Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of innovation, human capital and good corporate governance on company performance. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sampling technique is a sampling technique of 5% of the existing population. The sample used was 83 employees of the company PT. Kilang Pertamina International RU VI Balongan. Data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and making direct observations at the company. Based on the research results, it shows that innovation has a significant effect on company performance, human capital has a significant effect on company performance and good corporate governance has a significant effect on PT company performance. Pertamina International RU VI Balongan Refinery.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee placement and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research. And using the associative method to determine the relationship between employee placement variables and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study amounted to 182 people, so the determination of the sample in this study used probability sampling with the slovin technique so that a sample of 65 people was obtained. With the aim of respondents being division heads, branch heads, and staff on duty at PAM Tirta Kamuning, Kuningan Regency. The instrument uses 5 Likert scale. The analysis used is multiple regression test to find out how much influence employee placement and work discipline have on employee performance, with the help of SPSS 22.0 for Windows.3,570. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 and t count of5.584. Employee placement and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 and f count of 77.950.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Majalengka Rural Bank, West Java. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Majalengka Rural Bank, West Java. The technique used in sampling is saturated sample, where the total population is used as a sample of 57 respondents. The method of collecting data is using a questionnaire, while the method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance as seen from tcount > ttable that is 3.863 > 2.00404, Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance seen from tcount > ttable that is 4.866 > 2.00404 and simultaneously Work Discipline and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on Performance Employees are shown from Fcount > Ftable which is 14,804 > 3,17. From the partial results of Work Discipline has a sig value of 0.000 and Compensation has a sig value of 0.000, and the simultaneous results have a sig <0.05 or 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam menciptakan Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari (KRPL) di Desa Playangan, Kecamatan Gebang, Kabupaten Cirebon, dilaksanakan selama 39 hari, dari 4 Agustus hingga 7 September 2021. Tujuan utama program ini adalah meningkatkan ketahanan pangan serta kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, program ini mengadopsi pendekatan interdisipliner yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam berbagai kegiatan, seperti penyuluhan tentang kebersihan lingkungan, pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik, dan kegiatan kerja bakti. Melalui metode teoretis dan praktis, masyarakat diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mengelola lingkungan secara efektif. Hasil dari program menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya ketahanan pangan dan kebersihan lingkungan, serta komitmen masyarakat untuk menjaga keberlanjutan inisiatif yang telah dilaksanakan. Meskipun ada tantangan dalam pelaksanaan, seperti ketidakselarasan jadwal, program ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat. Dukungan berkelanjutan dari pemerintah desa dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga pendidikan tinggi sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program di masa depan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat yang lebih efektif, serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya lingkungan yang bersih dan produktif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resources in achieving organizational effectiveness and competitive advantage. In the oil and gas industry, such as PT Pertamina EP Zona 4 Prabumulih, employee competency is a strategic factor in ensuring the company's operational success. However, complex organizational dynamics require an adaptive leadership style and a sustainable career development system to improve the quality of human resources. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and career development on employee competency, as well as to examine the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Pertamina EP Zona 4 Prabumulih. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to PT Pertamina EP Zona 4 Prabumulih employees. Data analysis techniques were carried out using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that (1) leadership style does not significantly influence employee competence, (2) career development does not significantly influence employee competence, (3) leadership style does not significantly influence job satisfaction, (4) career development does not significantly influence job satisfaction, and (5) job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of leadership style and career development on employee competence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the organizational commitment of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Swadaya Gunung Jati University's lecturer. In this type of research, researchers use associative research. The use of this research method uses quantitative methods. Software using SPSS version 23. In taking this sample, the researcher used a saturated sample technique. Because of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Swadaya Gunung Jati University's lecturer population is only 88. The results showed that job satisfaction and work motivation influenced organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Competition in the engineering services industry demands that companies have competent, productive, and adaptable human resources to technological developments. PT Wijaya Anugrah Persada Raya (WAPR), a company engaged in engineering services and supply, strives to improve employee performance through appropriate training and compensation. However, the effectiveness of these two factors in improving performance still needs to be studied, particularly considering the role of competency as a mediating variable. This study aims to analyze the effect of training and compensation on employee performance through competency as a mediating variable. The approach used was quantitative, using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS–SEM) method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire, with respondents being PT WAPR employees. The results showed that job training significantly impacted employee performance, while compensation had no direct effect. Training and compensation had a positive effect on competency, but competency did not significantly mediate their influence on performance. These findings confirm that performance improvement is not solely determined by training and compensation but is also influenced by other factors such as motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Competence and Work Professionalism on Work Productivity, mediated by Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH/K3 Compliance), among employees of PT Elnusa Tbk projects. The method employed is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. Sampling was carried out using a Stratified Random Sampling technique, yielding 212 respondents whose data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that Work Competence has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, and similarly, Work Professionalism also demonstrates a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity. Furthermore, the mediation test results prove that OSH Compliance plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between Work Competence and Work Productivity, as well as mediating the relationship between Work Professionalism and Work Productivity. Therefore, this study concludes that the increase in employee Work Productivity is highly influenced by their level of Competence and Professionalism, and this influence becomes stronger when supported by a high level of Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health standards in the project environment.

Abstract

OCB emerges as a response to positive reciprocal relationships between individuals and organizations. When employees feel treated fairly, appreciated, and supported, they tend to contribute more than formally expected. The formation of OCB is influenced by several factors, such as leadership style, work motivation, and organizational commitment. This research used quantitative explanatory research. The population was all employees of the Cirebon BI Representative Office, and the sample size was 100 employees. Data collection techniques included both in-person and online methods using the Google Forms platform. Data analysis used the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of this study 1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the OCB of KPw BI Cirebon employees. 2) Work motivation does not affect the OCB of KPw BI Cirebon employees. 3) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of KPw BI Cirebon employees. 4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of KPw BI Cirebon employees. 5) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the OCB of KPw BI Cirebon employees. 6) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the OCB of KPw BI Cirebon employees. 7) Organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of work motivation on the OCB of KPw BI Cirebon employees.

Abstract

Kinerja organisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia, di mana efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja menjadi penentu utama. Di era digital, penggunaan teknologi informasi seperti Sistem Informasi Manajemen Nikah (SIMKAH) pada Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) telah mengubah pola layanan pernikahan. Namun, kinerja pegawai tidak hanya bergantung pada teknologi, melainkan juga pada kompetensi yang dimiliki serta tingkat kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya memahami interaksi antara kompetensi, teknologi informasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai di 40 KUA Kabupaten Cirebon. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kompetensi pegawai serta penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai KUA dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang akan diuji secara statistik, dengan menggunakan uji metode penelitian ekplanatori untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan variabel mediasi sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat pengolah data berupa perangkat lunak Partial Least Square (PLS) yang dioperasikan melalui perangkat lunak Smart PLS 4. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai KUA di Kabupaten Cirebon yang berjumlah 267 pegawai. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling multistage random sampling dengan memakai rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh 160 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Kompetensi Pegawai, Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kompetensi Pegawai berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja memediasi pengaruh antara Kompetensi Pegawai terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dan Kepuasan Kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh antara Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
