Abstract

This research arises the decline in sales during the period of last 5 years on Toserba Terbit who are on the road Sudirman No.02 Kuningan. Based on the results of previous studies, the consumer purchasing decision can be influenced by Store Atmosphere such Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout and Interior Display. But it turns out there is a contradiction with the condition that occurs in the field, namely the decline in consumer purchasing decisions on Toserba Terbit Kuningan. It can be shown by the decline in sales during the period of last 5 years. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of variables such as Store Atmosphere Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout and Interior Display the consumer buying decision at Toserba Terbit Kuningan is conducted a survey on consumers of Toserba Terbit Kuningan. In this study, data was collected by using questionnaire tools. Its population is consumers of Toserba Terbit Kuningan. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a sample size of 100 respondents. Sample selection technique uses accidental sampling. To Acquire variable data of X1 (Exterior), X2 (General Interior), X3 (Store Layout), X4 (Interior Display) and Y (Purchase Decision), the study uses the instrument test, the classical assumption test, coefficient determination test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test. The results show that Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout and Interior Display have positive and significant impact on the Consumer Purchasing Decision of Toserba Terbit Kuningan. Abstract

AbstrakKeberadaan ritel saat ini tidak bisa dilepaskan dari kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin berkembang dan juga mengalami perubahan. Ritel- ritel yang ada jelas akan berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen, antara lain dengan menyediakan fasilitas berbelanja yang nyaman, menyenangkan dan menyediakan berbagai kebutuhan yang diperlukan. Abstract

This research is an empirical study on Batik SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises) in Cirebon District, West Java. This study analyzes the effect of proactivity power business, market orientation, and competitive advantage towards marketing performance. The subjects of this research were 215 Batik SMEs in Cirebon District West Java. The analysis was done using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), AMOS ver. 18. The result shows that proactivity power business, market orientation, and competitive advantage give positive influence on marketing performance of  Batik SMEs. The research implication is when SME businesses focus on the effort in improving their proactivity power business and competitive advantage, it will give positive impact on marketing performance. Other research finding reveals that  the orientation of customer and orientation of competitor have some effects on marketing performance. In addition, SME businesses should know what customers want and they should be able to identify their competitors in order to improve their marketing performance.

Abstract

Problems of organizational citizenship behavior among academics, especially teachers in Islamic Boarding Schools, are underrepresented in previous studies. This research was conducted at Islamic Boarding Schools in Kuningan in the context of organizational quality. This study aims to determine the influence of Employee Engagement and Job satisfaction on Organization Citizenship Behavior through Job Organization commitment as an intervening variable. This study includes a type of comparative causal research with a quantitative approach using questionnaires to 130 respondents. The result shows that Employee Engagement and Job satisfaction have a significant effect on Organization Commitment. Employee Engagement, Job Satisfaction, and Organization Commitment have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

IKM Z & J Cookies is a SMEs industry engaged in the food sector, manufacture of pastries and bread in Kuningan Regency, West Java. The problem in this research was difficulty in determine the effective and efficient production with the available resources and sufficient materials in order to obtain maximum benefits. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the bakery products using the company method produced 3,500 pcs while using the linear programming method of the simplex model 3,555 pcs, the difference in production was 55 pcs of bread if using the simplex model linear programming method. as well as the net profit when using the company method of Rp. 4,991,930, while using the simplex model linear programming method of Rp. 5,101,930 so that the difference in profit was Rp. 110,000 per production day, therefore determining the combination of production using the simplex model linear programming method had the maximum benefit.

Abstract

This paper examines the relationship between green product innovation, green process innovation, competitive advantage of product and market performance in the SMEs Ciwaringin batik Cirebon West Java. A survey of 93 SMEs batik provides the basis for the empirical investigation. The relationships between the green innovation product, competitive advantage of product and market performance are examined using stepwise regression.The findings show that green product innovation not contributes positively to competitive advantage of product and market performance. Another findings of this study is that the impact of green process innovation contributes positively to competitive advantage of product but not to market performance in the SMEs Ciwaringin batik. Competitive advantage of product has impact to market performance. This paper also discusses the recomendations of the results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance consisting of Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and the Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Profitability in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2019. The method used in determining the sample of this study is by using purposive sampling method, while the population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling by using purposive sampling is obtained a sample of 14 companies. This study uses secondary data obtained from financial reports published on the internet through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.com in 2016-2019. The method of analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Independent Commissioner has a significant positive effect on profitability. (2) Institutional Ownership has a significant positive effect on Profitability. (3) Managerial Ownership has a significant positive effect on Profitability. (4) Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant positive effect on profitability. The estimation results show that the predictive ability of this model is 71.5% and the remaining 28.5% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

AbstractSMEs products in Kuningan district  very diversed and dominated by the snack food products. This study was conducted to analyze the factors that shape the competitiveness of SMEs snacks in Kuningan. The research sample of 103 respondents of food entrepreneurs.  Using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study explained that the factor of innovation and human resources has a positive influence on the competitiveness of products, while the technology and product excellence has no effect on the competitiveness of SMEs snacks in Kuningan .Keywords: Competitiveness, Innovation,  Human Resources, Product Excellence AbstrakProduk UKM di Kabupaten Kuningan sangat beragam dan didominasi oleh produk makanan ringan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang membentuk daya saing produk UKM makanan ringan di Kuningan. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 103 responden para pelaku usaha makanan ringan. Analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa faktor inovasi dan sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap daya saing produk, sedangkan teknologi dan keunggulan produk tidak berpengaruh pada daya saing produk UKM makanan ringan di Kecamatan Kuningan.Kata Kunci : Daya saing,   Inovasi,  Sumber Daya Manusia,  Keunggulan Produk

Abstract

Abstract            This research was conducted at PT. Sumber Inti Pangan. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of compensation and workload on employee turnover intention through job satisfaction as intervening variable.This study includes a type of comparative causal research with quantitative approach. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires. Population in this research is employees of PT Sumber Inti Pangan with a sample of 129 respondents..Sampling technique used is propotional random sampling technique. The result showed that, Compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction; Workload has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction; Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee turnover intention;  Compensation has no significant effect on employee turnover intention;   Workload has a significant effect on employee turnover intention.Keywords : Compensation; Workload; Job Satisfaction; Turnover Intention.
