Abstract

Abstract: Evaluation of curriculum is important to know the achievements of the program implemented, implementation, monitoring and supporting the implementation of SBC factors. This study aimed to describe the data on the evaluation of the implementation of curriculum in 67 public primary schools in Banda Aceh. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation as well as filling a questionnaire study. Data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data display and conclusion. Subjects in this study were principals, vice-principals, and teachers. the conclusion is: (1) Content Document 1 curriculum according to the guidelines but still lacking an explanation of life skills education, education-based local and global. Syllabus and RPP was adopted from examples issued by the National Education Standards, but most of the teachers have been adapted according to the conditions of the school. Syllabus and RPP are still weak in terms of withdrawal indicators and assessment as well as low-grade lesson plan is not thematic. (2) Implementation of SBC Document 1 is in accordance with the plan, but in self-development activities there is little difference for not conducting counseling. Implementation has not been fully based learning lesson plans. Low-grade teacher is not using a thematic approach. Teachers in core activities already conducting exploration activities, elaboration and confirmation as well as carry out the grip so that the students active and creative, but there is still a small proportion of teachers who have not been able to do well. Teachers already use a variety of media and learning resources, but there is still a small fraction of teachers who have not used it. Teachers at the preliminary event does not convey the purpose, benefits, coverage of materials and learning strategies, and the cover does not carry out the activities of reflection. Teachers in implementing learning assessment still shortcomings, such as is found to be less variability assessment technique, lack of due indicators to the basic competencies and the assessment techniques used and the results of the assessment has not been used as a follow-up plan. (3) Supervisors and principals have oversight of curriculum through supervision activities are done once a year. (4) The availability of a complete infrastructure, support parents, and principals, high student motivation, and cooperation among teachers is supportive of curriculum implementation and the weak ability of teachers in planning thematic lesson plans, thematic application and design instructional materials and assessment , is a barrier in the application of the SBC.Keywords: Evaluation, Implementation, Curriculum Education UnitAbstrak: Evaluasi KTSP penting dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui capaian program, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan faktor pendukung penerapan KTSP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan data tentang evaluasi penerapan KTSP pada SD Negeri 67 Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. kesimpulannya adalah: (1) Isi Dokumen 1 KTSP sesuai panduan namun masih kurang penjelasan tentang pendidikan kecakapan hidup, pendidikan berbasis lokal dan global. Silabus dan RPP diadopsi dari contoh yang dikeluarkan oleh BSNP, namun sebagian besar guru sudah mengadaptasi sesuai dengan kondisi sekolahnya. Silabus dan RPP masih lemah dalam hal penarikan indikator dan penilaian sertaRPP kelas rendah belum tematik. (2) Pelaksanaan KTSP Dokumen 1 sudah sesuai dengan perencanaan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya berdasarkan RPP. Guru kelas rendah belum menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Guru pada kegiatan inti sudah melaksanakan kegiatan eksplorasi, elaborasi dan konfirmasi serta melaksanakan pakem sehingga siswa aktif dan kreatif namun masih ada sebagian kecil guru yang belum dapat melakukannya dengan baik. Guru sudah menggunakan berbagai media dan sumber belajar, namun masih ada sebagian kecil guru yang belum menggunakannya. Guru pada kegiatan pendahuluan tidak menyampaikan tujuan, manfaat, cakupan materi dan strategi belajar, dan pada kegiatan penutup tidak melaksanakan refleksi. Guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian pembelajaran masih terdapat kelemahan-kelemahan, seperti masih ditemukan kurang bervariasinya tehnik penilaian, kurang sesuainya indikator dengan kompetensi dasar dan dengan tehnik penilaian yang digunakan serta hasil penilaian belum dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan menyusun rencana tindak lanjut. (3) Pengawas dan kepala sekolah telah melakukan pengawasan KTSP melalui kegiatan supervisi yang dilakukan setahun sekali. (4) Tersedianya sarana prasarana yang lengkap, dukungan orang tua, dan kepala sekolah, motivasi siswa yang tinggi, serta kerjasama antar guru menjadi faktor pendukung penerapan KTSP dan masih lemahnya kemampuan guru dalam hal perencanaan RPP tematik, penerapan tematik dan perancangan bahan ajar serta penilaian, menjadi faktor penghambat penerapan KTSP.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Implementasi, Kurikulum Satuan Pendidikan

Abstract

Performance is the result of employees. Performance has to do with ability and motivation. This study aims to determine the performance of school administration through the implementation of fingerprint attendance at SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. To achieve this goal, this research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Research subjects are principal, head of administration and school administration staff. The results showed that: The performance of school administration staff at SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh is good and professional. The Effort to improving their professionalism are: (1) training and socialization; (2) learn independently. The effort of the principal to improve professional school administration staff that principal gives chance for them on training and socialization and also coaching, and supervising. The factors affect of performance and professionalism of school administration staff are: a) Motivation. b) Leadership. c) Infrastructure facilities. d) Working climate. The application of finger print has been good in discipline and through the implementation of this application, the performance of school administration staff developed with quantity, quality and productivity of work.Keywords: Performance of school administration staff, and Implementation of Fingerprint

Abstract

Financing education most important input components in the implementation of educational programs in schools and the need for guidance as a foundation of the foundation so that the financial management of schools can be done well. The objective of this research was to determine the understanding of the school of government policies related to financing school operational assistance, financing management of school operational assistance and its relevance to education quality improvement initiatives, and school problems in the process of financing school operational assistance in improving the quality of education at SMPN 1 Syamtalira Bayu North Aceh District. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis was done through data reduction, data display, and verification. Abstract

Abstract: Teachers’ professionalism ability to create quality learning affects the successful of education. Guiding the teachers is one of the principal’s responsibilities. This research aimed to find out the principal’s strategies including programs, implementation, evaluation, supporting and inhibiting factors in improving teacher’ professionalism at State Senior High School 1 of Indrapuri. This research employed a descriptive method with quantitative approach. Techniques of data collection used were interview, observation, and study documentation. Subjects were principals, vice principal, teachers, supervisors, and school committee. Data were analyzed by reducing data, displaying, drawing conclusion, and data verification. The results showed that: 1) planning to improve teachers’ professionalism was implemented in discussion forum at the beginning of academic year and involves all school personnel. Teachers’ professionalism improvement programs planned were implementing team teaching, involving all teachers in school activities, managing student’s administration including facilities and infrastructure, conducting supervision, instilling discipline, and giving motivation and reward accordingly. 2) The programs were implemented by the team, which consisted of the principal, vice principal and senior teachers. The programs were implemented by dividing the tasks and setting the planning as a reference. 3) The evaluation was conducted at the end of semester and guided the teacher to understand the evaluation activities, showing instrument evaluation, and socializing the evaluation activities. 4) The supporting factors in improving teachers’ professionalism were having a formal legal basis, the socialization regarding the importance of teachers’ professionalism, cooperation, partnership and potential teachers, and the existence of formal and informal organization in school. The inhibiting factors were the low of bureaucratic culture, the low of work productivity, the low of output education to compete, and incomplete of facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Strategy, school principal, teacher’s professional.Abstrak: Strategi kepala sekolah merupakan cara untuk mengatasi segala kendala atau tantangan dengan memanfaatkan segala sumber daya sekolah, termasuk meningkatkan professional guru untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesional guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, pengawas dan guru. Penyusunan rencana peningkatan profesional guru dilakukan dalam suatu forum musyawarah pada setiap awal tahun ajaran dengan melibatkan semua personel sekolah. Program peningkatan profesional guru yang direncanakan adalah melaksanakan team teaching, melibatkan seluruh guru dalam aktivitas sekolah, mengelola administrasi siswa, sarana dan prasarana, melakukan supervisi, menanamkan disiplin, memberikan motivasi dan penghargaan yang sesuai. 2) Pelaksanaan program dilakukan oleh tim yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan guru senior. Pelaksanaan program diawali dengan pembagian tugas dan menjadikan perencanaan sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan. 3) Evaluasi dilaksanakan pada setiap akhir semester dengan terlebih dahulu membina guru untuk memahami kegiatan evaluasi, menunjukkan instrumen evaluasi dan mensosialisasikan kegiatan evaluasi. 4) Faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan profesional guru adalah memiliki landasan yuridis formal, telah adanya sosialisasi tentang pentingnya profesional guru, adanya budaya gotong royong dan kemitraan dan potensi guru, dan adanya organisasi formal dan informal sekolah. Sedangkan hambatan adalah kultur birokrasi yang kurang baik, produktivitas kerja masih rendah, output pendidikan kurang mampu bersaing, sarana dan prasarana masih kurang.Kata kunci: Strategi Kepala Sekolah, Profesional Guru.

Abstract

The quality of education is a picture of the overall performance of service in an educational institution. Optimal service will yield optimal results anyway and is able to meet the expected demand by a core component of the education system. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about (1) the curriculum management at State Junior High School (SMP Negeri) No 1 of Sigli, Pidie Regency, (2) student management at SMPN 1 of Sigli Pidie (3) personnel management at SMP Negeri 1 of Sigli, Pidie, and (4 ) facilities and infrastructure management at SMP Negeri 1 of Sigli, Pidie Regency. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation study. Subjects of this study were the principal, the vice principal for student affairs, vice principal for curriculum affairs, and teachers at SMP Negeri 1 of Sigli, Pidie Regency. The results showed that: (1) curriculum management has been implemented by work programs, program implementation, supervision, and implementation of the learning process optimally; (2) student management has been done well by showing some indicators, such as an increase of students’ discipline, run extracurricular activities, the student development, and evaluation of student activities that have been implemented; (3) personnel management has also been implemented, although not optimal; this reality was true by not giving regular professional development of teachers. In addition, there were employees who were not professional, that is, those who taught the lesson which was not their major; and (4) management of facilities and infrastructure has also been implemented to the maximum, level of completeness of infrastructure and facilities were adequate and can be utilized effectively to improve the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 of Sigli, Pidie Regency.Keywords: management, quality management, and education quality

Abstract

Abstract: The school supervisor is one of the elements that have an important role in improving the quality of education through an increase in the ability of school personnel working in the management of the school administration. This study aimed to get an idea of the implementation of managerial supervision on Private High School Banda Aceh. By using descriptive research methods, qualitative approach, and data collection techniques such of observation, interviews and documentation. Research subjects to the school supervisors, headmaster, and staff at private high school in Banda Aceh. The results of research have been analyzed qualitatively show that: The school supervisors has prepared supervision program together at the beginning of the school year, coordinated by the Supervisory Coordinator, organized program assessment results-oriented, monitoring and coaching from previous year. Managerial supervision carried out by applying a procedure that starts with pre supervision activities through coordination and socialization to target schools (sekolah binaan). Furthermore, the scope of supervision is started with the performance appraisal headmaster, teachers and educational staff focused on the management of the school administration. Monitoring activities are directed at the implementation of eight National Education Standards (NES). While development activities directed to school management in order to work in accordance with their duties and functions. Obstacles of implementation managerial supervision is supervisors's own self and from the field, namely: supervisors has not been uniform level of understanding, number of supervisors is not comparable with the number of schools that fostered. Obstacles in the field, namely; number of administrative staff of the school is not sufficient. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the implementation of managerial supervision implemented more intensively to improve job skills. Keyword: Managerial Supervision, School Supervision and School Manager   Abstrak: Pengawas sekolah merupakan salah satu elemen yang memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatan kemampuan kerja personil sekolah terutama dalam hal pengelolaan sekolah. Salah satu tugas pengawas untuk mengendalikan pengelolaan sekolah dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapat gambaran pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial yang dilaksanakan pengawas pada SMA Swasta di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melaui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah, dan tenaga kependidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Para pengawas sekolah menyusun program supervisi secara bersama dan dikoordinir oleh Kordinator Pengawas (KORWAS). Program yang disusun sudah mengikuti pedoman dan berorientasi pada hasil supervisi tahun sebelumnya. Supervisi manajerial dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pra supervisi dan selanjutnya melakukan tiga tahapan kegiatan, yaitu penilaian kinerja kepala para pengelola sekolah, kegiatan pemantauan pada pelaksanaan delapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Sedangkan kegiatan pembinaan mengarahkan para pengelola sekolah agar dapat bekerja sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya. Hambatan pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial dari pengawas sendiri dan dari lapangan, yaitu: tingkat pemahaman pengawas belum seragam, sedangkan hambatan dilapangan staf pelaksana adminsitrasi sekolah belum mencukupi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan agar pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial dilaksanakan lebih intensif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kerja tenaga kependidikan. Kata Kunci: Supervisi Manajerial, Pengawas Sekolah dan Pengelola Sekolah

Abstract

School based management as a practical approach whose aim is to design and to manage the school system by giving power to the school principal  and increase teachers participation, parents and society. MBS is expected to improve the quality of sustainable and having independence. This study aims to know the application of MBS in MTsN Model Banda Aceh. Approach research used is a qualitative approach. Method of this research is descriptive with data collection by using  observation, interviews and documentation. Research subjects are principals, deputy of curricula, students’ affairs, public relations and teacher.  The result of the research shows that: (1) curriculum field management discuss preparation of learning, comprehension, mastery of teaching material competence / subject matter and purpose; Use of forms in classroom management, using methods and learning with media. (2) Student field management develops the potential of learners optimally integrated, including; Talent, interest and creativity. (3) Personnel management on MTsN Model of teacher development, providing self-development opportunities and recruitment of companion teachers. (4) Community relationship management functions, among others, fostering school relationships with parents. Maintain good relationships with school committees. School relations with the community were built with the aim of popularity of MTsN Model in the community.Keywords:  school based management, principal, work program.

Abstract

Abstract: School-based management is school management system that gives the school the authority and power to regulate school in accordance with school’s potential, demand and the need. This research aimed to find out principal’s leadership in improving the quality of education, implementation, and obstacles faced in implementing school-based management. To achieve these objectives, this research employed qualitative approach. Data was collected through interview, observation, and documentation study. The procedures of data analysis were data reduction, data display, and verification. The research subjects were principal, vice-principal, and teachers. The results showed that; (1) principal leadership in improving the quality of education was implemented by adjusting the policy rules and school’s objectives, combining the work system with school’s resources in order to obtain high achievement with a focus on improving the learners’ quality. (2) The implementation of school-based management to achieve education programs was implemented by formulating the socialization stages, vision, mission, school’s objectives, school’s challenges, and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis. (3) The obstacles were not arisen in implementing school-based management if it was viewed from staff/employees condition. The teacher condition was not good in discipline and responsibility and the school was not good in government transportation.Keywords: School Based Management, and Quality of Education.Abstrak: Peneli­tian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam pencapaian program pendidikan, dan kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan manajemen berbasis sekolah. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan aturan kebijakan dan tujuan pokok sekolah, memadukan sistem kerja dengan sumber daya sekolah agar memperoleh prestasi yang tinggi dengan fokus pada pengembangan mutu peserta didik; (2) Implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam pencapaian program pendidikan dilakukan dengan tahapan sosialisasi, merumuskan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah, mengidentifikasi tantangan sekolah, dan melakukan Analisis SWOT; dan (3) Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah tidak memiliki kendala bila dilihat dari kondisi staf/karyawan sekolah, kondisi guru di sekolah masih terkendala dengan kedisiplinan dan tanggungjawab, sedangkan kondisi lingkungan sekolah terkendala dengan ketidaknyamanan kendaraan dan sarana transportasi pemerintah.Kata kunci : Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah, dan Mutu Pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the teacher’s pedagogical competence in lesson planning, learning process, and in improving students’ motivation. To achieve these objectives, this study used descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The procedures of data analysis were data reduction data display and data verification. The subjects of this study were the principal, vice-principals and teachers. The results showed that: (1) the teachers’ pedagogical competence in lesson planning was done by preparing a lesson plan draft, but some teachers did not bring the lesson plan during the learning process so that the learning objectives were not maximally achieved; (2) the teachers’ pedagogical competence in the learning process was done by comprehending and solidifying the understanding on a number of learning materials contained in textbooks. Whereas in the learning process, there were for classroom management and undisciplined use of time: and (3) the teachers’ pedagogical competence in improving student motivation was done by providing opportunities for students to be actively involved in the use of information and coomunication technology facilities in the achievementof learning goals, communicating effectively with learners, and conducting reflectieve action to improve the quality of learning.Keywords: Pedagogical competence and learning motivationAbstrak: Peneli­tian ini bertujuan untuk kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, dan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan membuat draft RPP, namun sebagian guru tidak membawa RPP pada saat proses belajar mengajar berlangsung sehingga tujuan pembelajaran tidak tercapai secara maksimal; (2) Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam proses pembelajaran dilakukan dengan mendalami dan memantapkan sejumlah materi pembelajaran sebagaimana terdapat dalam buku paket, adapun dalam proses pembelajaran terdapat pengelolaan kelas yang kurang baik dan pemanfaatan waktu yang kurang disiplin; dan (3) Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dilakukan dengan memberi kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk terlibat aktif dalam menggunakan fasilitas teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran, berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan peserta didik, dan melakukan tindakan reflektif untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran.Kata kunci : Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Motivasi Belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: Determination of standard cost of education is a criterion for good measure the overall expenditure in the form of cash and non-cash as an expression of the sense of responsibility of all parties (the public, parents, and government) to the development of education in order to achieve educational goals efficiently and effectively. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the principal to establish the cost of education, including: (1) Preparation of the cost of education; (2) The use of the cost of education; and (3) Auditing the cost of education. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, techniques of data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Subjects were principal, treasurer and inspectorate Nagan Raya. The research found: (1) Preparation of educational costs through Plan Budget (RKA) and Draft Budget Shopping Opinions School (budgets) are discussed in a budget meeting in the DPRK; (2) The use of the cost of the education budget comes from the state budget, and the budget and other sources of educational expenses of parents, private, business, and alumni of the largest education budget priorities is to pay the salaries of teachers / employees, which is between 75-80% of the total budget, and the rest for non-teachers' salaries; and (3) the cost of education is an activity Auditing look carefully, investigate, study, examine and investigate the cost of education, including procedures for investigating its books, one truth in a case, the events that have been recorded, placed on their posting, as well as the receipt of cash flows and goods owned by a school organized by the government and society. It is expected that the inspectorate in order to direct and supervise the principal standard-setting the cost of education on the preparation, use, and effective auditing and efficiency so that the cost of education in school on target.Keywords: Determination of Standard Cost of Education and SupervisionAbstrak: Penetapan standar biaya pendidikan adalah suatu kriteria untuk mengukur keseluruhan pengeluaran baik yang berupa uang maupun bukan uang sebagai ungkapan rasa tanggung jawab semua pihak (masyarakat, orang tua, dan pemerintah) terhadap pembangunan pendidikan agar tujuan pendidikan tercapai secara efesien dan efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam menetapkan biaya pendidikan, meliputi: (1) Penyusunan biaya pendidikan; (2) Penggunaan biaya pendidikan; dan (3) Pengauditan biaya pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, bendahara dan inspektorat Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Hasil penelitian ditemukan: (1) Penyusunan biaya pendidikan melalui Rencana Penggunaan Anggaran (RKA) dan Rancangan Anggaran Pendapat Belanja Sekolah (RAPBS) yang dibahas dalam rapat anggaran di DPRK; (2) Penggunaan biaya pendidikan bersumber anggaran pemerintah berasal dari APBN, dan APBD dan sumber biaya pendidikan lainnya dari orang tua, swasta, dunia usaha, dan alumni dengan prioritas anggaran pendidikan terbesar adalah untuk membayar gaji guru/ pegawai, yaitu antara 75-80% dari total anggaran, dan selebihnya untuk non-gaji guru; dan (3) Pengauditan biaya pendidikan merupakan kegiatan melihat dengan teliti, menyelidiki, mempelajari, menelaah dan mengusut biaya pendidikan, termasuk mengusut tata cara pembukuannya, salah benarnya suatu hal, peristiwa yang telah dicatat, ditempatkan pada pos-posnya, serta proses arus penerimaan uang dan barang yang dimiliki oleh suatu sekolah yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Diharapkan kepada inspektorat agar dapat mengarahkan dan mengawasi kepala sekolah penetapan standar biaya pendidikan tentang penyusunan, penggunaan, dan pengauditan secara efektif dan efesiensi sehingga biaya pendidikan di sekolah tepat sasarannya.Kata Kunci: Penetapan Standar Biaya Pendidikan, dan Pengawasan
