Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with the work engagement variable as a mediator at the Palembang City Tourism Office. Samples were taken as many as 63 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 22 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Perceived Organizational Support. This study also succeeded in proving that Perceived Organizational Support has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Work Engagement at the Palembang City Tourism Office. Based on the results of research analysis, several suggestions can be used as consideration in determining future policies, namely, the Office should pay more attention to any complaints felt by employees so that it will create a sense of meaning and feelings of pleasure and employees feel considered necessary by the service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the psychology of the millennial junior generation in several big cities in Indonesia who are intensely using Instagram and have an impact on their impulse buying. This study uses quantitative methods. The analytical technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with LISREL software. A total of 390 junior millennial respondents (born 1991-1998) filled out an online questionnaire using a google form. The results showed that instagram had an insignificant direct effect on impulse buying. However, Instagram has a significant indirect effect through self-esteem on impulse buying. Neuroticism has the greatest influence on the impulse buying of millennial juniors. Based on the calculation of the indirect effect, it can be seen that self-esteem in this study is fully mediated for the instagram and neuroticism variables. Thus it can be concluded that Instagram has an important role in the psychological formation of the millennial junior generation. The intensity of excessive use of Instagram can lower self-esteem so that they compensate for these feelings through impulse buying. The limitation in this study is that it only uses one personality characteristic of the five existing personalities. The contribution of this research is to strengthen Murk (2006) self-esteem theory as a development of Rosenberg's (1989) theory. In addition, the results of this study can also be a recommendation for online business people who aggressively advertise their products through Instagram in order to choose the right marketing strategy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Muhammad Jaka Kesuma, The Effect of Leadership and Work Environment on the Performance of ASN Employees of BPKAD South Sumatra Province with Work Motivation as a Mediating Variable, Supervisors Dr. Djatmiko Noviantoro, SE., M.Si and Dr. Sari Sakarina, SE., MM. This study aims to determine and prove and analyze the Direct Effect, namely the Effect of leadership on work motivation, the Effect of work environment on work motivation, the Effect of leadership on performance, the Effect of work environment on performance and the Effect of work motivation on performance with the Sample in this study are ASN Employees of BPKAD South Sumatra Province totaling 84 people. Data analysis of the study uses descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The analysis model uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the composition of Sub-structure: Leadership and Work Environment as exogenous variables, Employee Performance endogenous variable, and Motivation as Intervening variable. From the results of testing the Hypothesis, it was found as follows: 1) There is an Effect of Leadership on Work Motivation of ASN Employees of BPKAD South Sumatra Province, 2) There is an Effect of Work Environment on Work Motivation of ASN Employees of BPKAD South Sumatra Province, 3) There is an Effect of Leadership on Employee Performance of ASN BPKAD South Sumatra Province, 4) There is an Effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance of ASN BPKAD South Sumatra Province, 5) There is an Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance of ASN BPKAD South Sumatra Province. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya 5S dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja implikasinya pada kinerja karyawan divisi wireharness PT. OSI Electronics Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berbasis Skala Likert, dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan aplikasi statistik Smart PLS 3.0, dengan sampel sebanyak 122 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari penerapan Budaya 5S terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan divisi wireharness PT. OSI Electronics Batam. Analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.3.3 menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Budaya 5S memiliki pengaruh positif dengan nilai koefisien jalur (0) sebesar 0.800, t-Statistics sebesar 10.902, dan P Value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan divisi wireharness. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dengan nilai koefisien jalur (O) sebesar 0.193, t-Statistics sebesar 2.681, dan P Value sebesar 0.008 < 0.05. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Budaya 5S berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan divisi wireharness PT. OSI Electronics Batam. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Budaya 5S memiliki pengaruh positif dengan nilai koefisien jalur (O) sebesar 2.011, t-Statistics sebesar 13.773, dan P Value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Demikian pula, Komitmen Organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan divisi wireharness. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dengan nilai koefisien jalur (O) sebesar 0.118, t-Statistics sebesar 2.004, dan P Value sebesar 0.041 < 0.05. Terakhir, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Produktivitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan divisi wireharness PT. OSI Electronics Batam. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa Produktivitas Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dengan nilai koefisien jalur (O) sebesar 0.953, t-Statistics sebesar 6.272, dan P Value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine and prove the influence of leadership, work motivation and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at Kpp Pratama Palembang Ilir Timur, both directly and indirectly. The population in this study were KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Timur employees, totaling 110 people. This study used simple random sampling, with the Slovin formula with a sample size calculation based on an error of 5%. so the number of samples used was 86 research samples. Data analysis uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method which is operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of this research show that, Leadership influences Job Satisfaction, Job Motivation influences Job Satisfaction, Job Motivation influences Job Satisfaction, Leadership influences Performance, Work Motivation influences Performance, Work Motivation influences Performance, Job Satisfaction influences Performance, Leadership influences Performance through Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation influences Performance through Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation influences Performance through Job Satisfaction. The R2 value for the latent variable Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable is 0.967, which means that this value identifies that variations in Employee Job Satisfaction can be explained by exogenous latent variables (Leadership, Work Motivation and Work Motivation) amounting to 96.7% while the remaining 3.3% explained by other variables. The R2 value for the latent variable Performance is 0.987, which means that this value identifies that variations in performance can be explained by exogenous variables (Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction) amounting to 98.7% while the remaining 1.3% is explained by variables that are not. contained in the research.

Abstract

  This study endeavors to ascertain the impact of work-life balance, interpersonal communication, and work environment on employee job satisfaction within the PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang employee cooperative. Employing quantitative methods and survey techniques, this research employs Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS software as the measurement tool. The sample for this study encompasses 40 respondents, who were purposively selected to ensure relevance. The respondents completed the questionnaire online. The research findings indicate that work-life balance, interpersonal communication, and the work environment exert a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at the PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang employee cooperative, both collectively and individually.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the application of a humanistic approach in school leadership, which impacts human resources development in the digitalization era. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. They collect data through participant observation, interviews, and documentation studies to achieve research objectives. A modified analytic analysis method was used to analyze the data. The level of credibility, dependability, transferability, and confirmability are the basis for data validity. The results of the study explain that personal excellence (integrity, wholeness, and self-authenticity) and the humanistic spirituality of inspirational figures inspire the humanistic approach of school principals. The results of this research empirically provide new hope for teachers, staff, students, and parents of students at the elementary level by applying a humanistic approach to school principals in the digital era. This finding has implications, where through a humanistic approach, school principals are more open to appreciating participation and view teachers, employees, and parents as human beings who have equality in building cooperation. Thus, through the humanistic approach of the school principal, the school environment becomes a place for empowering learning and the formation of human values that need to be upheld.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Tunjangan Kinerja Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Noval Perkasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berbasis Skala Likert, dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan aplikasi statistik Smart PLS 3.0, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan menggunakan metode analisis Structual Least Squre (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai PT. Noval Perkasa. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai PT. Noval Perkasa. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Noval Perkasa. Demikian pula, Motivasi Kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Noval Perkasa. Terakhir, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Noval Perkasa. Maka disarankan penguatan gaya kepempinan otoriter, pelaksanakan program pengakuan kontribusi jasa, pengembangan program motivasi berbasis kebutuhan individu, sistem penghargaan kuantitias kerja dan pelatihan menajamen waktu. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of work facilities, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at the Youth and Sports Office of South Sumatra Province. Using a quantitative survey method, the research involved a population of 65 employees from the office. The findings reveal that both work facilities and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, which subsequently influences employee performance. Improved work facilities contribute to a more comfortable and productive work environment, while a strong disciplinary framework encourages employees to fulfill their responsibilities more effectively. Interestingly, the study found that work motivation alone does not have a significant impact on employee performance, suggesting that other factors may play a more critical role. This highlights the necessity for government agencies to focus on enhancing physical work conditions and establishing robust disciplinary measures to foster better performance among employees. The results indicate that a well-maintained work environment, combined with strict adherence to discipline, is essential for achieving optimal employee productivity. Therefore, recommendations are made for the Youth and Sports Office to prioritize improvements in facilities and enforce discipline to enhance overall employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
