Abstract

Tujuan dari kegitan pengabdian adalah sosialisasi berupa edukasi mengenai teknologi digitalisasi 4.0 dalam memasarkan produk unggulan UMKM Desa Sukamulya, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Lokasi penyuluhan adalah di Desa Sukamulya, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Lampung Utara pada hari Selasa, tanggal 16 Agustus 2022. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan solusi dari permasalahan mengenai pemasaran produk UMKM dengan menggunakan teknologi digitalisasi 4.0 kepada masyarakat. Metode yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan dan diskusi tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai manfaat pentingnya e-commerce. Peserta sosialisasi juga dapat mengetahui cara penggunaan e-commerce dan dibantu untuk memiliki market place. Kegiatan ini juga menambah pengetahuan tentang ide-ide UMKM. Digital Technology 4.0 Socialization in Marketing of Superior Products of UMKM in Sukamulya Village, Tanjung Raja District, North Lampung Regency  The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education and socialization about digitalization technology 4.0 in marketing the superior products of SMEs in Sukamulya Village, Tanjung Raja Subdistrict, North Lampung Regency. The counseling was conducted in Sukamulya Village, Tanjung Raja Subdistrict, North Lampung Regency on Tuesday, August 16, 2022. This activity aims to provide education and solutions to problems related to marketing SME products using digitalization technology 4.0 to the community. The methods used were counseling and question-and-answer discussions. The results of the activity showed an improvement in understanding and knowledge about the importance of e-commerce. Participants in the socialization also learned how to use e-commerce and were assisted in having a market place. This activity also increased knowledge about ideas for UMKM.

Abstract

The Lampung Ganjar's Friends Volunteer (SAGA) conducts personal branding to increase the electability of the Candidate for the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ganjar Pranowo. The personal branding aims to shape the public's perception of Ganjar Pranowo's personality, making it easier for the Lampung SaGa volunteers to implement political communication strategies. The political communication strategies are employed to facilitate two-way communication with the public and establish a distinct character, shaping the self-image, and enhancing electability. This research explores the political communication strategies utilized by the Lampung Ganjar's Friends Volunteer (SAGA) in boosting electability ahead of the Presidential election in Indonesia. The method employed in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research findings are as follows: Firstly, the volunteers observe the issues before devising political communication strategies. They analyze the situation thoroughly. Secondly, the Lampung Ganjar's Friends Volunteer (SAGA) manages the planning and program development. They create a detailed action plan. Thirdly, the communication actions are taken, and the planned programs are implemented efficiently, focusing on designing Ganjar Pranowo's personal image (Personal Branding) as effectively as possible. Fourthly, program evaluation is conducted, during which the Lampung Ganjar's Friends Volunteer (SAGA) can assess the activities' success and achievements.

Abstract

In this digital era, children are very vulnerable to being exposed to the risks and dangers of technological developments, especially social media. Such as inappropriate content, online violence, cyber bullying, and many other impacts of technology and media. For this reason, it is important for parents to increase their children's protection from media exposure and the influence of technology in this digital era. Therefore, interpersonal communication between parents and children must be improved to protect children from the bad influences of media and technology. Parents need to improve good communication with their children so that they are willing to tell stories and share experiences about the problems they are facing, so that children feel comfortable and have a place to share their stories. Apart from that, parents also need to provide education regarding technology and its impacts and know the risks they will face, so that children can be more efective and wise in dealing with technological developments. The way that can be done is to provide adequate supervision and limit children's excessive use of media, so as to minimize the impact they will receive. This research article aims to determine interpersonal communication between parents and children so that it is effective and can increase protection for children from developments in digital technology such as cyberbullying. This research article uses qualitative methods with descriptive data processing techniques.

Abstract

The broadcasting field is growing rapidly according to the level of human civilization which is increasingly advancing with advances in communication technology. Radio is one of the electronic media for distributing information and forming communication and public opinion which has a very strategic role. In its development, radio has become a communicative, educative and entertaining medium, which only requires the sense of hearing so that it can be heard anywhere. As an electronic mass media, a lot of information about the social condition of North Lampung district and entertainment is packaged into a "Smart Chat" (Ngopi) program presented by students of the communications science study program at Muhammadiyah University of Kotabumi (UMKO) and in collaboration with Radio Bahana Surya Melati (BASUMA)) FM. Based on the background of the problem, problems can be formulated on how to provide information on the radio properly or radio broadcasts properly and how to socialize the Communication Studies Program to residents around North Lampung Regency. This service activity aims to provide training and broadcasting skills and socialization of the Communication Science study program to Communication Science students at the University of Muhammadiyah Kotabumi (UMKO). The method used in this service activity is by several methods, namely lectures, discussions, and questions and answers. Based on the results of the radio broadcasting training activities and the socialization of the communication science study program (Ilkom) through the "Smart Chat (Ngopi)" program, the theory related to the skills of using equipment (operating skills) of broadcasting training participants on BASUMA FM radio can be said that broadcasting training participants on BASUMA FM radio, almost master and can operate all broadcast equipment, however, in addition to mastering broadcast equipment, a broadcaster must also be able to turn on and turn off radio transmitters.
