Abstract

This reseacrh aim to explain about the eefect of the implementation of ASEAN - China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) on the development of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) export from Indonesia to Tiongkok. ACFTA is an agreemnet between the members of ASEAN and Tiongkok to make free trade. This research uses the qualitative descriptive as the method and secondary is the techniques of collection data. Futhermore author uses the librarism perspective with nation state as the level of analysis and uses the international trade with competitive advantage theories by David Ricardo. The result of this research shoe the export of Indonesian’s Crude Palm Oil (CPO) to Tiongkok having an increase since was implementated of ASEAN –China Free Trade Area in 2010, and the production of Indonesian’s Crude Palm Oil increased after the ASEAN – China Free Trade Agreement appliedKey Words: Export, Crude Palm Oil, ASEAN- China Free Trade Area, Bilateral relation, Free Trade Area.

Abstract

Globalization makes another point of national interest’s of a state. In this era, diplomacy is one of the other choices that often be used, called Soft Power Diplomacy. Indonesia chose to use cultural diplomacy as their way to gain the national interest. In fact, Indonesia is a country that has a culture as their powerful point. This research aim to explain about Indonesian cultural diplomacy’s strategy in TTI’s concepts as the framework in 2016.This research used qualitative research methods with descriptive explanation start from Indonesia-Russia’s relation in some sectors, TTI’s concepts as Indonesia-Russia’s prospect in case of coorperation , and cultural diplomacy’s strategic to Russia through Festival Indonesia in 2016. By means of implement diplomacy public’s theory, it can elaborate how Indonesia’s strategy to carry their interest in Russia with Indonesian Festival straight to TTI’s concepts.By seeing Russia as Indonesia’s strategic partner, the correct stimulus to their partnership for both countries are culture. In implementation, Indonesia and Russia through this Festival organizing cultural exhibition to represent their close emotional relation to each other as a country that has been built for a long time ago. Abstract

Many nations have developed their potency and capacity of space science and technology. This happened due to the assumption of Space as neutral territory and it is free to be explored. Moreover, as its nature that still provides mystery. International Space Station (ISS) then created to accommodating nations curiosity related to science and technology of space. ISS is a laboratory in Earth Orbit. It’s Zero Gravity condition that makes it ideal to conduct a lot of research that could not be on Earth which have a lot of benefit for man. ISS is made by international cooperation of United States of America, Canada, Japan, Russia and Europe Union. America indeed is the initiator of ISS. Through this research, it will be identified deeply rationalization of America behind its contribution to ISS building.This research is an explanative research which intends to explain phenomenon or issue in International Relations. Library Research method is used through primary and secondary sources from Books, Website, and Journals that mostly obtained from NASA’s and USA’s Government.This research as well would explain linkages of independent and dependent variable so the result of the research could be understood. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand This research will discuss about why Indonesian stopping defense cooperation temporary against Australian. In the last 2016, Indonesian Government based Ministry of Defense agree to stop defense cooperation against Australian. It is between Indonesian Armed Forces by Kopasus and Australian Defense Forces, both Joint training, joint military operation temporary stopped as a respon to an issue of humiliate of Pancasila by Australian Defense Forces. This research theoretically has built with Realism perspectives on International Relations and supported by Foreign Policy theory of James N.Rossenau. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library. Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems. Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis whic reveals the fact that Indonesian foreign policy that stopping a defense cooperation temporary just caused by a bad relation between countries that always on conflict. It is caused a confidence building measure too. There is nothing a mutual trust each other. Australy been always look Indonesia as a threat from North. So, that’s make sense when Australy was always countering Indonesia as a threat not a companion. Abstract

Tourism has become a trend of modern human life, because this human activity has a broad dimension, not just to fulfill the need for fun to enjoy the trip, but this activity gives rise to a lot of artistic and cultural economic activity. Indonesia is one of the countries that has many interesting tourist destinations to visit. Pelalawan Regency has many tourism places that have great opportunities to develop rapidly, one of them is Tesso Nilo National Park with that the author takes the title of visitor’s assessment of accessibility to Tesso Nilo National Park, Pelalawan Regency which aims to determine the assessment of visitors who visit Tesso Nilo National Park and to find out the management’s efforts to improve accessibility to Tesso Nilo National Park, the researchers use Warpani theory (2002), which says that accessibility is defined as the level of ability to achieve or obtain the goods and services needed so that accessibility can be interpreted as the degree of ease achieved by people, to objects, services or the environment. This research was carried out for four months starting from April to July 2021. This research is a mixed methods research, the data collection technique uses observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation technique. Samples from the research are visitors and managers. The results of this recapitulation show that overall the respondents gave a not good assessment of accessibility to Tesso Nilo National Park and management’s efforts to improve accessibility are still in the planning stage.Keywords : Assessment, Visitors, Accessibility and National Park

Abstract

This paper is a study of the security strategy that explains about the smuggling of narcotics. This study discusses the strategy of Indonesia in addressing cross-border drug smuggling in Riau Islands in 2013-2017. The purpose of this study is to determine what strategies undertaken by Indonesia in addressing cross-border drug smuggling in the Riau Islands. Riau Islands is one of the provinces in Indonesia bordering with neighboring countries, the location is prone to make frequent occurrence Smuggling in Riau Islands, one of which is smuggling narcotics. Narcotics smuggling itself is a crime that is crimes committed by crossing national borders.This is qualitative research which used descriptive methods, and collecting datas from interview, books, journals, articles, mass media, official ublications and relevant websites. This paper used the neoliberalism perspective written by Kenneth Waltz, analysis unit nation-state written by Mohtar Mas’oed and the theory is Strategy written by John Lovell.The result of this research is that Indonesia's strategy in dealing with narcotics smuggling is to perform actions that optimize the role of BNN and external actions which by cooperation with Malaysia.Keywords: Narcotic, Smuggling, Riau Island, Security Strategy.

Abstract

This research will explain about Indonesia interest joined with IRENA ( International Renewable Energy Agency). Nowadays energy condition is so far from standart of energy endurance. Indonesia energy needs still dominated by fossil energy. In 2013, Fossil Energy produces 93,4% of energy consumtion, 5,7% by renewable energy. 7% oil, 20,1% gas, 24,5% from coal. With Indonesia energy endurance and global market that affected domestic energy condition, Indonesia need to comply the national interest about energy endurance an as an active role actor in international relation.This research using realism perspective from international relation study with supporting theory is the national interest from Morgenthau. This research using nation-state as analysis level that analize Indonesia policy about its relation between other state. This research is based on fact, data, argument and theoretical analize with qualitative-explanative method.This research answering the question about hypotesys that Indonesia interest is developing renewable energy, human resource empowerment, exploration, exploitation, and managing resource of renewable energy, and Indonesia count on investment excalation of renewable energy sector.Accomplishing this interest Indonesia takes a policy to joined IRENA, because IRENA facilitate every member state that joined IRENA in renewable energy sector.Keyword: Energy Endurance, Fossil Energy Crissis , IRENA, National Interest, Renewable Energy.

Abstract

This research is talking about an international organization called Fauna & Flora International (FFI). Fauna & Flora International (FFI) is an organization not only concern about conservation but also taking care biodiversity issues. FFI has a mission preserve threatened species and ecosystems throughout the world, choosing sustainable solutions based on sustainable science and taking into human needs. In Indonesia, FFI works in close partnership with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia and has several site projects, one of it is on Kerinci Seblat National Park (KSNP). In general, FFI's activities inside KSNP are related to protected fauna conservation, such as Sumatran Tiger, Helmeted Hornbill and Malay Pangolin. On Kerinci Seblat site project, a task force called the Tiger Protection and Conservation Unit (TPCU) that operates under the direction of KSNP authorities was formed to doing this project. This scientific writing is describe how Fauna & Flora International (FFI) and KSNP authorities are together implementing their vision and mission into an activities related to the conservation of this outstanding National Park. This research, used qualitative methods to collect data from sources and literature studies. The role of Fauna and Flora International giving the good changes for overcoming or minimizing the crime of hunting protected animals and illegal logging. Abstract

This study aims to show the problem of tourism in Indonesia. Tourism is one of many sectors which can provide benefits to a country both in economic and cultural aspects. France is one of the countries with the highest tourist visit rates in the world, a possibility to Indonesia to have advantages cooperate with France. This research theoretically has built using the perspective of pluralism in Internasional Relations and supported by International cooperation theory. Formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoretical frameworks in this study using the method of qualitative explanation. This research also use nation-states as a level of analysis.This study aims to describe the collaborative efforts of Indonesia and France that have strategic partnership relationship within the frameworks of the joint working group on tourism cooperation can improve tourism in Indonesia. France is a developed country in the field of tourism, for that Indonesia needs to learn from tourism management in France. Furthermore, the biggest foreign tourists coming to Indonesia come from France. Through this Joint Working Group On Tourism, effort to improve tourism in Indonesia can be realized. Abstract

The Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru is one of the four-star hotels located in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. The importance of maintaining the cleans of the hotel area to provide a positive image for the hotel and provide a goods image. The Housekeeping department must be keeping the entire hotel area clean, especially in the public area's because this area will give a great first impression to the guests. The method used in this study is mix method, The populations in this study were guests of The Zuri hotel Pekanba ru, and the research sample was 100 people. Then the data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS-25 application.This analysis includes: validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test with normality assumption, linearity assumption, heteroscedasticity test, and determinant coefficient test. Based on the respondent's assessment distributed through questionnaires. It begins that the average guest answers were very expected (positive) on the cleanliness of the hotel public areas, with the level of respondent achievement of 1,571 with an average rating of 87.2 and that were classified as very good according to by TCR Sugiyono classification (2012: 207). Keywords : public area, hotel, cleanliness, response
