Abstract

In the midst of increasing activities and public’s time-consuming, people prefer to buy food directly to the food stalls which are desired and when the people do not have time to wash clothes and others, they prefer to take the clothes to the laundry place. But, the problem is people are too busy and having limited time to go to buy food and taking clothes to the laundry place. From the existing problem above, food stalls and laundry places invent a solution by providing delivery order service. The delivery order service is effective and efficient. It can send ordered food and take-dropping laundry to the customer. Most food stalls and laundry places that use already the delivery order service use the systems that are via phone calls and sending short messages. If there is a case, such as, when customers don’t know the phone number is and don’t know what the menu is available then surely they will have to go out of the house and looking for a place to eat and confirm the menu directly.By using the internet applications in the gadget which installed on the Android operating system, Short Message Service can be accessed more practically and very easy to use as well as other benefits that can save time and costs. Delivery order application is using an information system with mobile-based device that is designed with HTML5 and assisted by compilation by PhoneGap, which provides the process of ordering food which can show the food stalls menu and laundry places on the scope of a particular area, which will be powered by Google Maps which aims to make it easier to track the position of food stalls and laundry places and to optimize the delivery order for food and laundry. The process of delivering food and laundry is done manually by couriers who are in duties. Thus, the customers who use this system will more easily do the delivering process and can save energy and costs.

Abstract

Technology continues to grow from time to time. One of those technologies that still growing are web-socket and EaseIJS. Many people use these technologies to help website notification process. Those notifications are needed so that user can find out the latest news from a certain website. EaselJS is also one of the technologies that emerges in the field of canvas design.This website contains car sales that allows users to sell their cars throughout Indonesia without opening a physical showroom, as well as advertising in various places. The website provides complete information about the car being sold, from the interior and exterior.Based on test results, this website can run WebSocket function to provide latest ad, and EaselJS to edit the car’s interior pictures that will greatly help the guest to see the interior of a car in an image that has been edited.

Abstract

Curriculum of 2013 is a curriculum that apllied nationwide as the development of Compentency Based Curriculum (KBK) and use the system of integrative-tematic. Of course its also brings new problems for teacher and student in adapting the change of curriculum. For the teachers, the difficulties is the lack of learningmaterials when students are out of school, so students hard to learn independently and make teachers should teach more to make students can reach the existing competencies. Especially for first grade primary school student, who initially studied the learning system of kindergartens that they are more learn while playing, must begin to adapt to primary school learning system. Therefore we need media interactive learning and engaging for students.This application will provide the means for first grade primary school students to learn the curriculum in 2013 to grade 1 primary school, but in an atmosphere of playing to keep the child interested in learning albeit with new learning system. Design and manufacture of these applications based on the 2013 curriculum for grade 1 primary school with the chosen theme is the theme Diriku and theme Kegemaranku.The test results showed that the application running on the mobile device mininum Android 4.0.3 (IceCreamSandwich). This application considered beneficial because it helps the children to learn while playing and application considered attractive for children.

Abstract

Chinese Language Course Institute X, founded in 2010, is located in Surabaya. Presently, Chinese Language Course Institute X has not used any information system, so everything is recorded manually, from the administrative matter, course schedule, new student registration, attendance checklist, until the financial matter. A lot of archives must be stored and it takes so much time to find particular data. Therefore, an administrative and service information system for Chinese Language Course Institute X will be developed using the Web and mobile application technologies.The Web-based application will help the Institute’s administrator in managing course schedule, calculating salaries, marking students’ and teachers’ attendance, storing and retrieving financial data. The Android-based application, on the other hand, is aimed to help teachers and students in view course schedule, making changing request schedule, view attendance, input and view test scores, view salary report, upload and download teaching materials.Experimental results show that the mobile application can run smoothly in mobile devices with Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) and Android 4.4 (Kitkat) operating systems. All the developed features mentioned above work well and can help users obtaining the course-related information.

Abstract

The development of information technology on this day has reached the point where everyone can connect to each other easily, quickly and efficiently. Of the many devices resulting from the advancement of information technology, Smartphone is a communication tool that serves to receive and transmit the most widely used information due to its nature that is easy to carry anywhere.So far, the ongoing ordering system is still conventional. The current food and beverage ordering system at Restaurant X is still manual and not computerized.This android application based Restaurant X is created as an alternative to replace the ordering system that is currently running on Restaurant X. This program uses MySQL as a local database storage container and also uses Android Studio as a programming language application to create an X Restaurant app. Expected with this application the customer can more easily in ordering and Restaurant X can also be helped.

Abstract

At this time, SMP Christian YBPK 1 Surabaya had adopted a National Exam Online System. But this time the SMP Christian YBPK 1 Surabaya doesnt have a softwareju to hold a practice test by using a computer. This causes students to feel confused when they working on the national exam online for the first time. Additionally at this time Christian SMP YBPK 1 Surabaya hold daily tests using paper, whenever the teacher held a test, it caused wasting time to create questions and check the work of their students. This application is built using HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL database. Display applications using Bootstrap template. Voice recording feature is built with francium-voice template. The results of the development of this application is this software is able to create a question, can make test based from database, Automatic checking on the answers to the multiple choice questions, assigning question value to the answers to essay, lab schedule, the data value of students per period. Users can also see informations about how many questions that have been used through the results of statistical reports.

Abstract

The main study in this thesis is the design and the development of an expert system with forward chaining and backward chainingmethod. In this thesis, uses the children common disease due tothe body immune in young children is not as good and perfect as adult’s. This makes children to be infected easily.The method used in the development of this expert system isforward chaining and backward chaining, which is driven by the facts that exist. The facts obtained from the patient's physical condition, or so-called symptoms. In making this expert system knowledge is required excavation by an expert engineer from the expert of the subject, in this case is a doctor. The process of extracting knowledge by means of interviews.Based on the analysis, this expert system has a percentage of program eligibility to be used by common people is at 85.4%. Moreover about the ease of usage this program also get a high percentage.

Abstract

As the increased of work productivity, many task scheduling applications are emerging. Each of Task scheduling applications  has its own advantages to similar competitors. The applications helps the user to remember if one of task was approaching deadline, and to store activities’ data. However, to fulfil  the task, we need a container to store important files in a safe place. In recent years, the use of Cloud Computing is growing because the data is safely stored. In the applications mentioned above, there is still no container to collect data to support of a task. Thus, in the process of a task requires a separate storage container of reminder apps such as flash, hard drive, or using cloud computing.These Scheduling Application is powered by Google Tasks and Google Drive. This app is designed to combine the reminder feature and supporting data storage task. The program uses Google Tasks as a container scheduling tasks and also use Google Drive as a storage container for supporting data. So this one application can covers the needs of users in the manufacturing operations tasks that are not found in other applications.

Abstract

PT. X is a company which engaged in distribution and sea lane expedition since 2005. The products that distributed by PT. X are cement and fertilizer subvention. In support of the business process, marketing department of PT. X doesn’t have yet any information system, so that marketing department is using outsource service to support its business process.Marketing department of PT. X needs analysis and design of enterprise architecture information system. Enterprise Architecture Planning is used for the framework. First step of analysis and design of enterprise architecture is analysis of business model and company business strategic. The next step is analysis of recent information technology, understanding the IT problems, and the needs of new IT for the future. After that creating data architecture design and application architecture design based from data and information which obtained from the company. The results of analysis and design of enterprise architecture information system is data architecture report and application portfolio which useful to support business process and information technology improvement for marketing department for PT. X.

Abstract

At this time the secondary school YBPK 1 Surabaya has to provide facilities for the library which is aimed at so that each student or teacher diligent reading the book. In the Junior Secondary School Library YBPK 1 Surabaya there are a number of facilities such as the lease the book, the return of the book, payment of fine and cabinet reference. Some discounted rates above is still done manually so that the officers of the library in trouble in recap transaction data. This application is created using HTML programming language, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, Framework Codeigniter 3.0 and the MySQL database. The application display using the Bootstrap template. E-catalogue features using solr search engine is made in the Apache. Reminder features the return of the book using SMS Gateway Me template. The end result of the development of this application is able to search the list of book, can send reminder through SMS messages to prevent loan overdue, can record transaction with computerized library. Librarians can also view reports such as the report of fines, the visitor report, book assessment report and book donation report.Based on the results of questionnaires were obtained for display applications, 40% of respondents answered good, and 60% of respondents answered very well. For e-catalog feature, 40% of respondents answered not good enough, 20% responded good enough, and 40% of respondents answered good. For e-book feature, 20% of respondents answered enough, 40% said good, 40% responded very well. For book transactions feature, 20% of respondents answered enough, 20% responded good, and 60% of respondents answered very well. For a book proposal feature, 20% of respondents answered good, and 80% of respondents answered very well. To reserve features books, 40% of respondents answered not good enough, 20% of respondents answered good, and 40% of respondents answered very well. For the reminder feature the return of books, 20% of respondents answered enough, 20% of respondents answered well, and 60% of respondents answered very well. For ease of use, 20% of respondents answered enough, 40% of respondents answered good, and 40% of respondents answered very well. For compliance with requirements, 20% of respondents answered good, and 80% of respondents answered very well. For most applications, 40% of respondents rate the program was good, and 60% of respondents rate the program is very good.
