Abstract

Lecturers in a university play an important role because their performance contributes to the progress of the university. Universities demand that lecturers have a high work spirit, as well as be resilient in working with high competence, and high work discipline, but unfortunately, college management pays less attention to lecturer performance issues. Therefore, this study was conducted to address the performance of lecturers of private universities in Cirebon. This study aims to determine the Effect of Change Management, Financial Compensation, and Work Discipline on Lecturer Performance in Private Universities in Cirebon. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative research approach. Data collection through questionnaires. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and using statement indicators with a Likert scale of 1-5. The population in this study was lecturers in Cirebon Private Universities, as many as 396, and a sample of 199. The results of the study concluded that Change Management, Financial Compensation, and Work Discipline affect Lecturer Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy, soft skills, and learning motivation on students' academic achievement at private universities in Cirebon. The approach used in this study is a quantitative method. The research locations include several private universities in Cirebon. The research population was all students of the Faculty of Economics in the 2024-2025 academic year. The sample used was 100 students, selected through a stratified random sampling technique proportionally to obtain a balanced representation. Determination of the sample size was carried out using the Slovin formula. Data were collected by distributing a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire using Google Form. Data analysis was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistic 26.0 software through classical assumption tests such as normality and multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis on the t-test showed that digital literacy had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement with evidence of 3.185 > 1.984; soft skills have a positive and significant effect with a value of 4.145 > 1.984; and learning motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on learning achievement as evidenced by a value of 1.266 < 1.984. Based on these results, it can be concluded that digital literacy and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement at private universities in Cirebon. While learning motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement at private universities in Cirebon.

Abstract

Purpose: The objective of this research is to examine how the performance of high school teachers in Cirebon City is affected by school culture, work motivation, and transformational leadership. Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative approach was used in this research. 535 teachers in state high schools in Cirebon City comprised the population of this study. Simple random sampling was the sampling method used, where 84.25 or 84 respondents were obtained, and data collection samples were collected using a questionnaire, with the sample size determined using the Slovin formula. Findings: The findings indicate the relationship between work motivation, school culture, and transformational leadership with teacher performance. Limitations/Research Implications: The effect of work motivation, school culture, and transformational leadership on teacher performance is the main focus of this research. Practical Implications: Based on the study results, it is evident that teacher performance is simultaneously affected by all three variables - transformational leadership, school culture, and work motivation - both directly and indirectly. The performance of high school teachers in Cirebon City is collectively affected (simultaneously) by school culture, work motivation, and transformational leadership, in accordance with the study's findings on these factors. Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan task oriented dan kompensasi finansial terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan operator lini produksi PT YRI. Pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menghimpun data melalui kuesioner kepada 190 karyawan operator lini produksi. Teknik analisis data mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, serta analisis jalur menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 27. Temuan dalam riset ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa gaya kepemimpinan task oriented dan kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan produktivitas kerja, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Secara langsung, gaya kepemimpinan task oriented dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja yang berdampak pada peningkatan produktivitas, demikian pula dengan kompensasi yang memadai. Selain itu, motivasi kerja terbukti memediasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi dengan produktivitas kerja, memperkuat pengaruh keduanya. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi manajemen PT YRI dalam merancang strategi kepemimpinan dan sistem kompensasi yang tepat guna mendukung peningkatan motivasi serta produktivitas karyawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of innovation, human capital and good corporate governance on company performance. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sampling technique is a sampling technique of 5% of the existing population. The sample used was 83 employees of the company PT. Kilang Pertamina International RU VI Balongan. Data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and making direct observations at the company. Based on the research results, it shows that innovation has a significant effect on company performance, human capital has a significant effect on company performance and good corporate governance has a significant effect on PT company performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee placement and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research. And using the associative method to determine the relationship between employee placement variables and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study amounted to 182 people, so the determination of the sample in this study used probability sampling with the slovin technique so that a sample of 65 people was obtained. With the aim of respondents being division heads, branch heads, and staff on duty at PAM Tirta Kamuning, Kuningan Regency. The instrument uses 5 Likert scale. The analysis used is multiple regression test to find out how much influence employee placement and work discipline have on employee performance, with the help of SPSS 22.0 for Windows.3,570. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 and t count of5.584. Employee placement and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 and f count of 77.950.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Majalengka Rural Bank, West Java. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Majalengka Rural Bank, West Java. The technique used in sampling is saturated sample, where the total population is used as a sample of 57 respondents. The method of collecting data is using a questionnaire, while the method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance as seen from tcount > ttable that is 3.863 > 2.00404, Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance seen from tcount > ttable that is 4.866 > 2.00404 and simultaneously Work Discipline and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on Performance Employees are shown from Fcount > Ftable which is 14,804 > 3,17. From the partial results of Work Discipline has a sig value of 0.000 and Compensation has a sig value of 0.000, and the simultaneous results have a sig <0.05 or 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam menciptakan Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari (KRPL) di Desa Playangan, Kecamatan Gebang, Kabupaten Cirebon, dilaksanakan selama 39 hari, dari 4 Agustus hingga 7 September 2021. Tujuan utama program ini adalah meningkatkan ketahanan pangan serta kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, program ini mengadopsi pendekatan interdisipliner yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam berbagai kegiatan, seperti penyuluhan tentang kebersihan lingkungan, pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik, dan kegiatan kerja bakti. Melalui metode teoretis dan praktis, masyarakat diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mengelola lingkungan secara efektif. Hasil dari program menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya ketahanan pangan dan kebersihan lingkungan, serta komitmen masyarakat untuk menjaga keberlanjutan inisiatif yang telah dilaksanakan. Meskipun ada tantangan dalam pelaksanaan, seperti ketidakselarasan jadwal, program ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat. Dukungan berkelanjutan dari pemerintah desa dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga pendidikan tinggi sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program di masa depan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat yang lebih efektif, serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya lingkungan yang bersih dan produktif.
