Abstract

Many people travel to improve their wellbeing perception and Indonesian society are no exception in that, they hope to enchance their quality of life through tourism.  As such, this study presents a examination the service quality of tour guide in Muara Takus Tempel, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This study aims to determine the quality of local guide services at Muara Takus Temple, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This study uses a mixed method to examine the issues raised above. This current study collected samples from 100 tourists who visited Muara Takus Temple. Tour guiding  issues  were  identified through a series of in-depth and focus interviews and integrating many secondary data. Afterwards for the data collection techniques this study used observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of this research exhibit the service quality of local guide at Muara Takus Temple is good, but still need some improvement. This result made based on 5 dimensions, such as dimension of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Keywords: Service Quality, Tour Guide, Muara Takus Temple

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pengertian, kegunaan, tujuan dan metode perhitungan analisis Break Even Point (BEP) baik dalam Unit maupun Rupiah dalam penjualan pinang di Kota Sorong. Dengan diketahuinya titik impas (Break Even Point), kita dapat menentukan jumlah pengeluaran dan pendapatan sesuai target yang ingin dicapai. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempatan di dalam Pasar Remu Kota Sorong, Papua Barat Daya. Lokasi tersebut dipilih karena perannya sebagai sentra perdagangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik untuk mengolah data penjualan dan menghitung BEP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan BEP dalam Unit penjualan pinang di Pasar Remu, pada bulan Januari 2024, titik impas pada 375 unit dengan tingkat penjualan sebesar Rp. 3.750.000 dan selama bulan Januari dijual 1.500 unit, pendapatannya Rp. 15.000.000 makatingkat keuntungannya sebesar Rp.2.700.000. kemudian perencanaan laba di bulan februari 2024, menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas penjualan menjadi 3.000 unit dengan pendapatan kotornya adalah Rp. 30.000.000, laba yang diperoleh adalah Rp. 8.700.000. Titik impasnya berada pada 281 unit dengan penjualannya sebesar Rp. 2.812.500. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan laba mengalami peningkatan dibulan Februari.

Abstract

COVID 19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) is a large group of viruses that can cause illness with mild to severe symptoms. The government's strategy to reduce the death rate from COVID 19 is by being vaccinated. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between community knowledge and attitudes with participation in COVID-19 vaccination. This type of research is quantitative analytic with Cross Sectinal design, data analysis using chi square test. The sample in this study was 154 respondents, who were selected by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through direct questionnaires and google forms. The results of the unvariate analysis based on the level of the majority (114 people /74%) of the community have less knowledge while having good knowledge (40 people/26%). Based on the attitude of the majority of the community (90 people/(58.4)) being positive while being positive (90 people/58.4%) Furthermore, based on the participation of respondents who took part 122 (79.2%) and respondents who did not follow 32 (20 The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was no relationship between public knowledge and participation in the vaccine with a p-value of 0.069 (>0.05), while for attitudes there was a relationship between attitudes and participation, a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05) towards the COVID 19 vaccine. Suggestions for the Surau Munai Village Government to collaborate with the health team to provide counseling about the COVID 19 vaccine to find out what vaccines are, the goals and benefits of vaccines, by conducting counseling.

Abstract

Abstrak —Wabah Covid-19 membawa dampak besar bagi bidang pendidikan. Beberapa lembaga pendidikan mengharuskan mencari alternatif model pembelajaran yang tidak lagi tatap muka. Salah satu alternative adalah menggunakan media pembelajaran jarak jauh contohnya video conference seperti Zoom Meeting dan Google Meet tanpa mengesampingkan Usability atau kemudahan dalam penggunaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Usability aplikasi Zoom Meeting dan Google Meet. Sampel dalam penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 50 peserta didik kelas X dan XI di SMAN-1 MALIKU . Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed method yakni pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berupa angket dengan memberikan pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan Zoom Meeting dan Google Meet kepada peserta didik berdasarkan kriteria Usability dan mengumpulkan data dari hasil wawancara sebagai data kualiataif . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Google Meet lebih unggul dibandingkan Zoom Meeting pada perbandingan kemudahan dalam penggunaannya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan persentase pilihan responden lebih besar untuk aplikasi Google Meet 63,2% dibandingkan Zoom Meeting 36,8%, dan diperkuat dengan pernyataan guru yang menyatakan Google Meet lebih mudah digunakan untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMAN 1 MALIKU. Kata Kunci — Usability, Zoom Meeting, Google Meet, Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Abstract — The Covid-19 outbreak has had a major impact on the education sector. Some educational institutions are required to find alternative learning models that are no longer face-to-face. One alternative is to use distance learning media, for example video conferencing such as Zoom Meetings and Google Meet without compromising usability or ease of use. This study aims to examine the usability of the Zoom Meeting and Google Meet applications. The sample in the study was taken by purposive sampling technique with a total of 50 students in class X and XI at SMAN-1 MALIKU. The method used is a mixed method, namely qualitative and quantitative approaches. Determination of the sample using the Purposive Sampling technique by distributing questionnaires in the form of questionnaires by providing questions related to Zoom Meeting and Google Meet to students based on Usability criteria and collecting data from interviews as qualitative data. The results of the study show that Google Meet is superior to Zoom Meeting in terms of ease of use. This is evidenced by the percentage of respondents' preference for the Google Meet application which was 63.2% greater than Zoom Meeting's 36.8%, and was reinforced by the teacher's statement stating that Google Meet was easier to use for distance learning at SMAN 1 MALIKU. Abstract

Tha'buthaaan art in Arjasa District, Jember, East Java, is one of the oldest arts that still exists today. This art has high cultural and historical value and reflects the identity of the local community. This research aims to understand the existence of tha'buthaan art in Arjasa District from an anthropological perspective. The method used is qualitative with an anthropological approach, collecting information through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the research prove that this tha'buthaan has social, cultural, and religious functions. The existence of tha'buthaan art is faced with various challenges, which also require efforts from various parties, not just artists. These efforts must be made to maintain this art. By understanding the extent of this art from an anthropological perspective, it is hoped that it can help in conservation efforts and promote the significance of traditional arts in the modern era.

Abstract

DFS14 adalah toko yang berfokus dalam menyediakan kemasan makanan seperti box, kantong kertas, dan berbagai jenis kemasan lainnya yang menggunakan bahan food grade. Toko ini beroperasi melalui platform e-commerce seperti Shopee untuk transaksi penjualannya. Selama 8 tahun terakhir, toko ini telah mencatat lebih dari 1000 transaksi. Namun, DFS14 sering menghadapi masalah dalam hal penyetokan ulang produk yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan costumer yang dapat menyebabkan pembatalan otomatis di platform e-commerce dan berdampak pada rating toko. Dengan menganalisis kombinasi produk yang sering dibeli bersamaan, toko dapat melakukan penyetokan ulang sesuai kebutuhan, sehingga mengurangi risiko kehabisan stok. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma apriori dan metodologi KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Database) untuk menganalisis data transaksi dan menemukan kombinasi itemset pada penjualan produk kemasan. Dari hasil analisis, ditemukan 184 transaksi yang menghasilkan 11 aturan terbaik dengan nilai minimum support 40% dan nilai minimum confidence 80%. Semua aturan tersebut telah diuji menggunakan evaluasi lift ratio dan memenuhi nilai evaluasi yang valid. Hasil terbaik menunjukkan nilai evaluasi lift ratio sebesar 1,9 dengan nilai confidence sebesar 94,382%. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu DFS14 dalam mengelola strategi penjualan dan penyetokan produk.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the preaching rhetorical style that Fuadh The most popular social networking app in Indonesia is YouTube. According to Google, 127 million YouTube viewers will log in every month by 2022. Indonesia has 205 million internet users. YouTube's huge user base makes it ideal for preaching. The use of the internet can improve fraternal relationships and provide quick information. The purpose of this study is to investigate the rhetorical style of preaching that Fuadh Naim uses on the YouTube channel known as “Fuadh Naim Official” to target Hallyu supporters. For information gathering purposes, non-participant observation of Fuadh Naim's da'wah films was used along with Aristotle's rhetorical framework. This approach is descriptive qualitative in nature. As a consequence of the findings, it was determined that Fuadh Naim is able to effectively use the components of ethos, pathos, and logos in his da'wah to establish credibility, manipulate emotions, and communicate logical reasoning. The findings are not only a source of knowledge and entertainment for Hallyu lovers, but also an effective platform for da'wah transmission by utilizing strong rhetorical principles and the relevance of the material provided

Abstract

The earthquake disaster in Pendua Village, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency that occurred in 2018 has given rise to various problems. The community's unpreparedness in facing the earthquake disaster gave rise to social and economic impacts. The aim of this service is to help the community increase their knowledge, abilities and independence in facing and overcoming disaster problems after the Earthquake. The method used is by conducting outreach and training on disaster mitigation as well as providing the community with education on how to utilize local food resources to improve the economy of the Pendua Village community. The first benchmark for the success of this activity is increasing knowledge about disasters and how to deal with them among community groups. Second, increasing the ability of community groups to optimize natural resources in the form of local food as a forum for the community to produce products of economic value.

Abstract

Mineral and coal mining policy is a subject that continues to receive attention in the legal and regulatory environment. This journal analyzes prospective mineral and coal mining policies through a normative juridical approach focusing on relevant regulatory aspects and legal implications. This study uses a normative juridical analysis method to evaluate policies that apply in the context of mineral and coal mining. This research gains an in-depth understanding of the existing regulatory structure by reviewing applicable laws and regulations, court decisions, and decisions of regulatory agencies. The results of this study indicate that mineral and coal mining policies have a solid legal basis and regulate various aspects, such as licensing, environment, labor protection, and corporate social obligations. However, there are challenges related to law enforcement, harmonization of regulations, and consistent implementation of policies. In response to these challenges, this study proposes several recommendations to increase the effectiveness of mineral and coal mining policies legally. These recommendations include expanding cooperation between relevant government agencies, improving regulations and procedures, increasing legal capacity, and strengthening oversight and stricter law enforcement. This research is expected to contribute to policymakers, legal practitioners, and related parties in developing more responsive, comprehensive, and effective regulations in maintaining the sustainability of the mineral and coal mining sector by taking into account related legal aspects.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to carry out the process of researching the sensory perception among students of the Arabic language as a foreign language subject in the high school of Al-Rayhan Secondary School, Bandar Lampung. In writing this article, the researchers use the quantitative approach, and empirical research. The experimental research searches for the relationships between the correct variables (factors) to obtain a generalization. This research has two groups: the first is the experimental group, which is the group that is exposed to the experimental or independent variable, to know the effect of this variable on it. The second control group is the group that is not exposed to the experimental variable and remains under normal conditions. One of the results of this research is the emotional field of the 12th grade students of Arabic language as a foreign language subject in the high school of Al-Rayhan Secondary School, Bandar Lampung good. The intentional field for the 12th grade students of Arabic as a foreign language subject in the high school of Al-Rayhan Secondary School Bandar Lampung is good.
