Abstract

PT. X is a company engaged in the pallet industry, such as the production of wooden pallets, plastic pallets distribution, ISPM#15 services, and the services of container checkers. Until now, not all business processes are being supported by information systems because there are many business processes being done manually and the existing information systems are not yet integrated. Existing information systems in the company only supports finance and accounting process. Based on this condition, this thesis will analyze and construct enterprise architecture design for PT. X using Enterprise Architecture Planning method. The first stage will be done with business modeling and analysis of business strategy company. After that, the next step is to see the condition of the company's information technology at the moment, the existing problems within the company, and information technology needs in the future. Then from these, the results will be constructed by making design data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. Data architecture generates multiple subsystems at the company, such as sub-system of sales, sub-system of purchase, sub-system of production, sub-system of ISPM # 15, sub-system of container checker, sub-system of IT, sub-system HRD, and sub-system of finance and accounting. Application architecture consists of several main and supporting applications, all application are web-based. The main application consists of sales information systems, purchase information systems, production information systems, ISPM#15 information systems, container checker information systems, IT information systems, HRD information systems, and financial and accounting information systems. Technology architecture uses a client/server architecture pattern with data services Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Abstract

The advancement of technology today has helped the widespread of internet among ordinary people in the society. The promotion of various goods, service, and information could be done easily using the internet. Internet is also easily accessible and usable anywhere, as long as the network is available.Inspired by the concern of the students involved in the campus ministry, a community is formed to bring about a positive cultural change in Petra Christian University. The philosophy of the community is to be a community of a disciples of Jesus, concerned in world's problems, longing to bring God's transformation. The community is called "Discerning", derived from the word "discern", which means a sharp observation and understanding.This website is being developed as another mean to provide informations about the Discerning Journals to the larger society outside the university's community. One of the focus in the development of this website would be to provide an outlet for students to read and produce journals. Therefore the website is developed and designed according to achieve that goal.

Abstract

Plastic manufacturing company PT. X is a company engaged in the production of plastic goods, products such as dvd case or cutlery. Almost all business processes performed by the company are using manual data collection and few are integrated. The company uses Microsoft Office and Accurate but Microsoft Office is not well integrated and part Accurate program does not include all the needs of business processes in the company today. Therefore, an analysis will be formed, with it also a design of enterprise architecture using enterprise architecture planning method for plastic manufacturing company PT. X. The first to be done is to analyze the business model of the company and the company strategies. Then observation of existing information technology in today and see the need in the future for the company. After these things done, one can begin to make the design data architecture, application and technology.

Abstract

PT ABC is a company engaged in the production of reinforcedconcrete. In carrying out its business processes, the company isusing the server, network, software, hardware, PC software. Withthe disruption of one of these systems, the data processing will beannoyed at having to manually process data and perform theinput to the database after the system can run normally again.Looking at the situation and condition of PT ABC, did not rule outthe occurrence of risks such as damage to data integrity andcontinuity disruption of business processes.In this thesis conducted a risk analysis of the IT continuity andmonitoring of PT ABC. Risk analysis using the framework of ISO31000, for process analysis and its use COBIT 4.1 controlpractices, and use risk rating methodology (OWASP) forcalculating the value of risk. There are 7 risks found from analysis. One risk that has highseverity is the company did not have those who has responsibilityto monitor irregularities. Two medium risks are the company didnot have business continuity plan, and also a framework to buildthat plan. Four risks with low severity are the company did nothave an offsite backup, did not have a priority plan, no trainingfor employees to upgrade analysis skills, and never update ITcontinuity plan.

Abstract

PT. X has grown to be a company of  papermaking which has several division to run enterprise business processes. Nowadays information system that support enterprise business processes have inadequacy due to fully unintegrated. That information system only support accountancy, whereas another business process mostly use non electronic. Based on that reason, therefore company need analysis and information system design which is enterprise architecture planning framework. Furthermore, exploring company business processes need analysis of business model and business strategy. Thereby evaluating the condition of information technology, the problems faced and the need of information technology in the future.As a result, the design of data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture are made. The design of data architecture for company consist of several sub system. Moreover, the major applications from design of applications architecture are human resource information system, sales and marketing information system, logistic information system, manufacture information system, warehouse and quality control information system, purchasing information system, accounting and finance information system. Technology architecture purpose use client/server architecture pattern and service oriented architecture data services.

Abstract

Organization X is an organization working in the field of education from kindergarten to high school and vocational secondary school. Organization X are now starting to implement an IT system for all business processes that exist in the organization. All the IT services are intended to facilitate the organization's business processes, and the services provided to consumers can be brought to its best. The problem that occurs in Organization X related to the management system is still manually operated, IT equipment such as hardware, network and servers do not meet the requirements to operate well. That problem requires a risk analysis to provide a proper plan of IT services that will be used by the Organization X.In this thesis, the risk analysis assessment is performed based on the condition of the current IT services in Organization X, so as to determine the if Organizational X can assist the planning process of IT services in the future. The analysis is based on comprehension of the business model and strategy, an identification of IT Audit Universe, Control Objective Plan and Organize 1-3, as well as evaluating IT risk factors found. The process of risk analysis is performed using the method of Global Technology Audit Guidelines (GTAG), COBIT 4.1 Plan and Organis 1-3, OWASP Risk Methodology.Based on the examination, a number of IT risks in the Organization X were found, i.e. IT people are not fully involved in determining business goals, resulting in IT Division can not provide maximum role in giving an idea of the progress of IT-related organizations. No particular team established to plan the long-term IT services, resulting in no clear plan on a long-term IT of an organization.

Abstract

Currently the recording of sales and purchases at this store is still done manually using paper. The existence of recording of data that is still done manually causes the accuracy of data is not guaranteed and difficulty in making reports. Based on the background of the problem, the authors designed an administrative information system that can overcome these problems.The process of making this program is equipped with PHP as programming language, bootstrap template as the display of this program, Mysql Phpmyadmin as database, notepad + + which is used to display programming source code and web browser as media to display result from website which have been made by notepad ++. The results obtained from applications that have been made, among others, the manufacture of sales and purchases that can be used to determine changes in stocks of goods and to calculate profit and loss, then orders, services, used sales and purchases used to calculate profit and loss and the list of goods and orders that must be met in accordance with the transactions that occurred.

Abstract

PT Sulung Ekspedisi is one of the companies engaged in the service of the expedition. Services provided in the form of delivery of goods through land service with Surabaya route to Babat, Probolinggo, Tuban, and surrounding areas. The company also cooperates with PT Heinz ABC in assisting the distribution of goods coming from factories to other factories or to storage warehouses. The number of types of goods and routes aimed at encouraging PT Sulung Ekspedisi requires a system that can support their work. At this time the system used by the company using a manual system, in this case the recording of both the transfer of information between thecashier and other divisions still use the recording through the paper media. PT Sulung Expedisi does not currently have a system that their customers can use to check whether the items they are sending are in the acceptance, travel, or received by the recipient. Currently to do so the customer can only use the phone as a medium. Apilkasi Distribution Information System PT Sulung Expedisi is made to meet the needs of the company. Features owned by the application, among others, manage the data master company such as employee data, agency data, tariff data, record and make the delivery notes as a valid proof of delivery, record and make a letter as a supporting document, to record in a simple financial company such as recording Income and expenses. This application also features a tracking feature that can know the delivery status and location of the fleet during the delivery process. Fleet position obtained through GPS system originating mobile device applications brought by the driver during the process of delivery of goods. The results obtained based on testing and distributed questionnaires found that the overall application has been able to run well and able to meet the needs of companies in recording company data computerized. But there are small errors such as GPS System that is less accurate so it has not been able to provide the fleet location to the fullest.

Abstract

At this time there is no ERP applications specifically tailored to the needs of distribution companies. System in ERP applications that exist today only answers the needs of the company in general. It is important to address the needs of the company's sales distribution module. Distribution companies studied are distributors of crops, fruit distributor, motorcycle dealers, distributors of electronic goods and components distributor panel. From the background of these problems, designed a structured sales module for five companies distributors and dealers. The application is made by using the CodeIgniter PHP programming language and MySQL for the database. Results obtained from these applications include the recording of the master, sales transactions, transaction settlement of debt, transaction delivery, transaction sales returns, reports sales returns, sales reports, report card stock, the report claims, the report card receivables and income statement for five company. This thesis can accommodate the process of selling five companies distributors and dealers who have been determined.

Abstract

Saint Augustinus Senior High School (SMAK) is a excellent private high school in the Kediri municipality. SMAK currently has 837 students, divided in 24 classes with 40 teachers and 23 employees. This school continues to make progress from year to year with improved governance and activities that support the achievement of the vision and mission of the school. One way to do and made for improved governance is in integrating the data as needed, so that the school can make good decisions and correctly in achieving its vision and mission. By using a balanced scorecard, the school may conduct performance measurement is to help improve the quality of future later. Respondents in this analysis amounts to 80 students and 20 teachers and employees. The method adopted is preparing questionnaires, distributing questionnaires, analyze the results of the questionnaire, and make decisions. Research performance measurement is based on four perspectives of the balanced scorecard.
