Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat di era globalisasi saat ini. Itu menjadi306Instrumen utama dalam kemajuan berbagai aspek sosial dan kehidupan. Saat ini banyak orang yang memanfaatkan teknologi untuk membantu menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan dalam kehidupan. Hampir setiapaktivitas yang dilakukan manusia selalu menggunakan teknologi. Penggunaan instrumen keamanan otomatis telah menjadi pilihan saat ini. Di zaman modern seperti sekarang ini banyak sekali macam-macam teknologi, makadari itu saya akan mengembangkan teknologi dengan instrumen keamanan yang lebih baik. Abstract

A Poor power quality, such as voltage fluctuations and harmonic interference, can affect compressor motor performance and life. So this research uses direct measurement and simulation methods to evaluate the influence of various power quality parameters on AC compressor motors. This research aims to analyze the performance reliability of compressor motors in air conditioner (AC) systems based on electrical power quality. and several tests show that harmonic interference and voltage variations significantly affect the efficiency and reliability of the compressor motor. Motors operating under poor power quality conditions exhibit increased operating temperatures, reduced efficiency, and shortened lifespan. The use of harmonic filters and voltage stabilizers has proven effective in improving power quality and, thereby, AC compressor motor performance. This research emphasizes the importance of maintaining power quality to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the compressor motor in the AC system. The implementation of power stabilizer and harmonic filter technology is recommended for industries that use compressor motors extensively, in order to optimize performance and reduce operational costs and made important contributions in the areas of power quality management and preventive maintenance for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, with a particular focus on compressor motors as a key component in these systems.

Abstract

A parking space unit is an effective square measure for placing one vehicle (passenger car, bus/truck, or motorbike). This includes free space on the left and right of the vehicle meaning that the doors can be opened for passengers to get on and off as well as certain things such as space for special wheelchairs to park vehicles for people with disabilities as well as free space at the front and back. Parking Gate Bar, or by another name barriergate, is a device for restricting entry and exit of vehicles, the function of this parking door barrier or parking barrier is to indicate that a vehicle is allowed to enter or leave the parking lot, after passing through the parking guard post. Parking door barriers are usually operated using direct DC or AC electricity. , depending on needs and the price level which is adjusted to field conditions. The speed of the parking gate opening is one of the points that determines the price for the item, because the speed of opening will affect the overall parking service cycle, if the parking gate opens faster, more vehicles will be served. , whether leaving or entering the parking area, and ultimately parking customers will be more satisfied, if this speed reduces the waiting time of parking customers.

Abstract

Lead-acid batteries (batteries) are one of the most widely used resource components. Starting from small capacity for motorbikes, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), up to hundreds of amperes for industrial use. When used, this battery needs to be recharged after use to obtain a stable voltage and current. In the charging process there are many ways that can be done, from rectifiers without filters, using filters to automatic ones (can detect the battery voltage level and turn itself off if the battery is fully charged). Automatic Battery Charger (ABC) is an electronic device designed to charge batteries automatically with high efficiency. One of the key components in ABC is the thyristor, a power control semiconductor that allows fast and safe battery charging. This research aims to design and implement ABC using a thyristor as a switch to control battery charging current. The methods used in this research include analyzing system requirements, designing electronic circuit schemes, selecting appropriate components, making and testing prototypes, and evaluating system performance. The designed ABC has features such as battery voltage detection to stop charging when the battery reaches full level, protection against overcurrent, and an LED indicator to display charging status. Test results show that ABC with thyristors can charge batteries with high efficiency and safely. The system is able to charge the battery quickly without producing excess heat which can damage the battery. In addition, this ABC is also equipped with security features that ensure safe and reliable operation. This research contributes to the development of more efficient and environmentally friendly battery charging technology. Implementing ABC with a thyristor as a battery charging current control switch can be an effective and energy-saving solution for automatic battery charging.

Abstract

In the electric power distribution network or a condition where a distribution system in the distribution of electric power experiences high power losses due to the connection point on the distribution cable to the consumer. Therefore, in this study, a calculation will be carried out between the value of the comparison of the input and output measurements between the connection points using Tap Connector with Joint Press Connector, after obtaining the measurement results, determine the calculation results for the loss of electrical power energy in rupiah units. A Tap Connector Joint Press Connector. After the measurement and calculation, the Power Loss is the result of the calculation between the input and output at the Tap Connector connection point. There is a difference in Power Loss of 134.3 Watts while at the Joint Press Connector the Power Loss Difference is 0 Watts. Power Loss Calculation Results in Rupiah Units From the results of the power loss analysis calculation, it can be seen that the power loss at the Tap Connector connection point with a difference in power loss value of 134.3 W and if calculated in rupiah units, then the loss of electrical energy in one month is Rp. 130,539.6, -. If it occurs in one year in a 24-hour time calculation, it is 130,539.6 x 12 Months = 1,566,475.2, -. The cause of power loss at the Tap Connector connection point is due to poor installation, as well as Tap Connector Equipment that is not SPLN standard and the age of the Tap Connector that has worn out

Halsil penelitialn diperoleh kecepaltaln alngin raltal-raltal di desal Oenalli aldallalh 4,66 m/s, daln turbin ini yalng malmpu memutalr turbin Salvonius dengaln putalraln raltal-raltal 631 rpm. Kemudialn, paldal putalraln generaltor 1.243 rpm malmpu menghalsilkaln dalyal output sebesalr 7,20 waltt. Selalin itu, efisiensi generaltor raltal-raltal sebesalr 35%, efisiensi halrialn tertinggi aldallalh 39%, daln efisiensi halrialn terendalh aldallalh 37%.

Abstract

In modern electric power systems, circuit breakers play a critical role in maintaining operational safety and system stability by disconnecting faulty sections during abnormal conditions. However, the reliability and functionality of conventional circuit breakers are often compromised due to delayed maintenance, undetected mechanical wear, and the lack of real-time monitoring. This study proposes a smart Internet of Things (IOT)-based approach to enhance the reliability and functionality of electric circuit breakers by enabling real-time data acquisition, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance. The system integrates various sensors—such as temperature, current, and vibration sensors—connected through microcontrollers and cloud platforms for remote access and analysis. Through simulations and prototype testing, the proposed system demonstrates improved response time in fault detection, early failure diagnosis, and efficient maintenance scheduling. This research highlights the potential of IOT technology in transforming traditional power protection systems into intelligent, adaptive, and more reliable infrastructures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem penggunaan motor induksi pada kendaraan listrik hybrid (HEV) yang terintegrasi dengan sistem panel surya untuk optimalisasi energi. Motor induksi dipilih karena ketahanannya yang tinggi dan efisiensi biaya. Sistem panel surya dipasang untuk membantu pengisian baterai kendaraan saat tidak digunakan dan selama berkendara di siang hari. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi panel surya mampu meningkatkan jarak tempuh kendaraan hingga 12% per hari pada kondisi cuaca cerah. Motor induksi menunjukkan performa efisien pada kisaran beban variabel, dengan efisiensi rata-rata 88%. Integrasi ini membuktikan potensi besar dalam mengurangi ketergantungan pada sumber energi eksternal.

Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan energi di kawasan perkotaan mendorong adopsi sistem pembangkit terdistribusi seperti micro-hydro. Namun, tantangan muncul dalam menjaga kestabilan output saat terjadi fluktuasi beban. Penelitian ini mengusulkan metode kendali stabilitas terintegrasi untuk sistem micro-hydro yang dipasang pada gedung bertingkat, dengan mengintegrasikan sistem ke jaringan smart grid perkotaan. Model sistem dikembangkan dalam lingkungan MATLAB/Simulink dan menggunakan kontrol adaptif untuk menyesuaikan respon generator terhadap perubahan debit air dan beban. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu menstabilkan tegangan dan frekuensi output dalam rentang nominal, serta memberikan kontribusi optimal terhadap sistem smart grid dengan respons real-time.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat teknologi digital mendorong industri manufaktur untuk mengintegrasikan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Internet of Things (IoT) dalam sistem produksinya. Tahun 2025 ditandai dengan adopsi masif teknologi cerdas dalam berbagai lini produksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan fleksibilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana AI dan IoT diterapkan dalam sistem produksi industri serta dampaknya terhadap performa operasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan analisis tren teknologi berbasis laporan industri dan jurnal ilmiah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi AI dan IoT mampu menciptakan sistem produksi prediktif, adaptif, dan otomatis, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dari sisi keamanan siber dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi praktisi dan akademisi dalam membangun sistem produksi berbasis teknologi pintar di masa depan.
