Abstract

Administrative staff is a decisive asset of human resources at state malikussaleh university , to improve employee performance. Employee performance change has relationship with some research variables. Analyzing the interaction of research variables to explain the relationship of Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline above Employee Performance with organizational commitment as intervening variable. The sample in this research is the administrative staff of University Malikussaleh which amounted to 155 respondents, which was taken using sampling method, become the research respondent. Data collected using quesioner method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method which is operated through Amos 21 program. The result of the research explains that transformational leadership, job satisfaction and work discipline have significant relation above organizational commitment and employee performance. Organizational commitment mediates the partial mediation relationship between transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction Work Discipline and Employee Performance. Abstract

This study examines the effect of workload, work discipline, and job satisfaction on nurse turnover intention at RSIA Abby Kota Lhokseumawe. Turnover intention is a critical issue in healthcare organizations as it influences service quality and organizational stability. The research employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to all 45 nurses at RSIA Abby, selected through a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The findings reveal that workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, indicating that heavier tasks and responsibilities increase nurses’ intention to leave. Conversely, work discipline and job satisfaction show significant negative effects, suggesting that higher levels of discipline and satisfaction reduce the tendency of nurses to resign. These results highlight the importance of balancing workload, fostering discipline, and enhancing satisfaction programs to mitigate turnover risks. The study concludes that effective human resource management practices are essential in reducing turnover intention and improving healthcare service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan terhadap kinerja karyawan di era disrupsi, khususnya di sektor kesehatan. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan RSIA Abby Kota Lhokseumawe. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di RSIA Abby. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami pentingnya pengelolaan human capital dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan serta sebagai dasar perumusan strategi peningkatan kompetensi karyawan di era disrupsi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh hubungan kerja, pelatihan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas perawat pada RS BMC Bireuen Bireuen sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas perawat, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas perawat, dan lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas perawat. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas perawat. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi manajemen RS BMC Bireuen untuk meningkatkan loyalitas perawat melalui perbaikan hubungan kerja, penyelenggaraan pelatihan yang efektif, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif
