Abstract

The research describes the role of ECPAT through ethics commitees in tackling the problems of Sex Tourism in Brazil. Authors would like to clarify the role taken by ECPAT on issues that concern about the world tourism. The aim is to overcome the problems of exploitation in Brazilian children get in the tourism industry due to several factors cause children into the sex tourism industry.This study uses the theory of the role of international organizations as a tool used to analyze the role and responsbility of international organizations and the use of perspective Liberalism. The data is taken from books, journals and websites.This study will explain how ECPAT took its role as an international organizations in tackling the problem of child exploitation in the tourism industry in Brazil with running multiple programs of cooperation with local NGOs that concern about the problem of sexual exploitation of children in tourism.Keyword: ECPAT, Child Trafficking, Child Sex Tourism, Role, Exploitation Sexual

Abstract

This study aims to show the problems that occur in the Middle East and the humanitarian conflicts that occur there. Conflicts which occur, rather than to be resolved, but it is even more complex because of the presence of countries that have great interests there, thus making the situation worse that conflict often ends in war. The United States is one of the countries that has a big interest in the Middle East, as evidenced by the US foreign policy agendas putting the Middle East in primary positions. This research theoretically has built using the perspective of constructivism on International Relations and supported by public diplomacy theory. Formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoretical frameworks in this study using the method of qualitative explanation. This research also use agent and structure as a level of analysis. This study aims to describe the condition of the legitimacy of US Foreign Policy in the Middle East which is considered as something that is true through the fastener of the Hollywood Industry as the only film industry that dominates the world. The policies of the United States in the Middle East in the name of democracy are actually injuring the meaning of democracy itself. Abstract

This study will explain about interest of Rusia agreed established outerspace cooperation with Indonesia and what are Rusia‟s goals from this cooperation. Rusia and Indonesia signed a cooperation agreement on Exploration and Utilization of Space for Peaceful Purposes on 1 December 2006. The areas of this cooperation include the field of launching space satellites, earth observation, satellite communications, satellite navigation, telemitri, tracking and control, rocket probe, facility space, material satellites, space science, training or education, and aeronautics technology.Researcher analyzed this case using qualitative methods to find data and facts through some literature. The literature collected from books, journals, mass media and websites. The theoretical framework applied in this research are realism perspective, national interests concept and also use international cooperation.This study shows the hidden interest is for the military purpose and actually to become the real objective of the development of space launch vehicle on the whole. Abstract

The increase of moeslem tourist sum triggers the growing halal tourism business in Japan. Japan is succeeding to reach the award as “World Best Non OIC Emerging Halal Destination” in World Halal Tourism Award 2016 that was implemented in Abu Dhabi, UEA. The moeslem tourist of Indonesian is interested to visit Japan because of two things, namely, first, internal factor, the service and the preparation of infrastructure are built and prepared for the moeslem people. The second, external factor.The middle society of Indonesian moeslem from the economy site with travelling hobby. Theory are used in this research is city branding theory of Terrence Schimp. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data were collected through observations and documentations. The technique of data analysis which used in this research was qualitative method and descriptive approachment. Japan makes effort to develop world halal tourism in interest Indonesian moeslem tourist through the concept of halal supply chain management. This concept is implemented by cooperating with the influencer that has so many follower such as the blogger travel from Indonesian. Next, Increasing the facility and the service based on the concept of moslem friendly and putting into effect the visa free for the the tourist of Indonesian, Malaysia and Thailand. Abstract

This research discusses the Indonesian government policies reduce raw mineral exports toJapan, after the enactment of legislation number 4 of 2009. Mining policy has causedconsiderable turmoil serious, many stakeholders in the mining sector who do not agree with thispolicy among Japanese and mining companies in Indonesia. This policy is difficult to acceptbecause it is considered to be difficult and hurt the company. To discuss the problem of mineralexport policies Indonesia using qualitative research methodology explanative, where datacollection using literature data collection techniques (library research) derived from sources inthe form of literature (books), periodicals such as newspapers, magazines, journals, andscientific articles. In discussing the problem of mineral export policies used foreign policy theoryRichard Snayder for more in-depth look at the measures taken by the Indonesian government.Reduction policies raw mineral exports to Japan by Indonesia because the Indonesiangovernment will develop downstream mining sector by processing and refining of minerals in thecountry, and reduce the export of raw mineral raw materials in order to meet domestic mineralprocessing. Abstract

This research describes about the United State of America’s Interest towards to Trans Pacfic Partnership (TPP) in Southeast Asia region. Trans Pacific Partnership is an agreement about free trade area and want to make pacific area as the center of international commerce line. In the 2011 the US goverment decided to get involved in TPP agreement, then try to make TPP agreement as priority for enhance their export-import also as a place to protecting their businesses in the foreign states.At the same time, while US government still trying to fixing their economic problems, China already spreads their influences in southeast asia, especially in economic sector. China already made few agreements between Southeast Asia States and China such as ACFTA and RCEP.The theory that applied on this research are neo-liberalism, level analysis of Nations-states, national Interest and concept of economic international politicNational Interest is a concept that every state that should have where it can give big contribution for establishment point of views the state about the external environment.The study found that the reason of US government agreed about TPP agreement is because the US wants to compete with the dominancy of economic China in Souteast Asia. Because the highest dominancy china in Souteast Asia makes the US infulences in Southeast Asia getting low. Abstract

This research is analysing about the role of International Committee Red Cross (ICRC) to implementating Humanitarian Law beside it jobs to address the crisis that occured because of civil conflict or nature disaster in Aceh, Indonesia. Conflict in Aceh involving the Freedom Movement of Aceh (GAM).The ICRC is an impartial humanitarian organization, neutral and has a mission to protect the lives and dignity of victims of armed conflict, war and other situations of violence and provide aid and assistance in the form of materials or services. ICRC served in four types of situations such as: International Amed Conflict, Non-international Armed Conflict, Internal Disturbance, and Internal Tension.Humanitarian crisis that occurred in Aceh is a Freedom Aceh Movement (GAM) armed conflict and the tsunami disaster.GAM is a form of rebellion undertaken by the people of Aceh who want to be independent and irrespective of the State of Indonesia. The desire is triggered by a mismatch between the Acehnese people who tend to wear Islamic Sharia law and the Indonesian government tends to neo-colonial.Tsunami is the largest natural disasters in history. Begins with an earthquake measuring 9.1 to 9.3 on the Richter scale lasted 8-10 minutes and produce large waves and a deadly attack by 14 countries and killed as many as 230,000 people. Abstract

Bengkalis Regency actually has many unity of indigenous law communities and ulayat land in every village, especially in Riau Province. In Bengkalis Regency itself the existence of indigenous law communities is better known as Sakai which is under the Batin. Speaking of the existence of indigenous law communities and their traditional rights have been guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution. This research aims to find out how the Role of the Bengkalis Regency Government in Resolving Land Conflicts Between PT. Arara Abadi with the Indigenous Law Community of Sakai Dusun Suluk Bongkal Village Koto Pait Beringin Talang Muandau District Bengkalis,  then also to find out what are the obstacles and obstacles experienced by the Bengkalis Regency Government in resolving conflicts between PT. Arara Abadi with the Sakai Indigenous Law community. The research location was conducted in Suluk Bongkal Village Koto Pait Beringin District Talang Muandau Bengkalis Regency. Furthermore, data collection techniques are carried out with interviews, documentation, and library studies.  The result of this study is the Role of the Bengkalis Regency Government in Resolving Land Conflicts Between PT. Arara Abadi With The Indigenous Law Community of Sakai Tribe Suluk Bongkal Village Koto Pait Beringin Talang Muandau District Bengkalis Regency which was done as an effort to find out the role of the district government in resolving the conflict between the indigenous law communities of sakai tribe and PT. Arara Abadi. Resolution of conflicts between the indigenous peoples of the Sakai tribe and PT. Arara Abadi has not been running optimally. This is due to several obstacles such as the release of the rights of indigenous peoples by the District Government.Keywords: Role, Conflict, Indigenous Law Society.

Abstract

This research explains North Korea's motivation in terminating cooperative relations with South Korea in the Kaesong Industrial Complex. The end of cooperation is marked by the closing of Kaesong Industrial Complex in 2013. This research used qualitative methods, and used case as a strategy in this research. In this research, the data was collecting by used library research techniques where this techniques is collecting data sourced from the literature, like book, website, official publications, and journal. This research used mercantilisme perspective, with the theory of national interest. This research focused on nation-state as level analysis. This research shows that the closure of kaesong industrial area by north korea happened because the clash of interest between North Korea and South Korea. Besides, this research explain strategic value of Kaesong Industrial Complex and impact of the closing of this area.Keyword: Kaesong Industrial Complex, Closure, Strategic Value, Impact.

Abstract

This research is a study of international relations in the field of international political economy. This research will discuss the impact of chili imports from China in the Indonesian economy 2010-2015. Indonesia imports chili pepper from China to meet the high market demand. This needs to be done so that the market price of chili is not too high so people can afford it. Chili imports by Indonesia in large quantities have caused new problems. Chili farmers in Indonesia suffered losses due to the low price of chilies they produce.In discussing the impact of chili imports from China on the Indonesian economy in 2010-2015 the authors use a qualitative research methodology with data collection techniques library research (library research) derived from the sources of literature books, journal publications and various scientific articles. The perspective used is mercantilism. The level of analysis used is the Nation-State. Theory used is Import-Export Theory.The results of this research indicate that imported chilli made by Indonesia is an important action. However, in importing Indonesia should still pay attention to the amount of chili to be imported. This needs to be done so that local chili produced by Indonesian farmers is not cheap in the market. The government must strictly monitor the number of chili import quotas from China. The Indonesian government should oversee private importers who often import more than their intended quota.Keywords: Import, Chili, Indonesia, China
