Abstract

The aim of this study was to study the frequency distribution of the size and number of gillnet catches at different fishing locations. The data needed are primary and secondary data. Materials and tools used are long rulers, cameras, and crabs. The data were analyzed using frequency distribution analysis of the size of the crab catches. The structure of the frequency distribution of size (cm) of crab production with a gillnet to different fishing locations in the waters of Balang Lompo Island, Pangkep Regency, shows that there are differences, generally the smallest size is 0-2 miles, and distances are >2-4 miles and distances >4- 6 miles, crab production is getting bigger. Significant differences in terms of differences in the size of the crab production, are smaller near the coast and more numerous than offshore. The further distance from the beach for crab production, the size distribution of crab production is large and there are many in the waters closer to Balang Lompo Island, Pangkep Regency.

Abstract

Hukum penyaluran zakat fitrah bagi aparatur Desa perspektif Mazhab Syafi’i (Studi Kasus Di Desa Suka Maju  Kecamatan Sultan Daulat Kota Subulussalam). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan pendekatan sosiologi (sociology oppro ouch) yaitu mengamati gejala dan fakta yang terjadi dilapangan. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Suka Maju dengan teknik Purposiv Sampling yaitu penentuan tempat penelitian berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi alasan aparatur Desa Suka Maju mendapatkan bagian Zakat Fitrah, tata cara masyarakat Desa Suka Maju mengeluarkan zakat fitrah, hukum mengenai penyaluran zakat fitrah bagi Aparatur Desa di Suka Maju Kecamatan Sultan Daulat Kota Subulussalam ditinjau dari persfektif Imam Syafi’i. Dari penelitian ini diketahui  alasan aparatur Desa Suka Maju mendapatkan bagian Zakat Fitrah karena mereka merasa berperan aktif ditengah masyarakat dan mengannggap bahwa mereka dalam golongan fisabilillah, penyaluran zakat Desa Suka Maju dilaksanakan satu hari sebelum hari raya idul Fitri dimana panitia zakat fitrah sudah menyiapkan nama-nama yang berhak menerima zakat, dan hukum penyaluran zakat fitrah bagi Aparatur Desa di Suka Maju ditinjau dari persfektif Imam Syafi’i menyebutkan bahwa  penyaluran zakat baik zakat fitrah maupun zakat mall selain golongan delapan tidak boleh, makna fisabilillah adalah orang yang berangkat jihad, sementara mereka tidak mendapat gaji tetap dari negara atau baitul mall.

Abstract

This paper is part of a Community Service Program aimed to propose a comcept of design of TPS 3R (a Temporary Disposal Facility based on Reduce-Reuse-Recycle concept) that is smart, compact and environmentally friendly for the local people and the waste management/authority of Barrang Lompo Island, Makassar City. The program took about 6 months period, from March to August 2022. The design concept was presented descriptively accompanied with map and layout illustration and has been submitted to the local management/authority on 31 August 2022. The pre- and post-test based on the perspective of 30 spatial planners showed the majority of respondents (87.4%) considered the existing TPS is far from the ideal 5 criteria considered in program. In contrary, the proposed design was highly respected especially the 5th aspect, i.e., how the design encourages the local to creatively produce reused goods e.g., souvenirs. Included in this program was a waste sorting campaign infront of 100 local people invited on 30 July 2022 at 13.00-15.00 PM local time that took place in the front yard of Marine Station of of Unhas.

Abstract

As we all know, technology is currently developing very rapidly. Almost all fields of work have used technology related to computer technology, including decision support systems. Based on observations that have been made at Poltekba, especially the Department of Electrical Engineering, the mentoring process is still constrained by the lack of appropriateness in the field of expertise between students and their supervisors. Where this can cause difficulty in consultation between supervisors and students regarding the work on the Final Project to be done. This study offers the implementation of a system that can be used to select prospective Final Project supervisors according to the student's field of expertise, namely designing a Decision Support System to determine the right prospective supervisor. Based on previous research in 2021, a suitable design and system for the selection of the final project supervisor is a Decision Support System with the Profile Matching method. Profile Matching assumes that there is an ideal predictor value that must be achieved, not a minimum value that must be passed, so this method is very suitable if used for the matching process. The results of this final project indicate that the system created has succeeded in choosing a supervisor who is in accordance with the theme taken by the students, with an accuracy rate of 100% between the suitability of manual calculations and system calculations. This is evidenced by comparing the manual calculation process with the system that has been created, where the ranking results show the same results.Keywords: Criteria, decision making, profile matching method

Abstract

The coastal of Lake Tempe is located in Watallipue Village, Wajo Regency, which is one of the flood-prone residential areas. The flood disaster that occurred in the coastal area of Lake Tempe caused various problems to arise both from physical and non-physical aspects. Flooding in Watallipue Village occurs almost every year due to the overflow of Lake Tempe and surrounding rivers with heights ranging from 1m to 5m. Based on field observations, 100% of the coastal communities of Lake Tempe have been affected by floods. At the time of the flood, people living in a radius of 50-100m from the river bank were evacuated to a safe place because the flood reached a height of 5-6m. The purpose of this community service activity is to socialize flood disaster mitigation by involving community participation. The implementation method is in the form of community service. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis techniques are descriptive qualitative and spatial. As a first step, interviews and questionnaires were distributed to 56 respondents to determine the level of understanding of flood mitigation. Initial interviews showed only 23 of the 56 communities knew of the efforts that could be made in mitigating the impact of flooding. In addition, there are only 12 people who know the importance of signs, evacuation routes and temporary evacuation sites. Based on these conditions, socialization was carried out in the form of FGDs related to the concept of disaster mitigation by involving the community. The form of implementation of this concept is that the community plays a role in determining evacuation routes during floods, determining evacuation points in the area around the residence and compiling efforts to reduce the risk of flooding in the coastal area of Lake Tempe. The community conveyed that they were active in discussions and had high hopes for the government's assistance in efforts to mitigate flood disasters on the shores of Lake Tempe. The results of this activity show an increase in public understanding of flood mitigation. The post-test results showed that 56 respondents (100%) understood the efforts that can be made in reducing the impact of flood disasters and the importance of providing signs, evacuation routes and temporary evacuation sites.

Abstract

Beton merupakan salah bahan konstruksi yang kerap kali digunakan pada pekerjaan infrasruktur. Ada beberapa penyusun beton yang terdiri dari semen Portland, agregat halus, agregat kasar dan air. Dewasa ini kita memerlukan pengetahuan mengenai karakteristik masing- masing komponen penyusun beton, dikarenakan karakteristik kualitas akan berpengaruh besar dalam menetukan kuat tekan beton yang akan di teliti. Salah satu yang diamati oleh peneliti yaitu karakteristik agregat halus yang berbeda jenis butiran dan daerah pengahasil agregat tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan SNI-032834-2000 pembuatan rencana campuranbeton normal, dengan acuan control beton normal sebesar 20 Mpa. Agregat halus yang digunakan berasal dari Kota Lima Puluh dan Kota Kisaran, benda uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian berbentuk silinder dengan ukuran 150 mm x 300 mm, dengan variasi umur kuat tekan beton 7 dan 28 hari dengan masing-masing sampel Agregat halus diambil 3 buah sampel beton. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan beton menunjukan bahwa pasir sungai Kota Kisaran lebih unggul dari pasir sungai Kota Lima Puluh. Dengan kuat tekan umur 7 hari Pasir Sungai Kota Kisaran dengan rata-rata sebesar 17,23 Mpa sedangkan pasir sungai Kota Lima Puluh umur 7 hari sebesar 15,23 Mpa. Dan penelitian dengan variasi umur 28 hari Agregat halus pasir sungai Kota Kisaran juga lebih unggul menahan gaya kuat tekan dengan rata-rata sebesar 22,78 Mpa sedangkan pasir sungai Kota Lima Puluh dengan kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 18,19 Mpa. Dapat diketahui bahwa pada variasi umur 28 hari agregat halus pasir sungai Kota Kisaran lolos syarat terhadap acuan control beton yang ditargetkan sebesar 20 Mpa, dengan nilai kuat tekan sebesar 22,78 Mpa, sedangkan agregat halus pasir sungai Kota Lima Puluh tidak lolos uji kuat tekan beton yang ditargetkan sebesar 20 Mpa. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing work from home (WFH) on employee performance levels at the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The number of samples in this study was 60 people and the research method used data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of data analysis based on a simple regression test and partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that the calculated t has a value of 7,642 which is > than the t table (2,001). Work From Home has a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Conclusion: So, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji hasil belajar keterampilan menulis karangan narasi dengan menggunakan program membaca kelas bagi siswa. Penerima pengukuran adalah siswa kelas V SDN 1 Nunggi yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Pelaksana kegiatan adalah peneliti dan guru bahasa Indonesia serta kepala sekolah yang mendukung pelaksana. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, verifikasi dan dokumentasi. Bahan penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode program membaca di kelas dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas V SDN 1 Nunggi. Hasil evaluasi kemampuan menulis karangan narasi didasarkan pada skor rata-rata siswa pada kondisi awal yaitu 56,42, sedangkan nilai rata-rata pada Siklus I adalah 65,6 yaitu terjadi peningkatan sebesar 9,18 dibandingkan kondisi baseline. Pada musim gugur II, nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 71,9, yaitu meningkat sebesar 6,3 dibandingkan rata-rata ujian Siklus I. Proporsi siswa yang memenuhi kriteria kesiapan juga meningkat yaitu pada kondisi awal sebesar 31% pada siklus I. meningkat 62% atau 31% dibandingkan dengan persentase kriteria ketuntasan yang terpenuhi pada kondisi awal, dan Siklus II mencapai 88% atau 26% peningkatan persentase kriteria ketuntasan bertemu di Siklus I.
