Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sumber Daya Manusia, Profesionalisme Kerja, dan Komitmen terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Kabupaten Stabat, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Sumber Daya Manusia dan Komitmen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya, variabel Profesionalisme Kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sementara itu, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut Sumber Daya Manusia, Profesionalisme Kerja, dan Komitmen secara bersamasama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Stabat Kabupaten Langkat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai akan lebih efektif jika dilakukan secara terpadu melalui peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, penguatan profesionalisme, dan pembangunan komitmen yang seimbang dalam lingkungan kerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of self-efficacy, work motivation, and work environment on teacher job satisfaction in SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 72 teachers who teach at SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis consisting of data instrument testing, classic assumption testing, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26. The results of the study conclude that self-efficacy, work motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction teacher work at SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational justice on counterproductive work behavior among employees of PDAM Ie Beusaree Rata, Lhokseumawe City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Where the data used in this research is primary data. The population in this study were employees who worked at PDAM Ie Beusaree Rata, Lhokseumawe City. This research used a saturated sampling method by distributing questionnaires to the entire population of 35 people. The variable measurement scale used in this research is the Likert scale. Data analysis in the research used IBM SPSS version 26 with a data analysis method using multiple linear regression consisting of data instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational justice have a negative and significant effect on counterproductive work behavior among employees of PDAM Ie Beusaree Rata, Lhokseumawe City. This means that if the leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational justice in the company decrease, it can trigger counterproductive work behavior in employees. So company management needs to improve leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational justice to minimize employee counterproductive work behavior by improving the indicators used in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Workplace Well-Being and Workload on Employee Performance with Job Stress as an intervening variable in employees of the North Aceh district regent's office. The population in this study were civil servants (PNS) who worked at the North Aceh regent's office with a total of 127 people. Sampling in this study was carried out using probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified random sampling, with a sample size of 96 people. This study uses primary data sourced from questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis tool used is smartPLS 4.1.0.2. The results of this study indicate that workplace well-being has a significant impact on work stress, workload has a significant effect on work stress, workplace well-being has a significant impact on employee performance, workload is not significant to employee performance, work stress has no impact on employee performance, and work stress is not able to mediate the effect of workplace well-being and workload on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job insecurity and role ambiguity on employee performance with work engagement as an intervening variable at the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) Health, Langsa and Lhokseumawe Branch Offices. The number of respondents in this study was 120 employees at the BPJS Health, Langsa and Lhokseumawe Branch Offices. The data analysis method used was Partial Least Square with Smart PLS Software. The results of this study found that job insecurity did not have a significant effect on work engagement and employee performance, while role ambiguity had a negative and significant effect on work engagement and employee performance and work engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the mediation test found that work engagement was unable to mediate the relationship between job insecurity and employee performance, but work engagement was able to mediate the relationship between role ambiguity and employee performance partially (Partial Mediation)

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Religion of Southeast Aceh. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 54 employees. The technique consists of data instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using the help of SPSS software program. The results showed that Transformational Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance on Employees at the Ministry of Religion of Southeast Aceh. Work Motivation on Employee Performance in Employees at the Ministry of Religion of Southeast Aceh. Compensation on employee performance in employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Southeast Aceh. These findings provide useful for the government to establish strategies related to human resources to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational citizenship behavior and work life balance on nurses commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud East Aceh. The number of respondents in this study are 115 nurses at RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud East Aceh. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using Amos Software. The results of this study find that organizational citizenship behavior and work life balance directly have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, then organizational citizenship behavior, work life balance and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on nurses commitment. The results of the mediation effect test prove that job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational citizenship behavior and work life balance on nurses commitment fully (full mediation).

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Green Organizational Culture, Green Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and tests the mediation effect of the Organizational Commitment variable. The sample in this study was 143 employees at Langsa City General Hospital. The analysis tool used was path analysis with the SEM (structural equation modeling) method using Amos. The results showed that each variable Green Organizational Culture, Green Transformational Leadership and Job Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the Organizational Commitment variable mediated Green Organizational Culture with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable in full mediation and the Organizational Commitment variable mediated Green Transformational Leadership with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable in full mediation, and also the Organizational Commitment variable mediated Green Transformational Leadership with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable in full mediation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Work Environment, Spiritual Leadership and Work Ethic on Employee Performance in the Pamong Praja and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Units of Aceh Taming Regency, the dependent variables of this study are work environment, spiritual leadership and Work Ethic for the independent variable is employee performance. The population in this study is 65 employees of the Office of the Pamong Praja and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Unit of Aceh Taming Regency. The technique of sampling saturation or census and a sample of 65 respondents who are employees of the Pamong Praja and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Unit of Aceh Taming Regency, the research method used is a quantitative method, for the data analysis method using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that the work environment and work ethic have a significant effect on employee performance, while spiritual leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Pamong Praja and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Units of Aceh Taming Regency. This study shows that the work environment is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of Office employees at the Pamong Praja and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Units of Aceh Taming Regency. In this study, the work environment and work ethic have a significant effect on employee performance in the Pamong Praja and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Units of Aceh Regency

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of each variable which is interrelated between one variable and another variable on job satisfaction, namely the physical work environment, OCB, and work discipline at the Lhokseumawe City Food Security and Agriculture Service. The independent variables in this research are the physical work environment, OCB and work discipline, while the dependent variable is job satisfaction. This type of research uses a questionnaire containing statements which are distributed to the employees concerned at the Lhokseumawe City food security and agricultural service. The scoring technique uses a Likert scale. Where the population is 100 employees and the total number of employees will be sampled, namely 100 respondents. This research uses a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model with the SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) program. The results of this research are that the physical work environment, OCB and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Food Security and Agriculture Service of Lhokseumawe City. The better the physical work environment in the company, the greater the job satisfaction, as well as the increased OCB and work discipline, the job satisfaction expected by the company can be achieved.
