Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of workload, work stress on turnover intention mediated by workplace well-being. The research population is the staff of the Permata Kuningan Hospital. The sampling technique used the Slovin technique resulted in 143 respondents. The research method used was quantitative descriptive, using a questionnaire tool distributed through googleform to 143 respondents. Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Overview of the results of the study, the workload in the Permata Kuningan Hospital belongs to moderate, work stress is included in the low category, workplace well-being Permata Kuningan Hospital is in the high category as well as the turnover intention figure is belonged to low. As a result of the test of the hypothesis in this study, workload has a positive effect on work stress significantly. The higher the workload of the employee, the higher the level of work stress. Workload has no impact on workplace well-being. The workload has a positive impact on turnover intentions significantly. Work stress has a negative impact on workplace well-being. Work stress has a positive impact on turnover intentions. For the workplace well-being mediation role in mediating workload and work stress on turnover intention has no significant influence

Abstract

In today's fast-paced and dynamic work environment, stress management is key to creating a harmonious and productive workplace. Workplace stress is not only a challenge but also an opportunity to improve personal well-being and professionalism. This research aims to explore practical and proven stress management strategies that can improve the quality of the workday and work outcomes. Based on the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), practices such as mindfulness and programs such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) are proven to reduce emotional exhaustion and improve employees' psychological well-being. In addition to individual stress management, these strategies also positively impact team dynamics by reducing interpersonal conflict and encouraging collaboration. However, implementation of stress management practices in the workplace often faces barriers such as resistance to cultural change and insufficient support from management. Overcoming these barriers requires a comprehensive approach that involves education, training, and the development of supportive policies. An organizational culture that prioritizes mental health and leadership that emphasizes employee well-being is critical to the long-term success of workplace stress management techniques. By integrating these strategies, this research aims to empower individuals and organizations to control stress, increase job satisfaction, and achieve professional goals more effectively.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Kuningan pasca pandemic Covid 19 berupaya untuk bangkit dan mengembangkan produk produk yang sudah dikenal masyarakat, demikian halnya dengan UMKM yang ada di Desa Ciomas. Permasalahan timbul pasca covid 19 adalah pelaku usaha mengalami penurunan dalam memasarkan produknya yang berdampak pada berkurangnya tingkat pendapatan mereka. Saat ini perkembangan teknologi digital menjadi sesuatu hal yang tidak asing lagi dan menjadi kebutuhan yang cukup penting dalam memasarkan produk. Pemasaran dengan media digital dapat memberikan manfaat untuk meningkatkan luas pasar, jumlah konsumen. Kegiatan  yang dilakukan adalah memberi pelatihan dalam pemanfaatan media social dalam memasarkan produknya, sehingga pelaku umkm dapat memperluas pasar, meningkatkan jumlah konsumen dan dampaknya meningkatkan taraf ekonomi. Peserta pelatihan ini sebanyk 32 orang pelaku UMKM di Desa Ciomas Kecamatan Ciawigebang, Kabupaten Kuningan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, liquidity, and market value on stock prices. The population and samples used were 22 mining companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with descriptive and verification analysis methods, and using Eviews 9. The data analysis technique used was panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of the F test, shows that profitability, solvency, liquidity, and market value together have a significant effect on stock prices. Also, the results of the t-test show that profitability has no effect on stock prices, while solvency has a significant effect on stock prices, liquidity has a significant effect on stock prices and finally, market value also has a significant effect on stock prices. The implication of this research is that the company is expected to keep the company in a solvable state by being aware of the amount of debt it has because it will bring the risk of non-payment of debt. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance consisting of Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and the Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Profitability in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2019. The method used in determining the sample of this study is by using purposive sampling method, while the population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling by using purposive sampling is obtained a sample of 14 companies. This study uses secondary data obtained from financial reports published on the internet through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.com in 2016-2019. The method of analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Independent Commissioner has a significant positive effect on profitability. (2) Institutional Ownership has a significant positive effect on Profitability. (3) Managerial Ownership has a significant positive effect on Profitability. (4) Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant positive effect on profitability. The estimation results show that the predictive ability of this model is 71.5% and the remaining 28.5% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Research Objectives are: 1) test the influence of marketing communications on campus images 2) test the impact of marketing communication on further study interests 3) test the effect of education quality on campus image 4) test the effects of campus images on further studies interests 5) test the quality of education on continuing study interest 6) test campus images in mediating the influences of market communication on student interests 7) test educational quality can mediate the influencing of marketing kommunikation on study interest. The population on this study is eleventh grade student MA KHAS Kempek by 2024 of 450 students. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The calculation of the number of samples using the Slovenian formula with a rate of error or a tolerable percentage of lack of study of 5% obtained a sample of 228 students. Research results are: 1) marketing communication has a positive and significant influence on campus image 2) marketing communications have a positive, significant impact on further interests of study 3) marketing communication have a significant and positive impact on the quality of education 4) campus image has no effect on further study interests 5) education quality has no influence upon further interest of study 6) campus image is able to partially mediate the influence of marketing communication on the further interest process of study 7) education quality is capable of mediating the impact of market communication on further studies interests.

Abstract

The performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) significantly contributes to the effective and efficient implementation of bureaucracy. Several factors can influence ASN performance, particularly within the environment of the Kuningan District Secretariat. The use of the SIJAPATI application as a performance assessment tool plays a crucial role in enhancing ASN performance. Additionally, job satisfaction also theoretically impact performance. This study aims to examine the effects of performance assessment on ASN performance, mediated by job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with the SmartPLS application. The findings indicate that performance assessments, both directly and indirectly mediated by job satisfaction, have a significant positive effect on performance.. These findings provide insights to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational performance within the Kuningan.

Abstract

In an era, full of rapid and unpredictable change, organizational resilience is the key to survival and development. An organization's ability to adapt to change and overcome challenges is an important factor in achieving long-term success. An organization's ability to adapt and develop amidst change is the main key to achieving organizational resilience. In this context, leadership and communication play a crucial role. This research conducted a systematic review of the literature to explore the role of leadership and communication in building organizational resilience amidst change. This review identifies various factors of effective leadership and communication strategies and practices in dealing with change, and discusses the challenges and obstacles that may be encountered. Effective leadership and communication are critical to building organizational resilience amidst change. By implementing the right strategies and practices, organizations can improve their ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Abstract

Desa Geresik di kecamatan Ciawigebang Kabupaten Kuningan memiliki potensi sumber daya alam pertanian dan perkebunan. Ibu ibu rumah tangga yang menjadi pelaku usaha mikro kecil di desa Geresik cukup banyak dengan berbagai produk olahan hasil bumi. Keterbatasan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola keuangan menjadi penghambat dalam mengembangkan potensi usaha yang dirintis. Tim dosen dari Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Kuningan melaksanakan kegiatan untuk membantu ibu ibu dalam memahami dan meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam mengelola keuangan usaha. Pelatihan keuangan usaha difokuskan pada pencatatan pembukuan usaha. Peserta pelatihan sebanyak 30 orang ibu ibu pelaku usaha mikro kecil yang berasal dari desa Geresik. Pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan usaha yang dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan literasi keuangan dan pembukuan keuangan sederhana untuk usaha diharapkan dapat meningkatkan potensi usaha ibu ibu di desa Geresik dalam menambah pendapatan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan keluarga. Perlu pelaksanaan pelatihan lainnya seperti mutu produk dan pemasaran produk secara digital untuk meningkatkan penjualan

Abstract

Ekonomi Produktif adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengakses sumber daya ekonomi, meningkatkan kemampuan usaha, produktifitas kerja, meningkatkan penfhasilan dan menciptakan kemitraan usaha yang saling menguntungkan . Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Geresik Kecamatan Ciawigebag Kabupaten Kuningan dengan jumlah peserta adalah 35 orang ibu rumah tangga. Pengembangan ekonomi produktif ini dilakukan dengan melasanakan pemberdayaan terhadap ibu rumah tangga untuk dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Pemberdayaan merupakan suatu konsep untuk memberikan tanggungjawab yang lebih besar kepada orang-orang tentang bagaimana melakukan pekerjaan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah :a) minimnya pemahanan tentang usaha ekonomi produktif, b) Bagaimna memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Geresik untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah : a) Workshop yang berkaitan dengan ekonomi produktif, b) memberikan pelatihan untuk menghasilkan produk rumahan yang bisa meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Luaran dan target yang ingin dicapai adalah : a) kemampuan memahami tentang ekonomi produktif, b) kemampuan ibu rumah tangga dalam menghasilakn produk rumahan yang bernilai jual, c) Publikasi dalam jurnal Empowerment
