Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of risk and workload on employee motivation and performance, as well as analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at El-Syifa Kuningan Hospital. The population in this study was all employees of El-Syifa Hospital. The sample consisted of 137 respondents who were taken using non-probabilty sampling techniques, namely saturated sampling. The analysis tool used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of AMOS program. The results showed that work risk has no effect on motivation or performance, workload affects the motivation and performance of employees. Work motivation affects employee performance

Abstract

The potential of the village is something that must be utilized as well as possible to provide progress for the village both culturally and economically. For this purpose, the devotional team of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Kuningan conducted a mentoring program to BUMDes and UKM Manislor Village, Kec. Jalaksana, Kab. Kuningan, West Java. The goal is that BUMDes can develop to advance villages and SMEs can improve living standards for the better. The mentoring activities are carried out in the form of BUMDes manager training, Product Quality Improvement Training for BUMDes and SMEs, and Business Strategy Building Training through Digital Marketing for BUMDes and SMEs. The delivery of materials and training practices in mentoring to BUMDes and SMEs managers is carried out in the multipurpose building of Manislor village. Abstract

Perkembangan industri kreatif di wilayah Jawa Barat saat ini cukup pesat dengan berbagai jenis produk. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal relasional dan kapabilitas inovasi produk dan daya tarik produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Sampel diperoleh sebanyak 100 UKM industri kreatif di Kabupaten Kuningan, Cirebon, Majalengka dan Indramayu. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal relasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, kapabilitas inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Abstract

Setiap perusahaan harus dapat bersaing dengan meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan yang diberikan kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Six Sigma untuk menentukan kontrol kualitas melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu definisi, pengukuran, analisis, peningkatan, kontrol. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Six Sigma, dapat dilihat bahwa tingkat sigma pada tahun 2018 oleh perusahaan DA berada pada level 3,9σ dengan nilai DPMO pada 8655,54. Cacat yang dialami oleh perusahaan dari 3 jenis utama, yaitu undangan yang mengalami warna buram, tulisan terpotong dan miring. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan cacat termasuk alat dan mesin, manusia, bahan baku, dan metode. Kata kunci: DMAIC, Tulang Ikan, Pareto, Kontrol Kualitas, Six Sigma

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Kuningan pasca pandemic Covid 19 berupaya untuk bangkit dan mengembangkan produk produk yang sudah dikenal masyarakat, demikian halnya dengan UMKM yang ada di Desa Ciomas. Permasalahan timbul pasca covid 19 adalah pelaku usaha mengalami penurunan dalam memasarkan produknya yang berdampak pada berkurangnya tingkat pendapatan mereka. Saat ini perkembangan teknologi digital menjadi sesuatu hal yang tidak asing lagi dan menjadi kebutuhan yang cukup penting dalam memasarkan produk. Pemasaran dengan media digital dapat memberikan manfaat untuk meningkatkan luas pasar, jumlah konsumen. Kegiatan  yang dilakukan adalah memberi pelatihan dalam pemanfaatan media social dalam memasarkan produknya, sehingga pelaku umkm dapat memperluas pasar, meningkatkan jumlah konsumen dan dampaknya meningkatkan taraf ekonomi. Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of the Korean Wave, brand ambassador, and brand awareness on the brand image, and its impacts on purchasing decisions of Scarlett Whitening products. The population in this study was at least 18 years old, live in Ciayumajakuning (Cirebon, Indramayu, Majalengka, and Kuningan), watched or listened to at least 3 dramas/films/songs, knew that Song Joong-ki is the brand ambassador of Scarlett Whitening, and buyer and consumer of Scarlett Whitening products. The research method used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The samples were 170 respondents. The statistical instrument used was Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data processing used SmartPLS version 3. The results of the study showed that Korean Wave had no influence on brand image, while brand ambassador and brand awareness influence the brand image. Moreover, Korean Wave, brand ambassador, and brand awareness had no influence on buying decisions, while brand image influence the buying decision. Brand image can mediate brand ambassador and brand awareness, but a brand image cannot mediate Korean Wave.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the large number of MSMEs today which causes businesscontinuity to experience a high level of competition, especially MSMEs that produce similarproducts. Like other MSMEs, almost all MSMEs in Kuningan Regency have also experiencedups and downs, this shows that the marketing performance of these business actors has notbeen optimal. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurialorientation and market orientation on marketing performance. To examine and analyze theinfluence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on competitive advantage. Toreview and analyze competitive advantages affecting marketing performance. To examine andanalyze whether competitive advantage can mediate the influence of entrepreneurialorientation on marketing performance. To examine and analyze whether competitiveadvantage can mediate the influence of market orientation on marketing performance. Thisresearch was carried out on MSMEs in Kuningan Regency which were fostered by the Tradeand Industry SME Cooperative Office of Kuningan Regency as many as 53,771 MSMEs, asample of 140 MSMEs. The results of the data analysis resulted in conclusions: 1)entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. 2)Market orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. 3)Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. 4)Market orientation has a positive but not significant effect on competitive advantage. 5)Competitive advantage has a positive but not significant effect on marketing performance. 6)the absence of the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance throughcompetitive advantage. 7) the absence of market orientation influence on marketingperformance through competitive advantage

Abstract

Research objectives 1) analyze the effect of green marketing on customer loyalty 2) analyze the effect of green marketing on customer satisfaction 3) analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty 4) analyze the effect of customer satisfaction in mediating green marketing with customer loyalty According to the level of explanation, this research includes relational or associative research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Retrieval of research data oriented towards McDonald's customers in Cirebon City as many as 150 customers with the minimum criteria of coming twice, being communicative and willing to have data collected. The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS analysis through the SmartPLS application. Research results: 1) green marketing has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. 2) green marketing has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. 3) customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. 4) customer satisfaction can mediate in a significant positive way on the effect of green marketing on customer loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement affect Employee Job Satisfaction at Permata Kuningan Hospital with Social Relation as a Moderating Variable. This research used a survey method, with a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. The variables in this study are Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement (X), and job satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable. The population that will be used as research is Permata Kuningan Employee, namely 120 people. Data were analyzed with Moderated Regression Analysis using SPSS 22.0 for Windows.Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the Fcount value is greater than Ftable with a significance value of less than 0.05, this means that Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement both affect Job Satisfaction, meaning that anychange in Job Satisfaction simultaneously strengthens and will lead to changes in Job Satisfaction

Abstract

buAbstract. This research was conducted to find out and provide advice in the form of program recommendations and company policies related to the influence of work culture, leadership, and employee involvement on employee performance through career planning at the Puspita Cipta Group (PCG) Oil and Gas Unit in Kuningan Regency. The method used is quantitative with a questionnaire distribution technique. The population taken was 230 people with details: 80 Head Office employees, 60 from SPPBE, 54 from Gas Stations (SPBU), and 36 from BPT. Based on proportional calculations from Taro Yamane's theory (Riduwan, 2015: 65) by determining the number of samples using the formula n = N / Nd² + 1, so that a sample of 146 respondents emerged with details: 51 from the Central Office, 38 from SPPBE, 32 from Gas Stations (SPBU), and 25 employees from BPT. The questionnaire distribution data collected was then processed by testing validity, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. This research resulted in a discussion that work culture and employee involvement have a positive and significant effect on career planning and employee performance, leadership has no effect on career planning and employee performance, career planning can mediate work culture and employee involvement on employee performance, and career planning cannot mediate leadership on employee performance. The conclusion is that in improving employee performance, companies must optimize the function of work culture, leadership,and employee involvement through career planning.
