Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi etnomatematika pada motif tenun Ende Lio pada materi  bangun datar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Daerah penelitian dilakukan didesa Renga Mange, Kecematan Pulau Ende, Kabupaten Ende. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap 3 narasumber pemilik sekaligus penenun kain motif ende lio. Dokumentasi diperoleh pada saat melakukan kegiatan menenun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsep matematika yang terdapat pada motif tenun ikat ende lio menyerupai bangun datar yaitu segitiga, belah ketupat, persegi, persegi Panjang, dan segi banyak. Etnomatematika  yang terdapat pada motif kain tenun ende lio dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memperkenalkan matematika melalui tenun ikat ende lio.This research aims to identify the ethnomathematics of  the pattern of Tenun Ikat Ende Lio on the plane geometry materials. This type of research is  qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The research area was carried out in the village of Renga Mange, District of Ende Island, Ende Regency. Data collection methods used are interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with 3 resource persons who are owners and weavers of Ende Lio pattern. Documentation is obtained at the time of weaving activities. The results showed that the mathematical concepts contained in the Ende Lio  pattern resemble plane geometry, namely triangles, rhombuses, squares, rectangles, and polygons. The ethnomathematics contained in the Ende Lio woven fabric pattern can be used to introduce mathematics through Tenun Ikat Ende Lio.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang biasa timbul pada pengendalian lengan meriam adalah kurangnya akurasi sudut yang terbentuk dan faktor keamanan dari operator meriam itu sendiri. Dengan mendisain suatu sistem kendali berbasis komputer yang dapat menghitung dengan teliti dan cepat, serta memanfaatkan teknologi nirkabel permasalahan itu dapat diatasi. Prototipe yang dibuat ini cukup sederhana, terdiri dari komputer dengan Bluetooth terpasang, modul bluetooth, mikrokontroler, motor langkah dan rangkaian elektrik penggerak motor langkah. Motor langkah digunakan untuk menggerakkan sistem mekanis baik secara vertikal maupun horizontal. Dari data pengukuran diperoleh karakteristik alat ini yaitu akurasi sudut vertikal lebih baik saat sudut elevasi melebihi 14.5⁰, sedangkan akurasi sudut horizontal lebih kecil saat sudutelevasi melebihi 180⁰, untuk tingkat kepresisian alat, sudut vertikal memiliki nilai ketidakpastian 0 sehingga untuk pengulangan dengan kondisi yang sama diperoleh nilai yang sama, sedangkan untuk sudut horizontal nilai ketidakpastian akan semakin besar saat sudut elevasi lebih dari 180⁰. Prototipe ini bekerja cukup baik dengan jarak maksimum antara komputer dan motor langkahnya 7 meter tanpa ada media penghalang, dengan tidak mempengaruhi sudut elevasi yang terbentuk

Abstract

This activity aims to increase the understanding of SDI Mbongawani Ende teachers regarding the implementation of the seminar on the results of classroom action research. This activity also aims to help the teachers collect documents on the implementation of the seminar so that it can be used as evidence attached to the proposed promotion file. This activity was attended by teachers and principals of SDI Mbongawani, lecturers, group heads and teachers from related clusters. This activity was carried out in two stages, namely the preparation stage and the seminar implementation stage. At each stage, teachers are guided and trained to prepare, implement and document evidence of classroom action research seminars. The results of this activity have an impact on increasing the understanding of SDI Mbongawani teachers regarding the implementation of the seminar on the results of classroom action research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine student learning outcomes in algebraic subjects in the University of Flores Mathematics Education Study Program using realistic mathematics learning device models. This type of research is quantitative research with quasi-experimental design, pretest and posttest group, the sample is all fourth semester students of mathematics education program FKIP Flores University in 2018/2019 academic year. Data obtained using student learning outcomes, data processed using ANOVA statistical tests. The results obtained by the value of Fcount 77.13 is greater than Ftable 4.10 at dk 37. Calculation of student learning outcomes in the experimental group after using realistic mathematics learning models, seen student learning outcomes increased significantly. Conclusion, learning mathematics using realistic models can be used as an alternative to improving student learning outcomes in algebraic structure subjects. Abstract

The problem that occurred in Alvares Paga Junior High School which was appointed by researchers was the low student learning outcomes for tata presentation material. This research aims to to find out the increase in activity and student learning outcomes for data presentation material through the Problem Based Learning learning model in class VII students of SMP SATAP Ngaluroga. The research setting uses classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each consisting of of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The location of this study was conducted at SMP SATAP Ngaluroga. The subjects were class VII students, totaling 32 people. The results of the study shows that (1) the students learning activities were obtained by 56% and cycle 2 by 84% with an increase of 28% so that it was said to be good while (2) the students learning outcomes in cycle I obtained an average value of 57.34 with a percentage mastery learning classical is 53.125%, and in cycle II the average value is 90.312 with a percentage of classical learning completeness of 100% with an increase of 46.875%. The conclusion of this study is that the learning outcomes of class VII students have increased using the Problem Based learning model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the dominant learning style of students of Department of Mathematic Education University of Flores in understanding the function concept and also to find out the correlation between gender and learning style. Furthermore, to determine the effect of learning styles on the learning outcomes of function materials. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative research. The results of this research is the majority of students of of Department of Mathematic Education University of Flores have Social group learning styles with 43.21%. On the other hand, the majority of mathematics education students are women, but this does not affect the choice of learning styles. In this study, learning styles affect student learning outcomes on the understanding of the functions concept with an F count is 16.978 greater than F table = 3.96. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa penggunaan My Pop Up Book. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kovarian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hasil perhitungan lebih besar dari F tabel. Simpulan, terdapat peningkatan pada hasil belajar matematika siswa Sekolah Dasar Watujara kelas IV setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa penggunaan My Pop Up Book. Abstract

Pada tahun 2020, bangsa Indonesia dan dunia mendapatkan musibah wabah COVID 19 atau yang dikenal dengan wabah virus Corona. Awal tahun 2021 sampai sekarang, pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Ende Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur menerapkan pembelajaran offline terbatas yang berlaku pada setiap Sekolah Dasar. Pembelajaran offline terbatas memiliki beberapa kendala. Hasil observasi diperoleh beberapa kendala yaitu, 1) Kurangnya efektivitas dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, 2) Kurangnya penguasaan materi oleh siswa, 3) Siswa kurang aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, 4) Anak-anak didik kesulitan untuk mengikuti pembelajaran matematika. Salah satu solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah yaitu penggunaan media pembelajaran di kelas terutama mata pelajaran matematika. Pada kegiatan PKM ini, Tim memperkenalkan Batang Napier sebagai media pembelajaran matematika guru-guru di kelas. Penggunaan Batang Napier dimaksudkan agar anak-anak didik memiliki penguasaan konsep dasar perkalian dan pembagian. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan baik dan sukses. Mayoritas guru-guru memiliki keinginan untuk menggunakan Batang Napier dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Batang Napier yang akan dibuat menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik siswa.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru SDI Ende 7 melalui pelatihan penulisan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDI Ende pada bulan april tahun 2022. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari 15 guru SDI Ende 7. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman peserta kegiatan dan menghasilkan 6 draft proposal penelitian tindakan kelas.

Abstract

In 2020 there were 56 project packages worked on by 7 (seven) planning consultants, 2 people from West Manggarai Regency and 5 people from Manggarai Regency. In planning, the work results are not maximized because they often rely on Google Maps in conducting surveys which are very different from the topographical conditions in the field. So that there are frequent changes in drawings, time or project duration and result in cost overruns. Meanwhile, in implementation, there are several consultants who do not have engineers according to their expertise, so it is difficult to read the drawings and choose local materials because they lack details for the specifications. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the quality of planning documents, planning time aspects, planning cost aspects and human resources on the performance evaluation of planning consultants. The method in this research is quantitative. The variables in this study are independent and dependent variables. The data used are primary and secondary data by distributing questionnaires to 18 respondents. From the results of the questionnaire data collection, the data was processed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 24.0 computer. From the results of the questionnaire distributed to 18 respondents, it shows that the performance of the Manggarai District planning consultant in 2020 was good. The results of data analysis with multiple regression show that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of the planning consultant with the test results F = 0.000 <0.05. The t test is obtained by the hypothesis of the mate from the vasts of the vasts. t = 20.887 > 2.120 for the planning time variable, sig t 0.000 < 0.05 and t = 16.910 > 2.120 for the planning cost aspect variable, sig t 0.000 <0.05 and t = 28.337 > 2.1200 for the human resource variable. The dominating variable is the human resources variable with a beta value of 0.283. The influence of the variable quality of planning documents, aspects of planning time, aspects of planning costs and human resources is 99.5%. The dominant influencing variable is the human resource variable with a beta value of 0.283. The results of the questionnaire distributed to 18 respondents in the field of Highways in Manggarai Regency concluded that the performance of the planning consultants was good.
