Abstract

Advertising always plays an important role in increasing the interest of saving the community, so advertising needs to be done to inform, persuade and attract people, and have added value for the community. With advertising, the public can recognize Banking products contained in Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch of Langsa City and the community can distinguish which products suited to their needs and eliminate the public concern about usury practices that occur especially for the people of Langsa city. Based on the discussion of this thesis the author took some problems that is, how advertising is done by Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Langsa City and how the role of advertising in increasing interest to save the community. The research method used in this thesis is a qualitative descriptive method with interviews and documentation as a method of data collection to se the role of advertising in increasing interest in saving the community at Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Langsa City. From the results of this study it is known that the ad performed Bank Syariah Mandiri has a role in increasing interest in saving society, with the media used are banners and brochures. Advertising is done as a supporter of direct socialization to prospective customers conducted by Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Langsa City. From the results of research conducted by the author with the public that the Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Langsa has a complete brochure and the products offered are also diverse and different from other banks so that the most important role of advertising is the brochure. Brochures can strengthen the interest of customers to continue to save in Bank Syariah Mandiri and use other products offered. However, some of them said that the Bank Syariah Mandiri Langsa branches do not do advertising, some of them have a book of savings Bank Syariah Mandiri because of other interests

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment, inflation and human development index on economic growth in Aceh Province. The research method used is a quantitative method using secondary data from 2006-2020. Data analysis used multiple linear regression equation, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the multiple linear regression equation test show that investment has a negative effect on economic growth, inflation and the human development index have a positive effect on economic growth. The results of the t-test of the investment variable t sig > 5% (0.0213 > 0.05) can be stated that investment has a not significant effect on economic growth, the inflation variable t sig > 5% (0.484 > 0.05) can be stated that inflation has a not significant effect on economic growth . The human development index variable t sig < 5% (0.001 <0.05) can be stated that the human development index has a significant effect on economic growth. The results of the F F test sig < 5% (0.023 <0.05) can be stated simultaneously that investment, inflation and human development index have a significant effect on economic growth in Aceh Province. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.895 or 89.5% investment, inflation and human development index can explain the variable economic growth.

Abstract

Positive economic growth and the welfare of the people in Indonesia cannot be separated from the efforts of the government and society. One of the efforts made by the community is entrepreneurship, in which the presence of entrepreneurship can help the family economy and participate in the regional economy. The more entrepreneurs, the better the economy. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of motivation, personality and environment on the entrepreneurial interest of the community in Gampong Sidodadi, Langsa Lama District. This study uses primary data with a sample size of 87 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression equation, the coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results obtained Y = 0.548 + 0.237X1 + 0.234X2 + 0.265X2. These results indicate that interest in entrepreneurship is 0.548 before being influenced by motivation, personality and environment, while the regression coefficient of motivation, personality and environment has a positive and unidirectional influence on the interest in community entrepreneurship in Gampong Sidodadi. The result of the determination coefficient test is 54.2%, the variables of motivation, personality and environment can explain the variable interest in entrepreneurship. The results of the t test show that motivation is obtained by tcount> ttable (2.622> 1.988) and tsig value <α 5% (0.01 <0.05), personality is obtained by tcount> ttable (2.329> 1.988) and tsig value <α 5% (0.022> 0.05), the environment obtained tcount> ttable (3.690> 1.988) and the tsig value <α 5% (0.000> 0.05) can be stated that partially a significant effect on the interest in community entrepreneurship in Gampong Sidodadi, Langsa Lama District. Likewise the F test, the value of Fcount> Ftable (34.950> 2.71) and the Fsig value <α 5% (0.000 <0.05) it can be stated that motivation, personality and environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the interest in community entrepreneurship in Gampong Sidodadi, Langsa Lama District.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in consumer behavior and people's buying interest when shopping at traditional markets and modern markets in Langsa City. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is all people who shop at traditional markets and modern markets in Langsa City whose number is unknown, while the number of samples in this study is 50 people who shop at traditional markets and 50 people who shop at modern markets. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study include research instrument testing, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there were differences in consumer behavior when shopping at traditional markets and modern markets in Langsa City. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing using the paired sample test, it is known that the value of consumer behavior in traditional and modern markets is obtained t arithmetic is greater than t table, which is 3.953 greater than 2.0106 and the value of sig (2-tailed) is 0.016 less than 0 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and there are differences in shopping interest in traditional markets and modern markets in Langsa City. This is evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing using the paired sample test, it is known that the value of shopping interest in traditional and modern markets is obtained by t count greater than t table, which is 2.667 greater than 2.0106 and a significant value of 0.002 less than 0.05, then Ho is rejected. and Ha accepted. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the profitability of BPRS in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The population of this research s all BPRS registered with the Financial Services Authority. By using purposive sampling there are as many as 6 BPRS used as samples in this study. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression with the help of the Eviews 10 program. The result obtained indicate that partially the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a negative and significant effect on profitability with a probability value of 0,0060 < 0,05. Non Performing Financing (NPF) has a positive and significant effect on profitability with a probability value of 0,0381 < 0,05. While the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability with a probability value of 0,7093 > 0,05. Simultaneously the independent variabel has a significant effect on the dependent variable with a significant value of 0,000000 < 0,05. This means that the Captal Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on the profitability of BPRS in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pembiayaan Arrum BPKB merupakan pembiayaan usaha yang diberikan oleh pegadaian syariah yang diperuntukan bagi pengusaha mikro dalam mengembangkan usaha yang telah dijalankan menggunakan jaminan BPKB kenderaan baik kenderaan bermotor atau mobil. Pada pelaksanaannya diharapkan dapat memberikan peningkatan pendapatan pada usaha tersebut. Pengusaha mikro adalah sesuatu usaha produktif yang dimiliki perorangan atau usaha perorangan yang memiliki kriteria usaha mikro didalam undang-undang, dimana usaha ini dapat mensejahterakan kehidupan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menegtahi dan menaganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan terhadap kesejahteraan melalui peningkatkan pendapatan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian secara eksplanatory research. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive random sampling atau penentuan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu yang terdiri dari 120 nasabah sesuiai kriteria nasabah sudah mengambil minimal 2x pembiayaan pada PT. Pegadaiaan Syariah cabang langsa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (analisys path), menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian secara langsung menunjukkan pembiayaan Arrum BPKB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pengusaha mikro, pembiayaan Arrum BPKB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan pengusaha mikro dan peningkatan pendapatan pengusaha mikro berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan. Selanjutnya hasil secara tidak langsung menunjukkan pembiayaan Arrum BPKB secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan melalui peningkatan pendapatan pengusaha mikro.
