editing produk, sehingga produk yang dijual dapat bersaing. Editing produk yang dilakukan pun cukup mudah, hanya dengan memaksimalkan Smart Phone dengan mengunduh beberapa aplikasi yang mendukung dalam proses editing ini. Abstract: Many sectors have felt the impact of the global pandemic (Covid-19) which has occurred for almost a year. The global pandemic that is being felt by almost all of these countries has caused the economy to become paralyzed. Many companies have gone out of business, which automatically creates more unemployment. Based on observations made tentatively during this time of the pandemic, more and more people are selling online. Selling online is an option, because it doesn't require a lot of capital, it can also be marketed as widely as possible. some of the products sold, both finished products and processed products, already have a good appearance, because the shooting and editing processes are carried out by professionals. However, it is different from business actors who are new to online buying and selling who have limited capital, of course they cannot hire professionals to display the beauty and aesthetics of the products to be sold. Therefore, Digital Imaging training is provided to assist Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in editing products, so that the products sold can compete. Product editing is also quite easy, just by maximizing the Smart Phone by downloading several applications that support this editing process.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the behavior of consumers, the factors influencing the selection of microfinance institutions sources of funding for SMEs. The study was conducted because of the difficulty SMEs to access financial institutions, especially the Bank, because a lot of procedures to go through as requirements. What factors are underlying the selection of financial institutions for SME capital sources. This study will determine what factors are the basis for SMEs in choosing a source of financing for their business. The result is expected to be useful for the government and relevant agencies in reviewing procedures and filing system of credit for SMEs. It is very necessary especially for SMEs is the foundation of Indonesia's economy and should be supported to be more sturdy. SME growth will help the government, one of them in terms of employment.Research is associative, because it intends to examine the relationship between the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that simultaneous personal factors, psychological, social and cultural significant effect on the selection of financial institutions. However partially show different things. Partially personal factors influence the consumer's decision, but the factor of psychological, social and cultural decision does not affect the consumer in choosing a financial institution.
