Abstract

Arabic education is a very important education, especially in the MI Quhas Primary School Dar Al-Masaleh Jambi. English must be approved by a teacher who has English competence. To improve the quality of learning Arabic in the Mi Quhas Primary School Dar Al-Masaleh Jambi, the first central goal to be addressed is the quality of teachers. This can be done through increasing understanding of learning concepts through training, and increasing the competence of Arabic language teachers. This beacuse teacher has a role in assiting the students in learning. The training and dedication efforts was undertaken by the team leacturer of Arabic language education. It was hope that this activity can help Arabic teachers to have some abilities in Arabic education at the MI Quhas Primary School Dar Al-Masaleh Jambi which can improve the quality of language learning arabic as proven by supporting arabic learning outcomes for students.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is widely recognized as one of the important elements for achieving success in today’s society because of its important contribution to economic growth, job creation, and technological advancement. This study aims to analyze empirically the effect of the interaction between entrepreneurial intentions (EI) and entrepreneurial behaviour (EB), which is influenced by determinants such as competitive nature, keen attention to entrepreneurship, and proactive personality. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. A total of 2322 students who were about to graduate were involved in this study. Attention sharpness in entrepreneurship was measured using 13-items questions. The competitive trait was measured using three items. Proactive personality was measured using ten items. Entrepreneurial Intentions was measured using the entrepreneurial intention scale, namely personal attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control. PLS-SEM was used at the stage of model measurement and hypothesis testing. The results of the study inform that the four hypotheses of the antecedent variable directly influence entrepreneurial intentions and behaviour. Still, there is no moderation in the competitive trait and proactive personality variables in the two hypotheses. Students’ awareness of the need for achievement and the personality characteristics required for entrepreneurship can change when they are brought into direct experience with entrepreneurs who can be role models.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan dana bantuan pendidikan (studi kasus masyarakat penerima bantuan sosial PKH di Kecamatan Jambi Timur). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Alat pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari wawancara bersama keluarga penerima manfaat (sebagai data utama) dan wawancara bersama koordinator PKH kota jambi serta pendamping (sebagai data penunjang) serta data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen atau peraturan yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas penggunaan dana bantuan pendidikan (studi kasus masyarakat penerima bantuan sosial PKH di Kecamatan Jambi Timur) sudah berjalan efektif sesuai akan tetapi masih terdapat beberapa KPM yang menggunakan dana bantuan PKH untuk keperluan lain. Dana bantuan pendidikan PKH digunakan khusus untuk pembiayaan pendidikan hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil monitoring dan evaluasi pendamping ke sekolah-sekolah dengan melihat apakah kebutuhan untuk menunjang pendidikan sudah terpenuhi atau belum, ketika dimonitoring dan evaluasi sudah efektiv. Baju, tas, sepatu dan kebutuhan sekolah sudah rapi dan layak digunakan untuk menunjang pendidikan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggetahui pengaru self efficacy dan soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja  maha.siswa akhir angkatan 2018 Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jambi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akhir angkatan 2018 Pendidikan Ekonomi dengan jumlah 60 mahasiswa dan menggunkan teknik sampling total. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif, yang datanya bersumber dari penyebaran angket melalui google formulir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh self efficacy terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,043 dan nilai thitung = 2,067 lebih besar dari nilai thitung = 1,671. (2) Terdapat penggaruh soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 dan nilai thitung = 6,403 lebih besar dari nilai thitung = 1,671. (3) Terdapat pengaruh self efficacy dan soft skill terhadap kesiapankerja dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (20,147 > 3,16).

Abstract

Entrepreneurs are economic heroes for the country, entrepreneurs not only help provide jobs for the unemployed but entrepreneurs also pay taxes to the state as a source of state revenue. Therefore, the state really needs the presence of entrepreneurs to encourage the development and progress of the nation. This study aims to describe and how the influence of entrepreneurial education (EE) variables, skills of marketing (SM), in growing entrepreneurial intention (EI) through motivation towards entrepreneurship (ME). The population of this research is students participating in the July 2021 graduation from all existing faculties at Jambi University, especially undergraduate study programs. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire adapted from previous researchers. The collected data were analyzed using a structural model approach with hypotheses to be tested with the help of the SPPS and SmartPLS programs. The results of the study show that all the variables studied influence entrepreneurial intentions, both direct and indirect through entrepreneurial motivation. The implication is that entrepreneurship education not only strengthens entrepreneurial motivation but also strengthens entrepreneurial skills because both will strengthen motivation and ultimately foster entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect on entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy of entrepreneurial intentions of the students in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Jambi University. This research used a quantitative method using path analysis and Sobel test. A set of questionnaire was utilized in this study as the main data collection. This study involved the students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Jambi University as the subject of the research who took entrepreneurship courses. The sample used in this study was 193 students after being calculated by using the slovin formula. The result of this study indicated that entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy had a positive and significant direct effect on entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, entrepreneurship education also had an indirect effect on entrepreneurial intentions through self-efficacy.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Intentions, Entrepreneurship Education, Self-Efficacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh metode mengajar guru dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X berjumlah 110 siswa dengan Jumlah sampel sebanyak 86 mahasiswa menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket yang disebarkan secara online melalui google form dan dengan dokumentasi berupa nilai ulangan harian ekonomi siswa. Pengujian data menggunakan analisis deskriptif data, uji prasyarat analisis, uji klasik regresi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh metode mengajar guru terhadap Hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (6,537 > 1,989). (2) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap Hasil belajar dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (7,480 > 1,989). (3) Terdapat pengaruh metode mengajar guru dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap Hasil belajar dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (42,144 > 3,1). Nilai uji koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah sebesar 0,504 atau jika deprsentasekan adalah sebesar 50,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas X di SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi 50,4% dipengaruhi oleh Metode mengajar guru dan Lingkungan Teman sebaya. Sedangkan 49,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.
