Abstract

Studies and studies are needed to map and identify business units of superior creative industry SMEs to be developed in the city of Jambi. The problem in research is which creative industry-based SMEs have the potential to be developed and how can the development model of creative industry SMEs be based on local potential and finally how is the formulation of policy strategies in the development of superior creative industries based on local potential in Jambi City. On the basis of the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the following are the first, local potential creative industries based on SMEs that have the advantage to be developed in Jambi City are handicraft industries, design industries, fashion industries, film, video and photography industries, game industries interactive, publishing and printing industries, and the television and radio industries. Second, the development model of creative industry-based SMEs based on local potential must pay attention to efforts to increase the creativity of the workforce both through formal education, training and through wage levels, which will have a positive impact on the development of creative industry MSMEs. Likewise, efforts to increase investment, manager's ability and increase production creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Regional Minimum Wage (RMW) on poverty levels in Jambi City, considering the Open Unemployment Rate (OUR) as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jambi City for the period 2013–2022. Data were analyzed using simple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that the direct effect of RMW on OUR is very low, with an R² value of 0.031, indicating that only 3.1% of the variation in unemployment is explained by RMW. However, after including inflation as a moderating variable, the R² value significantly increased to 0.727, suggesting that inflation substantially strengthens the relationship between RMW and OUR. These findings imply that minimum wage policies alone are not sufficiently effective in reducing unemployment without being complemented by other factors such as inflation control, economic growth, and workforce quality. Furthermore, the study finds that the inflation trend in Jambi City during the period was relatively stable, averaging 3.24%, despite significant fluctuations in certain years, such as 2014 and 2020. This inflation stability plays a vital role in maintaining purchasing power and labor market equilibrium. Therefore, local governments should not rely solely on raising minimum wages as a singular strategy but must also enhance vocational training programs, improve workforce skills, and create productive employment opportunities aligned with local industry demands.

Abstract

Perkembangan Financial Teknologi sangat dirasakan dampaknya ditengah industry keuangan. Transformasi menuju digitalisasi keuangan menjadikan bank dengan modal dan asset yang kecil tidak mampu bersaing dengan lainnya. Fokus dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis dampak merger bank terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan setelah dilakukan merger pada PT. Bank Danamon Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan tahunan perusahaan yaitu data rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setelah dilakukan merger perusahaan, kinerja keuangan perusahaan dilihat dari rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas lebih baik jika dibandingan sebelum adanya merger. Pembuktian tersebut dilihat dari perkembangan rasio – rasio keuangan tersebut selama 2 tahun setelah merger.

Abstract

Salah satu sumber pembiayaan pembangunan daerah yaitu melalui penerimaan daerah. Penerimaan daerah dapat bersumber dari kemampuan keuangan daerah dalam bentuk Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan dana dari pemerintah pusat dalam bentuk Dana Perimbangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah dan dana perimbangan terhadap laju pertumbuhan ekonomi propinsi Jambi. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan guna menjawab permasalahaan dengan alat analisis berupa regresi linier berganda. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan website dirjen perimbangan keuangan daerah pemerintah daerah. Hasil penelitian yaitu pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) dan dana perimbangan secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di propinsi Jambi, akan tetapi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan baik pendapatan asli daerah maupun dana perimbangan.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak DAU, DAK dan DBH terhadap Ekonomi daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jambi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang merupakan data panel yaitu gabungan antara jenis data time series 2017 – 2022 dan data silang (cross section) dari 11 kabupaten/kota di provinsi Jambi. Model Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data penel dengan dengan menggunakan alat E-Views 8.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model yang tepat untuk penelitian ini adalah Model Fixed Effect dengan memperlihatkan bahwa variable DAU berpengaruh positip terhadap PDRB, DAK berpengaruh negative terhadap PDRB sedangkan DBH tidak berpengaruh terhadap PDRB.
