Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran kepala sekolah sebagai inovator terhadap kinerja guru di SD Gugus 03 Ende. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, karena data yang diperoleh disajikan dalam bentuk angka-angka dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SD Gugus 03 Ende yang berjumlah 34 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan peran kepala sekolah sebagai inovator terhadap kinerja guru, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung (6,919) > ttabel 1,69092 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan peran kepala sekolah sebagai inovator terhadap variabel kinerja guru. Dan besarnya nilai pengaruh sebesar 0,599 atau 59,9%. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa 59,9% kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh peran kepala sekolah sebagai inovator.

Abstract

Based on the results of the study, there is a positive and significant effect of teacher creativity on student learning outcomes, it can be seen from the value of tcount (4.783) > ttable 1.69389 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means there is a significant effect of learning creativity variable on student learning outcomes. And the magnitude of the influence value seen from the output coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.43.3 or 43.3%. So it can be said that 43.3% of student learning outcomes are influenced by teacher creativity. While the remaining 56.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as the teacher's role, teacher motivation, teacher attention and so on

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Reserach) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan efikasi diri peserta didik kelas V SDK Onekore 1 pada pelajaran IPS dengan menerapkan media permainan ular tangga berbasis kisah perjuangan pahlawan daerah Flores. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, angket, tes, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media permainan ular tangga brerbasis kisah perjuangan pahlawan daerah flores dapat meningkatkan efikasi diri peserta didik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan persentase siswa yang mencapai tingkat efikasi diri tinggi dan sangat tinggi, yaitu 63% pada siklus I menjadi 93% pada siklus II. Kata kunci: Media Permainan ular tangga, pahlawan daerah Flores, efikasi diri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) learning motivation towards mathematics learning outcomes for Ende 11 students in Ende Regency. (2) learning outcomes of students of SDI Ende 11, Ende Regency. (3) to prove whether there is an influence of learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes of SDI Ende 11 students. The sampling technique was done purposively on a questionnaire that was made in order to obtain actual data. The instrument of this study was the questionnaire and documentation of students' mathematics learning outcomes in SDI Ende 11. Data analysis techniques used product moment analysis analysis. The results of the study showed that the hypothesis testing obtained Fcount = 14.598 and Ftable = 4.20, meaning that there was a significant influence between learning motivation towards mathematics learning outcomes of classes III, IV and V SDI Ende 11. So the regression equation can be used to predict or predict the magnitude of the criterion variable (Y) based on the predictor variable (X). The results of these analysts prove that the constant coefficient on the linear model is 0.001 significantly smaller than 0.05, meaning that the regression coefficient of mathematics learning outcomes is significant. Conclusion, the effect value is R Square = 0.343, this value implies that the influence of learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes is 34.3% and 65.7% is determined by variables or other factors. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa penggunaan My Pop Up Book. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kovarian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hasil perhitungan lebih besar dari F tabel. Simpulan, terdapat peningkatan pada hasil belajar matematika siswa Sekolah Dasar Watujara kelas IV setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa penggunaan My Pop Up Book. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan menyimak peserta didik kelas IV SDK Ende 3 setelah diterapkan cerita rakyat asal Ende NTT, yakni Ine Pare dengan menggunakan metode Role Playing. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menggunakan model Kemmis dan Taggart dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik tes, observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan cerita rakyat Ine Pare berbantuan Role Playing dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak. Abstract

The study aims to improve the quality of learning science in designing at PGSD students of Universitas Flores through ADDIE model with local wisdom based. The research was a classroom action research with some steps such as planning, action, observation and reflection. The data included science learning product with Ende-Lio local wisdom based, students activities and creativity. The result was that the product evaluation in cycle I reached 70%. In cycle II, the percentage improved for 92%. The activities and creativity were also improved. In conclusion, ADDIE model with Ende-Lio local wisdon based can improve students ability in designing science learning. Keywords: ADDIE model, local wisdom Ende-Lio, teaching design.

Abstract

Premarital sexual behavior is a teenage problem that gets a lot of attention globally. This study aims to determine premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in terms of family conditions and sources of sexuality information. Family conditions can be seen from several indicators, including based on caregivers, primary caregivers, place of residence and family integrity. The researcher developed a scale based on sexual behavior, specifically touching, kissing, making out (petting), and having sex (coitus). The respondents of this study were teenagers in Sikka Regency, totaling 348 people with an age range of 12–18 years. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics. This study found that premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in Sikka Regency was enough high at 82%. Other findings show that the highest premarital sexual behavior in adolescents occurs in adolescents who are cared for by grandparents, while the main caregivers who are most at risk are those whose children are cared for by other families, living in boarding houses with orphaned conditions. Another condition is that teenagers who are most vulnerable to sexual behavior are teenagers who get sexual information from the media.

Abstract

The selection of Gomo Toma game media in learning Mathematics is as follows. First, the Gomo Toma game media is a game that is very close to children's lives and is played by children. Second, it is hoped that the Gomo Toma game media can improve the understanding of mathematics concepts for class IIA students in learning mathematics, this is because elementary school students still like to play, so the game approach will be more effective. Third, in the Gomo Tomo game there are competitive, cooperative, and entertainment values. Fourth, there are many positive sides contained in the snake and ladder game, including training in psychomotor development, cognitive, communicative balance so that it is beneficial for the mental development of elementary school age children. 7-12 years This is supported by the opinion of several experts who state how important games are for children. According to Ljublinskaja Games are a reflection of reality, as an initial form of acquiring knowledge. This is also reinforced by Freeman which states that in general, experts agree that playing is an activity that helps children achieve complete development, both physically, intellectually, socially, morally and emotionally. Rofi'uddin states that the use of forms of games in learning will provide a pleasant climate for students, so that the learning process of students is carried out without coercion, but instead with a sense of harmony. In addition, by playing, students can learn in a relaxed manner. In a relaxed way, students' brain cells can develop, which in the end students can absorb information and get a deep impression of the subject matter. Subject matter can be stored continuously in long-term memory.

Abstract

The aim is to find out the Catholic Teacher's Efforts in Improving Students' Spiritual Values ​​at SD Inpres Lewobele. The approach of this research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The data collected through this technique was then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the spiritual values ​​of SD Inpres Lewobele Elementary School students are still found by students who have not good spiritual values, but there are also students who already have good spiritual values. The Catholic teacher's efforts to increase the spiritual value of students have been carried out by the Catholic teacher, but the role of the Catholic teacher as a whole is still needed so that increasing the spiritual value is well realized.
