Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company based in Surabaya which has a division moving in entertainment and event industry. Its business processes include recruiting and managing artists, accepting projects from clients, and financial recording. However, all mentioned business processes are still done manually and separately, which makes the company vulnerable to mistakes, human error, and losses. To minimize the mentioned risks, an application which is able to integrate and accomodate all business processes conducted by PT. XYZ is needed.In order to accomodate the business processes at PT. XYZ, the application will be able to accept project requests from clients, including creating project budgets, assigning staffs, as well as communicating between project staffs. Furthermore, the application will also be able to create auditions for recruiting artists as well as its grading and creating recruitment contract. In regards to financial activities, the application will be able to create budgets, realizing them, as well as processing all the available financial data into cash flow reports and financial statements.

Abstract

CV. Squad is a company that work on specialist termite and pest control. This company wish to replacing the old system with computerization, because they had a difficulty in dealing with administrative issues because its operation is still manual, e.g. the sales and work schedule. Thus allow for errors in the financial calculation. From the background of these problems, we designed a application that support performance and set project management on CV. Squad. This system is built using PHP as programmer language and MySQL for the database.The results obtained from this application can take notes of purchasing transactions and sales can be done according to the structure and computerize and also complemented with stock card using First In First Out (FIFO) method. Each project also became more structured with monitoring feature on project management. Otherwise, with this application, owner can know some reports like stock report, debt, account receivable report and income statement.

Abstract

PT.X is a company engaged in the manufacturing of bread. At the time of this recording and bookkeeping at PT.X still uses a manual system, the manual bookkeeping system often makes companies become difficult to oversee and regulate the accounting system in the company. Calculation of Cost of Production is still done manually by the company to make an estimate of production cost. The calculations were done manually because the company's difficulties in calculating gains and losses that are definitely in the production process and affect the profits and losses earned by the company.Based on this background, it designed a system of calculation of production cost which automatically so that helps the enterprise system in the future. Application design process is done in several stages, with the initial stages of surveying field conditions that exist within the company and then designing the Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram before making an application. For the making of the application uses Microsoft Access 2013 as data storage and programming language using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012. In the calculation of production cost using Job Order Costing method that can be updated automatically.The results obtained from the application that has been made, among others, the application of calculating the cost of production accurately, applications make the process of buying and selling, the application generates a report production process accurately and precisely at any time when needed and application to surf the flow of costs in the production process. From the results of application testing 80% of users assume that the assessment of the overall program is very good, while 20% of other users assume that a good assessment of the overall program.
