Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of image media in improving the learning achievement of fourth grade students in social studies subjects in classroom action research using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted by following the model developed by Kemmis and MC. Taggart which was carried out in cycle II, then the data collection was carried out using the techniques of (1) Observation, (2) Interview (Interview), (3) Documentation (Documentation). , (4) Test, (5) Photo or Camera. In accordance with the data collected through the above technique, then it is analyzed descriptively qualitatively in the form of opinions from observations and interviews and quantitative descriptive as supporting data in the form of numbers obtained from student learning outcomes through tests. The results of the research that was carried out in two cycles showed an increase in social studies learning achievement after the application of the Picture media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh model pembelajaran inquiry terhadap prestasi belajar IPS pada siswa SD pada tema mengenal pentingnya koperasi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan variabel terikat prestasi belajar IPS SD dan variabel bebasnya adalah model inquiry dan model konvensional. Desain penelitiannya yaitu desain kelompok kontrol nonekuivalen. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 58 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes prestasi belajar IPS. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kovarian dengan skor pre-test sebagai kovariat pada taraf signifikansi 5 % (α = 0.05). Hasil penelitian ini adalah; model pembelajaran inquiry berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar IPS pada siswa SD, hasil analisis kovarian menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Kata kunci: pembelajaran inquiri, prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru di kelas kurang inovatif sehingga rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa kelas 1V SDK Wolotopo 1. Maka solusi yang diberikan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran pictre and picture. Artikel ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui Penggunaan model pembelajaran picture and picture dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPS materi kegiatan ekonomi di SDK Wolotopo 1 Kabupaten Ende. Jenis penelitian tersebut yakni Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang  terdiri dari empat tahap yakni tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian melibatkan siswa kelas 1V SDK Wolotopo 1. Objek penelitian SDK Wolotopo 1, Kecamatan Ndona Timur, Kabupaten Ende. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, tes evaluasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa  pada saat pra tindakan sebesar 21.42% berada pada kategori rendah, siklus I sebesar 29% berada pada kategori sedang, siklus II 100 berada pada ketegori tinggi%. Pemahaman mahasiswa rata-rata kelas pra tindakan 61.07%, siklus 71.78 65%, siklus II 80.35%. Kesimpulan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran picture andpicture dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPS materi kegiatan ekonomi di SDK Wolotopo 1 Kabupaten Ende.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemic Covid-l9 di Indonesia sudah satu tahun berlalu, tetapi sampai saat ini masih hangat dii media massa dan dampaknya masih terasa di mana mana. Selain kesehatan, dampak dari Covid-I9 ini. juga mengancan perekonomian dan kehidupan sehari hari masyarakat. Kegiatan untuk mencari nafkah juga terhambat akibat adanya PPKM ini sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari hari juga menjadi terkendala. Melihat kondisi ini, beberapa dosen dan Mahasiswa/i Universitas Flores berinisiatif memberikan bantuan dan berbagi kasih Menyongsong Natal Tahun 2021 pada anak anak panti Asuhan Alma benyandang stabilitas (cacat). Di Jalan Woloare B, kelurahan Kota Ratu Kabupaten Ende Flores NTT sebagai salah satu realisasi dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Sasaran objek yang diberi bantuan adalah Panti Asuhan Rumah ALMA distabilitas, di mana jumlah anak yang mendapatkan bantuan sejumlah 97 orang. Bantuan yang diberikan berupa sembako yang dapat dipergunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari hari. Diharapkan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dapat meringankan beban kehidupan anak anak panti Asuhan  Distabilitas Alma berjumlah 53 oarang selama masa covid-I9 ini masih berlangsung. Kata Kunci: berbagi kasih; pantih asuhan ALMA; menyongsong natal. ABSTRACTIt has been a year since the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has passed, but until now it is still warm in the mass media and its impact is still being felt everywhere. In addition to health, the impact of Covid-I9. It also threatens the economy and people's daily lives. Activities to earn a living are also hampered due to this PPKM so that the fulfillment of daily needs is also hampered. Seeing this condition, several lecturers and students at the University of Flores took the initiative to provide assistance and share their love for Christmas 2021 for the children of the Alma Orphanage with disabilities. On Jalan Woloare B, Kota Ratu sub-district, Ende Flores Regency, NTT as one of the realizations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The target object that was given assistance was the ALMA Disability Orphanage, where the number of children who received assistance was 97 people. The assistance provided is in the form of basic necessities that can be used to meet daily needs. It is hoped that this Community Service activity can ease the burden on the lives of the children of the Alma Disability Orphanage, amounting to 53 people during the COVID-19 period. Keywords: sharing love; pantih asuhan ALMA; welcoming christmas.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the motivation and learning outcomes of Social Studies students in grade IV SDI Watujara Ende. This research includes Classroom Action Research (CAR) by applying two cycles. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaires, tests, interviews, documentation, and field notes. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the carousel feedback learning model can improve motivation and learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of students' motivation to achieve high and very high categories, which is 75% in the first cycle to 83% in the second cycle. Student learning outcomes have also increased, seen from the percentage of classical completeness that is 75% in the first cycle to 92% in the second cycle. Conclusions, that after applying carousel feedback learning can increase motivation and social studies learning outcomes of students. Keywords: Carousel Feedback, Motivation, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru SDI Ende 7 melalui pelatihan penulisan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDI Ende pada bulan april tahun 2022. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari 15 guru SDI Ende 7. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman peserta kegiatan dan menghasilkan 6 draft proposal penelitian tindakan kelas.

Abstract

The purpose of this classroom action research was to increase social studies subject learning activities for fifth grade students at SDI Wolowona II Ende Regency by using the 'Romusha' strategy. This classroom action research was carried out at SDI Wolowona II in class V with a total of 28 students. This classroom action research was carried out using two cycles, cycle 1 consisting of three meetings and cycle 2 consisting of 2 meetings. The data in this study are in the form of teacher activities, student learning activities, and student responses in teaching and learning activities. Collecting data in this study using observation/observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The learning activities carried out by the teacher can be formulated as follows: Learning planning, there is an increase from 85% in cycle I to 95% in cycle II. While the implementation of learning carried out by the teacher also increased from 79.17% in cycle I to 87.50% in cycle II. Student learning activities have increased, in the first cycle of 64.84%, to 82.14%, in the second cycle. Meanwhile, students' responses to teaching and learning activities can be described as follows: qualifications that express displeasure no longer exist, both in cycle I and in cycle II. Meanwhile, those who stated that their qualifications were not happy showed a decrease from 13 students (32.5%) in cycle I to 5 students (12.5%) in cycle II. Qualifications that said they were happy experienced an increase from 16 students (55%) in cycle I to 26 students (65%) in cycle II. Qualifications that said they were very happy experienced an increase from 5 students (12.5%) in cycle I to 9 students (22.5%) in cycle II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan strategi The power two dalam meningkatkan aktivitas siswa pada pembelajaran IPS,dan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan strategi ini dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa, serta mengetahui respon siswa Kelas V SD Inpres Watujara terhadap pembelajaran IPS dengan strategi The power of two. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan di Kelas V SD Inpres Watujara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan lembar observasi, tes siklus, angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data hasil tes siklus yang mengalami peningkatan rata-rata 20,73%. Sebelum penelitian ketuntasan belajar klasikal hanya 39,02%, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 70,73%, dan pada siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 80,49%. Untuk aktifitas belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran rata-rata mengalami peningkatan 18,9%, sedangkan aktifitas belajar siswa dalam berpasangan rata-rata meningkat sampai 18,70%. Peningkatan prestasi belajar dan aktifitas belajar siswa juga diikuti dengan peningkatan kemampuan psikomotor yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam persentasi.

Abstract

Garbage is goods or objects that are thrown away because they are no longer used. Indiscriminate disposal of waste will cause various negative impacts on humans, other living things and for the environment itself. Plastic waste is waste that causes soil and water pollution. Plastic waste cannot be simply thrown into the ground, because it is difficult for microorganisms to decompose in the soil because of its long carbon chain. One way to deal with plastic waste is to carry out the waste recycling process. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and increase the skills of SDI Wolotopo students on how to process plastic waste to reduce air pollution and environmental pollution. The methods used in this community service activity are situation analysis methods, social approaches, problem identification, determining work goals, implementing activities and evaluating activity results. This activity was carried out well. students are able to increase their knowledge and creativity in managing plastic waste into useful items.
