Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dan strategis pada pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia. Namun UMKM memiliki beberapa permasalahan diantaranya yaitu masih rendahnya kinerja pemasaran. Hal ini juga terjadi pada Walagri Food Cirebon. Salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan oleh UMKM untuk meningkatan penjualan dan perluasan pangsa pasarnya bisa dilakukan melalui pemasaran digital. Pemasaran digital dapat dijadikan strategi alternatif dalam kegiatan pemasaran agar memudahkan pelaku UMKM dalam memantau dan menyediakan kebutuhan serta keinginan calon pelanggan, sedangkan untuk calon pelanggan dapat digunakan sebagai media yang memudahkan dalam pencarian informasi suatu produk. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pemasaran digital dengan menggunakan Google my Business kepada Walagri Food Cirebon dalam kegiatan pemasarannya. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelatihan dan pendampingan tersebut dibagi menjadi beberapa tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pendampingan, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu mitra telah memiliki akun Google my Business yang digunakan untuk pemasaran digital serta mitra dapat memiliki kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi Google my Business tersebut. Setelah mitra memahami penggunaan Google my Business, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualannya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Mediating Role of Organizational Commitment in the influence of Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning on Organizational Performance at Perum Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten. By using a quantitative approach and collecting data from 161 respondents through a questionnaire survey, the results showed that the three variables have a significant influence on employee performance. This finding confirms the importance of these factors in improving overall organizational performance. Although this study has limitations in terms of limited sample size and data collection methods that may lead to bias, the implications of this study provide valuable insights for the development of organizational strategies in the public sector. It is recommended that future research expand the sample size, involve more regional divisions, and consider other factors that could potentially affect organizational performance. Longitudinal research may also provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between the variables studied.

Abstract

Setiap karyawan wajib memenuhi target perusahaan, termasuk frontliner Bank Syariah Indonesia yang berperan dalam layanan dan bisnis perbankan. Kinerja mereka dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan motivasi berprestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja frontliner dengan motivasi berprestasi sebagai mediasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 1-5, dengan analisis regresi untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui motivasi berprestasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang baik dan kepemimpinan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja dan produktivitas karyawan. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan budaya organisasi dan efektivitas kepemimpinan dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja karyawan di perbankan syariah, sehingga mendukung pencapaian target perusahaan secara optimal.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Berprestasi, Kinerja Karyawan, Bank Syariah Indonesia. Their performance is influenced by organizational culture, leadership, and achievement motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and leadership on frontliner performance with achievement motivation as mediation. The method used is quantitative with a causal approach. The research sample was 100 respondents using a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire, with regression analysis to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that organizational culture and leadership have a significant effect on employee performance, both directly and through achievement motivation as a mediating variable. This finding confirms that a good work environment and effective leadership can increase employee morale and productivity. In conclusion, improving organizational culture and leadership effectiveness can increase employee achievement motivation and performance in Islamic banking, thus supporting the achievement of company targets optimally.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership, Achievement Motivation, Employee Performance, Bank Syariah Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the field of information and communication, especially Android-based smartphone devices, resulted in observations from researchers, namely the emergence of difficulties for prospective buyers from outside the city of Batam in finding cheap and nearby cellphone shops that were the background for the design of this system. The system is expected to make it easier for people to find cheap and closest mobile phone shops using the Haversine and GPS methods on Android phones quickly and efficiently so that people are interested in buying. The results of making a search application for the nearest mobile phone shop provide information about cellphone shops such as maps, shop contacts, and shop descriptions. From making the application, it can also make it easier for potential cellphone buyers to find the cheapest and closest cellphone shops using the Haversine Formula algorithm to solve this problem, by taking the shortest distance data between the user's location and the location of the cellphone shop. Therefore, this application makes it easier for potential buyers to find cellphone shops.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy, soft skills, and learning motivation on students' academic achievement at private universities in Cirebon. The approach used in this study is a quantitative method. The research locations include several private universities in Cirebon. The research population was all students of the Faculty of Economics in the 2024-2025 academic year. The sample used was 100 students, selected through a stratified random sampling technique proportionally to obtain a balanced representation. Determination of the sample size was carried out using the Slovin formula. Data were collected by distributing a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire using Google Form. Data analysis was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistic 26.0 software through classical assumption tests such as normality and multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis on the t-test showed that digital literacy had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement with evidence of 3.185 > 1.984; soft skills have a positive and significant effect with a value of 4.145 > 1.984; and learning motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on learning achievement as evidenced by a value of 1.266 < 1.984. Based on these results, it can be concluded that digital literacy and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement at private universities in Cirebon. While learning motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement at private universities in Cirebon.

Abstract

Purpose: The following study aims to explore the influence of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and management support on innovation performance in insurance companies in Indonesia. Methodology: The following study employed a quantitative methodology, utilizing a survey as the tool for data collection. Data was collected by administering surveys to staff members of 4 insurance companies in Cirebon City. The SPSS software was used to enable multiple linear regression in the data analysis process. Findings: The following research results prove that transformational leadership (X1), organizational commitment (X2), and management support (X3) have a positive and significant influence on innovation performance (Y) in insurance companies. This finding confirms the importance of creating effective transformational leadership, increasing organizational commitment, and providing optimal management support to encourage increased innovation performance in the insurance sector. Improving these three factors contributes significantly, encouraging employees to be more active in innovating, and improving overall company performance. The analysis proves that transformational leadership has a regression coefficient of 0.279, while organizational commitment reaches 0.536, and management support is 0.131. Abstract

Learning agility and its impact on performance at PT Pegadaian are the focus of this study, which aims to investigate the function of self-efficacy and locus of control in this context.  There were no exceptions among the 120 workers; everyone was actively engaged.  Results showed a favorable correlation between high levels of self-efficacy and better performance.  In a similar vein, having an internal locus of control helps one function at their best.  The link between self-efficacy, locus of control, and employee performance was strengthened by learning agility, a major mediating variable.  To overcome the impact of these two mental aspects on productivity on the job, people's capacity for rapid and flexible learning is crucial.  As a result, boosting employees' learning agility and positive self-efficacy may work hand in hand to boost their performance. This study investigates the mediating role of learning agility in the relationship between self-efficacy, locus of control, and employee performance at PT. Pegadaian in Cirebon. A total of 120 employees participated in the study using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 25. The findings reveal that self-efficacy (β = 1.000, p < 0.000) and locus of control (β = 0.176, p < 0.000) significantly affect employee performance. Learning agility acts as a significant mediator, with a direct effect on performance (β = 0.501, p < 0.000), indicating its pivotal role in enhancing performance through psychological traits. The adjusted R² value of 1.000 supports the robustness of the model. These findings underscore the importance of internal psychological mechanisms and adaptability in achieving high job performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore in depth how self-efficacy, achievement motivation, and adaptability affect teacher performance, especially junior high school teachers who teach in Cirebon Regency. This study uses a quantitative method, while the total number of junior high school teacher participants in Cirebon Regency who participated in this study was 125. The technique used in this study is the saturated sampling technique, namely, when the size of the research population is small. This study succeeded in finding that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy, achievement motivation, and adaptability to teacher performance. This study succeeded in showing that teacher performance is significantly influenced by three main variables, self-efficacy, achievement motivation, and adaptability, directly or indirectly. This study found that in the end, the performance of junior high school teachers in Cirebon Regency was also influenced by self-efficacy, achievement motivation, and adaptability simultaneously, which is in accordance with the results of the study of these factors.

Abstract

This research is conducted to explore the interaction between creative work, interpersonal communication, and team cohesiveness on team performance in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary field in Cirebon City. This research employs a quantitative methodology through the use of surveys, involving 75 respondents who are actively involved in culinary MSMEs. Data for this research were obtained using structured questionnaires and subsequently analyzed with multiple linear regression to determine the magnitude of the influence between the independent and dependent variables. The findings indicate that creative work positively and significantly affects team performance. Similarly, interpersonal communication also exerts a significant positive influence, signifying the importance of effective message exchange and mutual understanding among team members. In addition, team cohesiveness also made a strong contribution to performance improvement through collaboration, trust, and shared goals. The results of the simultaneous test indicate that the three variables collectively have a significant impact on enhancing team performance. This research contributes to the literature of human resource management and organizational behavior, especially in the MSME sector, by emphasizing the importance of non-technical factors in supporting teamwork results. This study recommends that MSMEs invest more in building team creativity, improving communication skills, and strengthening group unity. Future research is recommended to explore other psychosocial and contextual factors that influence team performance across different types of MSMEs.
