Abstract

TVRI Jawa Timur is a company that works in broadcasting services. TVRI Jawa Timur provide programs for public such as information, education, entertainment or culture. The business processes of TVRI Jawa Timur are supported by information technology, but there is no integrated information system to manage data and information for all parts of the organization unit. Nowadays, TVRI Jawa Timur only use microsoft word, microsoft excel, application for video editing and applications from ministry of finance. Therefore it is necessary to analyze and design the enterprise architecture to support the company. The framework used to design enterprise architecture is Enterprise Architecture Planning. The first process is analyze the business model and company strategy. Next, analyze the business processes and the condition of information technology in the TVRI company. After that, the design of data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture are made for TVRI company.

Abstract

Career Center (PCC) have  many kind of psychological test, the method that PCC used is by paper test. One of the PCC’s pyschological test is self-directed search test that will be developed using dempster-shafer method.Web based test application which can be accessed through a opensource.petra.ac.id network from browser will be made in this thesis. This application is made from PHP, Javascript, and HTML as programming language in web based ordering application, and mySQL for its database.Based on the examination of the system that has been done, the system is able to check the login for students before entering the test, display the SDS psychology test, count the SDS test category result, find the SDS test combination result throught dempster-shafer method, displays the test result and the combination, login check system for administrator, displays the student test result for administrator, and delete the test result for students who want to retake the test. This application need john.petra.ac.id’s server connection for student to login.

Abstract

Information technology based on android useful in the business world, one of which forecasting sales. In forecasting a sale requires the right decision. Such mature and exact decisions can be obtained by forecasting with decision support systems using information technology android based. Sales forecasting is a solution to make product sales more effective. But if the forecasting is done manually, it only takes up time and effort.Applications developed using android base with the help of PHP, so users of the application can be easy in forecasting for product sales. In the application to perform sales data forecasting calculation using two methods, namely, a combination of Linear Trend method with Seasonal Adjustment method and Triple Exponential Smoothing method.The results of this android-based application development are able to forecast sales in the coming year which can display the number of units based on selected products, cities, weeks and months, in addition the results of both methods are also measured using the MAPE method. This application can provide more accurate forecasting results than forecasting manually. The MAPE method is used to measure the accuracy of a forecasting method.

Abstract

PT.BMP is a company engaged in the production of primary goods made from plastic that produce plastic door. The company uses the Bee-accounting software to process the purchase, production, sales, and finance as well as Solution Finger Print software for data collections and employee payroll. There are still some manual processes such as hiring employees, maintain the engine, engine repair reports, creation of SPK, and recording quality control. For the calculation of sales commissions still manually because the sales data and employee data is not integrated.Therefore, the analysis and enterprise architecture design creation with enterprise architecture planning method (EAP) for PT.BMP must be formed. The first process to be done is to analyze the business model and the company’s business strategy. Then, make observations regarding the company's information technology today, its problems and needs of the company in the future. After that, the design of data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture can be make.The result of data architecture is a sub-system of purchasing, production, sales, finance and personnel. Applications that include to Key Operational is purchase information system, production information system, sales information system, financial information systems, and personnel information systems. Applications that included support is a GPS System Vehicle. Technology architecture use a client / server architecture and service oriented architecture pattern.

Abstract

PT. X is a distributor of motorcycle that also sells motorcycle parts located in Surabaya. The sales process conducted by PT. X until present is the user come to seller, then makess an order. PT. X doesn’t have a website to sell online so PT. X only has customers around the Surabaya.PT. X has a website that contains about the profile companies and motor cycle products along specification. PT. X using applications ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system based on Microsoft is Microsoft Dynamics Axapta. PT. X initially used with Oracle-based ERP application and in 2014 switched to Microsoft Dynamics Axapta. These application selected by PT. X as in the company using the Microsoft platform that easily integrated with other Microsoft Office and modules contained in Microsoft Dynamics Axapta easy for custom so that it can adapt to needs of company and business processes PT. X.

Abstract

CV. X is a company in Surabaya which distributes stationeries and plastic roofing sheets. In doing their business process, all sales and consignment transactions is recorded in a software, but this software is not compatible for CV. X. The problems encountered are non-flexible consignment report, VAT not showing, and price differentiation between transfer-in and transfer-out. Based on this background, a structural accounting information system is designed to overcome the problems.The results obtained from the system are master recording for suppliers, customers, salespersons, and goods data. Transactions include purchases, purchase returns, sales, sales returns, and consignment. All transactions have been integrated with inventory stock card and the journal. This application also generates financial statement such as income statement, owner’s equity statement, and balance sheet. The system was build using PHP as the programming language and MySQL database.Overall this application meets the company requirements. This is proven by 100% user is quite satisfied with the completeness of information and 67% user is satisfied with the reports.

Abstract

Katering sendiri terdiri dari bisnis yang menyediakan makanan, minuman dan layanan lainnya untuk berbagai klien, biasanya bisnis ini ditujukan untuk acara khusus, namun ada pula yang rutin hari demi hari dan ada juga yang melakukan katering untuk individu seperti anak kos dan rumahan. Dalam memilih katering, orang tidak dapat memilih menu seperti di restoran pada umumnya mereka harus menyesuaikan menu dengan penyedia katering. Selama ini katering hanya mengandalkan promosi dari mulut ke mulut dari kenalan, atau melalui brosur kepada calon pelanggan. Begitu juga mengenai pemasaran, selama ini cara memesan katering masih menggunakan media telepon atau harus datang ke lokasi katering. Cara tersebut kurang efektif dan cepat, karena sering terjadi kesalahan dalam proses transaksi. Dari permasalahan di atas maka penilitian ini berfokus pada pemecahan masalah untuk pengelolaan bisnis katering, dengan membuat “Sistem Aplikassi Katering Berbasis Mobile”. Sistem ini akan membantu pihak calon pelanggan dan penyedia bisnis katering dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan pendapatan mereka. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat melakukan promosi, pemesanan, tracking secara real time. Pembeli dapat langsung memesan dan memilih menu tanpa harus datang ke lokasi catering dan dapat melakukan tracking pengiriman yang dilakukan oleh penjual. Penyedia katering juga dapat melakukan promosi dan penjualan dengan mudah, hal ini tentunya menghemat dari segi biaya.

Abstract

Animal biology learning application for Android is an application that displays a variety of information about the phyla that exists in animal kingdom. It is made for Android because at the time this thesis was made, Android is growing rapidly. This application is made in order to display the material about animal, and there are exercises to test the user's knowledge. Currently, because many students are using Android, this application can help students to learn animal without having to carry the book.This application is also equipped with the function for downloading materials, images, and video. It is intended to help the user in the learning process. This application can also run on Android with various sizes up to phablet and tablets.Once completed, the application can display the desired material properly and it’s features can be ran properly. Minimum operating system is KitKat, also internet connection needed is stable connection. Application design is user-friendly.

Abstract

UD. Aneka Karunia is a private company running in shoes accessories manufacturing located in Gedangan, Sidoarjo. It is business process consist of sales, purchasing and manufacture without good integrated system. The company only has a conventional accounting system that using Microsoft Excel. As conclusion, this system can only be used because it could save the temporary stock but could not save the flow of goods. Therefore, UD. Aneka Karunia needs an accounting information system that accommodates journal entries, production cost calculation, and financial statement.Based on this background, we designed a structural manufacture accounting information system. This system was built using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and MySQL.The result obtained from the system are master recording, purchase and sale transaction recording, production recording integrated with inventory card, cost of goods sold calculation and financial statement.

Abstract

UD. Barito Bakery is an operated bread baking company. Currently, the company is using manual data recording system, which will cause several problems to occur. The calculation of the cost of production is also done manually by taking into account the raw materials used in production, without considering the factory overhead costs and labor costs. The manual calculation of the cost of production will also cause several problems and will affect the profit obtained by the company.Based on the background of these problems, the system for calculating the cost of production is designed. The system design of the application is going through several stages; begin by conducting survey of bread production systems, analyzing data, and designing the Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram. The application process is completed by using Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2012 as programming languages and PostgreSQL as database. The calculation of the cost of production is done by using Process Costing method.The results obtained from this application is that it can store all data related to the production process, purchasing, sales, automatic calculation of the cost of production, as well as card stock that can be updated automatically.
