Abstract

Penambahan serat dalam adukan beton terbukti mampu meningkatkan kuat tarik beton. Untuk keperluan non struktur, secara terbatas material serat dapat digunakan dari bahan-bahan alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan serat dari resam pada campuran beton terhadap peningkatan kuat tekan dan kuat tarik belah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi industri bahan bangunan. Serat yang digunakan memiliki 5 variasi penambahan serat dari resam pada campuran beton, yaitu 0,5%, 1 %, 1,5 % dan 2 % per berat semen. sedangkan serat dari resam yang digunakan dengan panjang 3 cm. Umur beton yang digunakan sebagai perbandingan adalah 7 hari dan 28 hari. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan serat dari resam sebanyak 0,5 %, 1 %, 1,5 % dan 2 % pada campuran beton mampu meningkatkan: (1) kuat tekan beton, dengan peningkatan kuat tekan tertinggi dicapai oleh penambahan resam sebanyak 1 % yaitu 21,87 MPa dibandingkan dengan beton normal yaitu 21,40 MPa. (2) kuat tarik belah beton, dengan peningkatan kuat tarik belah tertinggi dicapai oleh penambahan resam sebanyak 1% yaitu 2,57 MPa dibandingkan dengan beton normal yaitu 2,47 MPa.

Abstract

In this study, the population was employees of the Ministry of Marine Transportation, Serdang Bedagai Regency, 32 people. Because the target population is less than 100, the sampling technique used is the census method, where the entire population, totaling 32 employees of the Ministry of Marine Transportation, Serdang Bedagai Regency, will be used as the research sample. Research results. the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Job Training (X) has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y1). the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Job Training (X) has a significant effect on Job Performance (Y2). the third hypothesis is rejected, meaning that Organizational Commitment (Y1) is not an intervening variable that mediates the effect of Job Training (X) on Job Performance (Y2).

Abstract

In this study, the population was JNE Customers in Tebing Tinggi City, namely 60 people. Because the target population is less than 100, the sampling technique used is the census method, where the entire population of 60 JNE Customers in Tebing Tinggi City who have made 2 deliveries will be used as the research sample. the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Brand Perception (X) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Attitude (Y1). the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Brand Perception (X) has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Services (Y2). the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that consumer attitudes (Y1) have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use services (Y2).

Abstract

The traffic jam that occurred in the city of Bojonegoro on the Rajekwesi – MT road section. Haryono, the leading cause of problems in the area, is at intersections and meetings with railroad tracks. Building a flyover is one solution to congestion that occurs at railroad crossings. An economic feasibility study must be carried out to assess the characteristics of a development project. This study aims to determine how much profit and costs are obtained and the extent of its economic feasibility. The project that will be examined in this study is the construction of a flyover in Bojonegoro district. Then, the feasibility of the Flyover construction project is based on the calculation of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The results of this economic feasibility analysis There are three alternative route selection that are associated with economic feasibility where the first alternative with NPV: 2,121,743,718,000, BCR: 12.7499 and IRR: 57 then the second alternative with NPV value: 1,733,795,057,000, BCR: 10.3771, IRR: 50% and the third alternative with an NPV value: 1,395,424,941,000, BCR: 6,978 and IRR: 37%. Based on the economic feasibility analysis using process hierarchy analysis, the first alternative was chosen with a score of 0.571. With the construction of the flyover, it is hoped that it can break up the flow of traffic on the Bojonegoro - Cepu - Nganjuk section to encourage economic growth, trade, and regional development in the Bojonegoro district.

Abstract

The tourism industry is increasingly vulnerable to various crises, such as natural disasters, political instability, and health emergencies. Traditional risk management approaches often focus on reactive measures and short-term solutions, failing to address the root causes of vulnerability and build long-term resilience. This study explores the limitations of traditional tourism risk management practices and investigates the potential of innovative strategies to enhance the resilience and adaptability of the tourism sector in the face of crises. Through a comprehensive literature review, the study identifies key characteristics of innovative risk management approaches, including proactive planning, systems thinking, adaptive management, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. The findings highlight the importance of effective governance structures, strong leadership, and a culture of learning and knowledge sharing in the successful implementation of these strategies. The study also reveals the critical role of technology and digital tools in enhancing resilience and adaptability, as well as the potential of community-based approaches to risk management. However, the research acknowledges the need for further investigation into the factors that enable or hinder the adoption of innovative practices in different tourism contexts, as well as the specific challenges posed by different types of crises. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of a holistic and proactive approach to tourism risk management, engaging diverse stakeholders, and fostering a culture of resilience and adaptability. The findings provide valuable insights for tourism practitioners, policymakers, and researchers seeking to develop more effective and sustainable risk management strategies in the face of an increasingly complex and uncertain global environment.

Abstract

The tourism industry is increasingly vulnerable to various crises and challenges that can disrupt operations, damage destination reputations, and threaten the sector's sustainability. This study aims to propose a resilience model in tourism that integrates risk management strategies to face crises and challenges. Through an in-depth literature review, this research identifies the limitations of traditional tourism risk management approaches and explores the potential of innovative strategies in building resilience. Key factors influencing the successful implementation of the resilience model, such as effective governance, strong leadership, and knowledge management, are also discussed. The proposed resilience model emphasizes a holistic and collaborative approach, with key components including risk and vulnerability assessment, development of adaptive and innovative capacities, multi-stakeholder collaboration, proactive strategy planning and implementation, and continuous monitoring and learning. This research contributes theoretically by expanding the understanding of tourism resilience and offers practical implications for stakeholders in developing effective risk management strategies. Despite limitations such as reliance on literature review and the conceptual nature of the proposed model, this study provides a solid foundation for further exploration of resilience in tourism. The findings highlight the importance of adopting a more proactive, collaborative, and long-term perspective in tourism risk management to build resilience and ensure the sector's sustainability in the face of increasingly complex crises and challenges.

Abstract

Pekerjaan yang bermakna, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif merupakan faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan oleh generasi Z dalam memilih pekerjaan. Mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari generasi Z memiliki pandangan yang berbeda dalam menentukan preferensi karier mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pekerjaan yang meaningful, work-life balance, dan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif terhadap preferensi mahasiswa Universitas Malikussaleh dalam memilih pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data primer dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket kuesioner, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 mahasiswa/i Universitas Malikussaleh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji t (parsial). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan yang meaningful berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi mahasiswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 (< 0,05). Work-life balance berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,674 (> 0,05). Lingkungan kerja yang inklusif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi mahasiswa dalam memilih pekerjaan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (< 0,05). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi mahasiswa, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,267. Artinya, 26,7% variasi preferensi mahasiswa dalam memilih pekerjaan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Leadership, Competence on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Tax Service Office of Aceh Province, the dependent variable of this study is digital leadership and the competency for the independent variable is employee performance , for the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The population in this study is 265 personnel of the Tax Service Office of Aceh Province. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling and a sample of 170 respondents who were employees at the Tax Service Office of Aceh Province was obtained, the research method used was a quantitative method, for the data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study show that digital leadership and competence have a significant effect on job satisfaction, furthermore, digital leadership, competence and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Aceh Provincial Tax Service Office. This study shows that job satisfaction is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees of the Tax Service Office of Aceh Province. In this study, digital leadership and competence have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, it can be concluded that job satisfaction functions as a partial mediation between exogenous and endogenous variables.
