Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah, agar pelaku usaha mikro mampu mengelola dan membuat pembukuan sederhana usaha mikro kecil yang dimiliki di Desa Gading Sari Kabupaten Kampar. Subjek dampingan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu peserta didik Balai Latihan Kerja Provinsi Riau yang memiliki usaha Mikro Kecil dibidang Jasa yang berdomisili di Desa Sari Gading Kabupaten Kampar. Jumlah subjek dampingan sebanyak 30 orang. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan tiga metode yaitu, metode ceramah, metode tutorial dan metode diskusi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa dengan dilaksanakannya pelatihan pencatatan keuangan sederhana untuk Usaha Mikro Kecil tersebut, subjek dampingan telah mampu membuat laporan keuangan sederhana UMK. Diharapkan dengan pemberian pelatihan ini subjek dampingan pemilik usaha jasa mampu meningkatnya kesejahteraan sosial ekonomi dalam melaksanakan usaha. Mampu meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran pentingnya pencatatan keuangan dalam menjalankan usaha. Subjek dampingan juga mampu memisahkan keuangan pribadi dan keuangan usaha.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Tasma Puja Sei Kuamang Kampa. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction at PT. Tasma Puja Sei Kuamang Kampa. The sampling method in this research is based on Gpower. The number of samples used was 99 employees. The data used is primary data and secondary data, the quantitative data analysis method uses the Smart PLS4 analysis technique. The research results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. However, organizational commitment has no effect on employee job satisfaction and employee performance. Interestingly, organizational commitment and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance and are mediated by employee job satisfaction at PT. Tasma Puja Sei Kuamang Kampa was 68.6%. The remaining 31.4% are variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Pulau Rupat, bagian dari Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN), memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan pariwisata pesisir yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan pada hakikatnya adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran masyarakat.sesuai dengan tujuan SDGs, sebagaimana diatur dalam PP Nomor 50 Tahun 2011 tentang RIPPARNAS. Namun, wilayah ini rentan terhadap bencana alam seperti banjir rob, angin kencang, tsunami, dan abrasi, yang berdampak pada masyarakat nelayan di Desa Wisata Teluk Rhu. Faktor-faktor risiko bencana antara lain sangat berdampak terhadap ancaman gelombang ekstrim, angin kencang, banjir rob dan abrasi pantai, tingginya kerentanan suatu wilayah, dan rendahnya kapasitas nelayan dalam menghadapi ancaman bencana. Abrasi menyebabkan penduduk kehilangan tempat tinggal dan angin kencang serta gelombang ekstrim mengakibatkan hilangnya mata pencaharian dan berkurangnya pendapatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di Desa Teluk Rhu. Mengkaji kerentanan nelayan dan upaya mitigasi bencana, serta bagaimana hal tersebut dapat mendukung pengembangan KSPN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nelayan sangat rentan terhadap bencana karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitigasi. mitigasi bencana yang efektif perlu menjadi bagian integral dari strategi pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan di Pulau Rupat. Kesenjangan dalam pengelolaan risiko bencana yang dapat membahayakan masyarakat dan sektor pariwisata Diperlukan intervensi kebijakan pemerintah pusat sampai di Tingkat desa untuk memperkuat mitigasi bencana khususnya kepada nelayan. Pembangunan berkelanjutan yang mengintegrasikan mitigasi bencana, pengelolaan ekosistem pesisir (seperti mangrove), dan pengembangan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan sangat diperlukan untuk mengurangi risiko ini di pengembangan Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional.

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Delta Sukses Jaya Duri. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on CV. Delta Sukses Jaya Duri. The sample in this study was 34 employees using the census or saturated sampling method. This research uses quantitative analysis and description using the path analysis method and the data is analyzed using the Smart-PLS program. The results of this study show that work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction at CV. Delta Sukses Jaya Duri with a calculated t value (3.957) less than t table (1.650) with a P Value more than 0.06. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t calculated value (3.459) less than t table (1.650) with a P Value more than 0, 05 shows that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t value (0.195) less than t table (1.650) with a P value more than 0.05, then job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance with a t value (0.174) more than t table (1.650) with P Value less than 0.05, work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. And based on the R-Square calculation, it is 55% and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Talent management is very important for organizations to be able to find the right people to carry out their work so that organizational performance will increase. Workload is one of the factors that will affect the performance of employees and organizations. This study aimed to determine the effect of talent management and workload on the job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance, Riau Province, either partially or simultaneously. Respondents in this study amounted to 40 people using the saturated sampling method (census). The data used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study used a nonprobability sampling approach with saturated / census sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that talent management partially affects employee job satisfaction, as well as workload partially also affects employee job satisfaction Simultaneously talent management and workload influence the job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance, Riau Province. The magnitude of the effect is 67.1% while the remaining (32.9%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of live streaming commerce marketing strategies in encouraging spontaneous purchases among Generation Z in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS on 124 respondents, the study tested the influence of real-time interactivity, host credibility, and entertainment atmosphere on impulsive purchase intent through customer engagement as a mediating variable. The results revealed that host credibility significantly affected customer engagement (β = 0.294, p = 0.021), while real-time interactivity and entertainment atmosphere showed no significant direct influence. Customer engagement showed a strong positive influence on impulse purchase intent (β = 0.758, p = 0.000) and mediated a full relationship between host credibility and impulse purchase. This model explains a 56.6% variation in impulsive buying intent (R² adjusted = 0.566). These findings suggest that a successful live streaming commerce strategy should prioritize building host credibility and increasing customer engagement over just entertainment features or interactive functionality. The research provides practical implications for digital marketers to optimize their live streaming commerce strategies with a focus on developing authentic hosts and meaningful customer engagement initiatives, particularly in targeting the Gen Z demographic in emerging markets like Indonesia.
