Abstract

Keberadaan BUMDes berfungsi sebagai motor penggerak perekonomian desa dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Dengan kehadiran BUMDes diharapkan desa menjadi lebih mandiri dan mensejahterakan masyarakat. BUMDes Tridaya Berdikari adalah BUMDes yang dimiliki oleh Desa Bogorejo Kabupaten Pesawaran yang sedang mencoba untuk mengembangkan usaha taman wisata yang di bernama Taman Wisata Tanjung Mas.  BUMDes yang merupakan salah satu harapan Desa Bogorejo untuk selalu Produktif dalam rangka peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Desa terus melalukan berbagai upaya pengembangan usaha. Dari analisis situasi dan survey awal ke Desa Bogorejo khususnya BUMDes Tridaya Berdikari diperoleh identifikasi permasalahan yaitu BUMDes membutuhkan pembinaan dalam meningkatkan manajemen operasional peengelola , pembuatan perencanaan usaha, dan produk pendukung  dalam menjalankan usaha Taman Wisata Tanjung Mas. Sehingga solusi yang ditawarkan dalam pelaksaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah , pertama memberikan edukasi dan  peningkatan kapasitas manajemen operasional Pengurus , kedua memberikan  edukasi untuk membuat  perencanaan Stratejik dalam Pengembangan Taman  Tanjung Mas yang  terukur  dan ketiga adalah melakukan pelatihan/ praktik pembuatan batik ecoprint sebagai produk ramah lingkungan dan mudah untuk di aplikasikan  yang dapat dijadikan oleh- oleh maupun daya Tarik wisatawan di Taman Wisata Tanjung Mas.

Abstract

The agricultural sector in Indonesia is an important sector in the national economy, but its role in the formation of GRDP in most regions is starting to decline. This was followed by a decrease in the area of ​​harvested land. The purpose of this study is to see the agricultural sector which acts as the basis sector in each province in Indonesia, and to determine the effect of domestic investment in the agricultural sector, the area of ​​paddy fields, and the agricultural sector's workforce on the GRDP of the agricultural sector. The data in this study were obtained from BPS and the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). This study uses panel data analysis with the selected model Fixed Effect Models (FEM) with the Eviews 10 application. This study also uses the Location Quotient (LQ) method to see the role of the base sector. The results of this study indicate that the agricultural sector is the basis sector in the provinces of Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, Bengkulu, Lampung, Kep. Bangka Belitung, Central Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku and North Maluku. This study also found that the variable PMDN in the agricultural sector had a significant positive effect, the variable paddy field area had a significant negative effect and the agricultural sector labor variable had no significant effect on the GRDP of the agricultural sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh investasi, angkatan kerja, dan teknologi informasi dan komuniksi terhadap Ketimpangan Distribusi Pendapatan di Indonesia Periode Tahun 2018-2021. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data panel yang merupakan gabungan dari 34 provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2018-2021. Data dianalisis dengan metode regresi panel menggunakan model Fixed Effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, secara parsial variable pembentukan modal tetap bruto dan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan pada 34 Provinsi di Indonesia periode 2018-2021, sementara variabel tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak siginifkan terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan. Sedangkan secara simultan variable pembantukan modal tetap bruto, tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja, dan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan di Indonesia periode 2018-2021.

Abstract

Giri Sutra Mandala Temple is a religious tourism object that has the potential to be developed. The tourism development of the Giri Sutra Mandala Temple is expected to increase the economy of the local community and regional income in Pringsewu Regency. This study aims to determine the right strategy in the tourism development of Pura Giri Sutra Mandala by using SWOT analysis. Researchers will identify internal factors and external factors that are owned by Pura Giri Sutra Mandala by means of observation and interviews with resource persons. Then input into the form of a questionnaire that will be used to analyze the weights and ratings on the IFAS Matrix and the EFAS Matrix. The next step is to create a SWOT Matrix. The SWOT Matrix is ​​used to formulate strategies by combining existing strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities. The final step is making a decision using the SWOT Quadrant. The results of this study indicate that the tourism development strategy of the Giri Sutra Mandala Temple is to maximize the potential of the temple such as optimizing the temple building and the natural beauty around the temple, increasing various religious activities, optimizing facilities and accessibility, and adding members pecalang and BHABINKAMTIBMAS.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis : (1) pengaruh biaya perjalanan, biaya perjalanan ke objek wisata lain (Pantai Pasir Putih), pendapatan, umur, dan pengalaman berkunjung sebelumnya terhadap permintaan objek wisata Pantai Sebalang. (2) mengestimasi nilai ekonomi objek wisata Pantai Sebalang menggunakan metode biaya perjalanan. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden dari pengunjung Pantai Sebalang. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dengan jumlah permintaan ke objek wisata Pantai Sebalang sebagai variabel terikat, dan terdapat lima variabel bebas yaitu biaya perjalanan ke objek wisata Pantai Sebalang, biaya perjalanan ke objek wisata lain, pendapatan, umur, dan pengalaman berkunjung sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah permintaan ke objek wisata Pantai Sebalang adapun variabel tersebut yaitu variabel umur dan pengalaman berkunjung sebelumnya. Nilai ekonomi objek wisata Pantai Sebalang adalah sebesar Rp. 85. 274. 919.670.

Abstract

Cashless transactions are a practical way of buying and selling goods. Cashless transactions are used when people are carrying out consumption activities for goods and services. Cashless transactions are expected to affect economic growth in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of cashless transactions on economic growth. The independent variables used in this study were the volume of debit card transactions, credit cards, e-money, and population growth. The dependent variable is GDP. Data obtained from Bank Indonesia and BPS. This study used the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis method with Eviews 10. The results of this study show that the debit card variable has a positive significant effect, the credit card variable has a positive but not significant effect, the e-money variable has a positive but not significant effect, and the population growth variable has a significant but negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

The contribution of the manufacturing sector to the GRDP of South Sumatra Province is 19.72 percent in 2020. A large percentage of GRDP does not necessarily indicate the potential of the processing industry to become a leading sector, so it is necessary to identify the leading processing industry sector. So that this study aims to identify the competitiveness of the leading processing industry sub-sector. The method used are Static Location Quetionts (SLQ), Dynamic Location Quetionts (DLQ), Dispersion Power Index (IDP), Sensitivity Index (IDK) which uses an overlay method to identify sub-sectors of the processing industry. Meanwhile, to determine the competitiveness of the leading processing industry sub-sector is using Shift-Share Dynamic analysis. Using the secondary data sourced from the Indonesia Statistics, the input-output table in 2016 and previous study from 2016-2020. The findings show that from the 16 sub-sectors of the processing industry, there are 3 sub-sectors which include the leading processing industry, namely the food and beverage industry; paper and paper goods industry, printing, and reproduction of recording media; and the chemical, pharmaceutical and traditional medicine industries. Food and beverage industry sub-sector; and the paper industry, and paper goods, printing and reproduction of recording media have competitiveness and specialization. Meanwhile, the chemical, pharmaceutical and traditional medicine industries have no specialization but are competitive.

Abstract

Tourism activities can contribute to regional revenues sourced from taxes, parking fees and tickets or can bring in foreign exchange from visiting foreign tourists. The existence of tourism will also grow economic businesses that interweave and support their activities so that they can increase people's income. This study will examine how the influence of foreign tourist spending and total investment in the tourism sector on GDP in 9 ASEAN countries. This study combines time series and cross section data, while the time series data used is data from 2014-2018 and the cross section covers 9 countries in ASEAN consisting of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Laos, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam. The data in this study were obtained from the World Bank and the WTO. This research uses panel data regression analysis method. The results obtained in this study indicate that International Tourism Expenditure and Total Investment in Tourism Sector have a significant positive effect on GDP in 9 ASEAN countries.

Abstract

Indonesian society is confronted with the significant issue of poverty. The Indonesian government has implemented measures to address the issue of poverty, one of which is the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) programme. The objective of this study is to assess the utilisation of indicators for the 6T Non-Cash Food Assistance Programme (BPNT) in Taman Asri Village. The research methodology employed is descriptive qualitative. The data collection strategies include observation, structured interviews through the distribution of questionnaires, and documentation. The research findings indicate that across all factors, including target, amount, price, time, quality, and administration, the outcomes achieved a score of 79.83% and were classified as effective. Based on the on-target measure, 27.59% of Beneficiary Families (KPM) receiving non-cash food aid (BPNT) can be categorised as affluent families. According to the precise price indication, 21% of respondents said that there was no disparity in the cost of fundamental ingredients at e-warungs compared to other stalls. According to the timely indicator, 22.84% of respondents occasionally received assistance that did not align with the scheduled payout.
