Abstract

Learning Islamic religious education should not turn a blind eye to technological developments that are realized or not have a very large impact on life. Al-Ulum Private Elementary School Medan implements Islamic Religious Education learning innovations using and utilizing technological developments. For example, Teleconference, Google Classroom, Zoom Meeting by utilizing facilities such as e-mail (electronic mail), mobile phones, MP3 players, websites, blogging, search engines, and others. Learning models develop in the form of electronic learning (e-learning), electronic books (e-books), online classes, online discussions, computer-based learning. The use of whiteboards and markers, replaced with the use of Notebook media, LCD Projectors, and so on. Printed sourcebook materials, modules, and student worksheets are replaced with e-books, digital libraries, YouTube, and internet pages. This research is focused on qualitative research using descriptive method. This research intends to examine the natural role of Islamic Religious Education Learning Innovation in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 Studies at Al-Ulum Private Elementary School Medan. This research is suitable to use a qualitative research approach with a descriptive method, in revealing the facts as empirical truth in this research.

Abstract

The School Literacy Movement (GLS) which is being promoted by the MTsN 2 Medan school which aims to increase students' interest in books, even if it is only a sheet and frees them to read any book. However, not all students are enthusiastic about reading literacy, even though the school has made extracurriculars based on reading and writing. The research method used was descriptive research using a survey approach. The subjects studied were all students at MTsN 2 Medan from grades VI, VII, XI, however, it was narrowed down to 30 people, with 10 samples taken at each grade level. Collecting data in the study was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data obtained in this study were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis and focused on using the Miles & Huberman model which consisted of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the reading literacy activities carried out by MTsN 2 Medan schools provide good results and the growing interest in reading and writing of students. 'an. And the school also makes every class and corner of the school in the form of slogans that are easy for students to read and each class is provided with bookshelves that make it easier for students to read.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal how to plan, implement, and evaluate the results of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan values as an effort to improve student character. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Sources of data came from students, principals, teachers and guardians of students at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan, while school staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan were additional data sources in this study. The results of the study revealed that: Planning and implementation of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan learning as an effort to improve student character has been carried out according to the rules and made at the beginning of the semester before learning begins, in planning Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan learning plans adjusted to the provisions of the curriculum and student needs by selecting methods and media as well as paying attention to competency standards, core competencies, madrasah vision and mission, and student needs.
