Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Polemik Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat (Tapera): Sebuah Kajian dengan Pendekatan Interdisipliner, yang melatar belakangi dilakukannya penelitian ini karena Implementasi Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat (Tapera) di Indonesia telah menimbulkan berbagai polemik yang mencakup aspek hukum, ekonomi, kebijakan publik, dan tata kelola. Polemik ini memerlukan analisis mendalam untuk memahami implikasinya terhadap masyarakat dan ekonomi nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis polemik Tapera dari perspektif hukum, ekonomi, kebijakan publik, dan tata kelola, serta mengkaji kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, analisis dokumen kebijakan, dan tinjauan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa polemik Tapera berpusat pada beberapa isu utama: (1) Aspek hukum, terkait harmonisasi regulasi dan potensi tumpang tindih dengan program jaminan sosial lainnya; (2) Aspek ekonomi, meliputi beban finansial tambahan bagi pekerja dan perusahaan, serta kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam; (3) Aspek kebijakan publik, terkait formulasi dan implementasi kebijakan yang mempertimbangkan kebutuhan masyarakat; dan (4) Aspek tata kelola, menyangkut transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Implementasi Tapera memerlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif dan integratif, memadukan konsep kebijakan publik modern dengan nilai-nilai dan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Diperlukan penyempurnaan dalam aspek regulasi, mekanisme implementasi, dan tata kelola untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program dan meminimalkan polemik di masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja aparat desa Sopu Kecamatan Nokilalaki Kabupaten Sigi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh aparat yang bekerja di Kantor Desa Sopu Kecamatan Nokilalaki, Kabupaten Sigi yang berjumlah 46 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profesionalisme dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparat Desa Sopu Kecamatan Nokilalaki Kabupaten Sigi. Profesionalisme berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparat Desa Sopu Kecamatan Nokilalaki Kabupaten Sigi. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparat Desa Sopu Kecamatan Nokilalaki Kabupaten Sigi.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan pedagang di pasar Aur Duri secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan tentang tata kelola keuangan. Selanjutnya meningkatkan kemampuan pedagang di Pasar Aur Duri dalam menyelenggarakan praktik akuntansi sesuai dengan ketentuan dan standar akuntansi keuangan.. Kemudian meningkatkan keterampilan pedagang di Pasar Aur Duri dalam mencatat serta menyusun dan menyajikan laporan keuangan. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan ceramah, diskusi serta dengan mengadakan pelatihan secara langsung dengan peserta, sehingga dengan diskusi diharapakn peserta mendapatkan informasi dan masukan yang lengkap mengenai bagaimana seharusnya pengelolaan keuangan itu dilakukan. Pelatihan pembuatan laporan keuangan yang lengkap dimulai dengan memberikan contoh kasus transaksi, dilakukan bimbingan terhadap penyusunan laporan keuangan tersebut yang meliputi pencatatan pembelian barang dagangan, pencatatan transaksi penjualan, laporan perhitungan keuntungan. Kepada peserta diberikan manual buku laporan keuangan pedagang pasar untuk dapat dilaksanakan dan dipraktikan sesuai dengan jenis kegiatan usahanya. Hasil dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat menunjukkan mayoritas belum melakukan pencatatan keuangan, dan tidak menegetahui bagaimana menyusun laporan keuangan yang benar, meskipun para pedagang mengetahui pentingnya melakukan pencatatan keuangan tersebut. Setelah Tim PPM memberikan pemahaman melalui penjelasan dan praktek langsung dalam membuat pencatatan dan laporan keuangan untuk kegiatan usaha,yang dijalankan peserta memahami dan mampu membuat laporan keuangan sesuai dengan jenis usaha dan dagangannya

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the health of financial ratios in Koppontren Al Mubarok, Lekok District, Pasuruan, East Java. The methodological approach used in this research is descriptive-quantitative, using secondary data in the form of financial statements for 5 years. The analysis method used is the analysis of the health of financial performance ratios, namely the ratios of liquidity, solvency, efficiency, and profitability. The results showed that Koppontren Al Mubarok Lekok’s financial ratios were categorized as not good (unhealthy). This is indicated by the liquidity ratios (current ratio and cash ratio) and solvency ratios (debt to equity ratio and debt to asset ratio), on average, since the last 5 years from 2018–2022, are in the category of not good or unhealthy, while the efficiency ratio (Bopo) and profitability ratios (net profit margin, return on assets, and return on equity) are in the category of excellent, as referred to in the standards outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Regulation No.06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006 concerning health assessment of reward cooperatives.

Abstract

Rapid developments in the global economy have spurred Islamic banking to continuously innovate in providing products that are responsive to the needs of modern society. This article explores various product innovations in Islamic banking, including syndicated financing, trade finance, wealth management products, start-up financing, and business development. Syndicated financing emerges as an effective solution for large-scale projects requiring substantial funding, guided by principles of justice and sustainability. Meanwhile, trade finance offers financial instruments that facilitate international trade following Sharia principles. Wealth management products and start-up financing provide impetus for wealth management and initial funding for new businesses, based on principles of equity and shared risk. Moreover, innovative business development strategies expand the scope of Islamic banking services and strengthen its position in an increasingly competitive global market. The article also examines the positive impact of Islamic banking product innovations on financial inclusion and sustainable economic growth. By analyzing successes and challenges, this article provides deep insights into how innovations in Islamic banking products not only meet the demands of modern society but also reinforce the integrity and values underlying Sharia principles.

Abstract

Consumer protection in the halal industry is an increasingly important issue as the sector grows in the global market. This article discusses the challenges faced in the implementation of consumer protection regulations, particularly concerning compliance with halal standards. Despite the existence of the Consumer Protection Law (UUPK), many industry players have not fully complied with its provisions, to the detriment of consumers. From the perspective of Islamic law, consumer protection is not only concerned with legal aspects but also with business ethics and morality, where the principles of fairness, responsibility, and transparency are important cornerstones. This article also highlights the role of the government and relevant agencies in ensuring compliance with halal standards and the protection of consumer rights. Through this study, it is hoped that a comprehensive solution can be found to improve consumer protection in the halal industry, by the principles of Islamic law. This study recommends increased supervision, law enforcement, and education to the public to strengthen the position of consumers against business actors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance in the mediation of competitive advantage in the Millennial Coffee Business in Jambi City. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Squares analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage and business performance of Coffee Business owners or partners in Jambi City. The higher the entrepreneurial competence and orientation, the greater the competitive advantage achieved, which ultimately has a positive impact on improving business performance. Competitive advantage has been proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between entrepreneurial competence and orientation on business performance, so it is important for business actors to continue to develop entrepreneurial skills and innovative spirit in order to maintain and improve their business competitiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of digital transformation and market orientation on business performance in the mediation of competitive advantage in Laundry Business in Muara Bulian District, Batang Hari Regency. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Squares analysis. Abstract

The digital revolution in the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia marks a pivotal transformation from conventional service models to technology-driven, Sharia-compliant financial solutions. This article explores how digital innovation fosters the development of Islamic financial services in Indonesia. Utilizing a qualitative-descriptive approach, this research examines the integration of digital platforms, including mobile banking, fintech sharia, and blockchain, in creating inclusive and transparent Islamic financial ecosystems. The study also highlights the role of regulatory support from financial authorities in accelerating digital adaptation while maintaining Sharia compliance. Key findings indicate that digital transformation not only enhances service efficiency but also expands access to Sharia-compliant finance, particularly for the digitally literate younger generation. However, challenges remain in terms of infrastructure gaps, digital literacy, and the need for standardized Sharia governance frameworks in digital platforms. This paper concludes that the synergy between technology and Islamic values provides a strategic opportunity for Indonesia to lead in global Islamic financial innovation.

Abstract

Besides its natural beauty, the city of Palangka Raya also has unique culinary delights, special food, and various kinds of locally processed food products, both home and industrial. This research seeks to determine how the halal labeling program for food products is implemented in Palangka Raya, and how to optimize the halal labeling program in Palangka Raya City. This type of research is qualitative, with the research subject being the Ministry of Religion regional office managing halal labeling in the City of Palangka Raya. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Validation of data using source triangulation. Data analysis uses collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The implementation of the halal labeling program in Palangka Raya City currently only covers food and beverages and does not include medicines. Thus, the implementation of the halal labeling program for food products in Palangka Raya City provides multiple benefits. The halal labeling program also has the potential to increase the competitiveness of local products in national and international markets. optimizing service programs that have been carried out by the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) in outreach activities to the public about halal labeling. One of the optimization efforts being made is to recruit halal assistants, namely religious instructors in all regions of Indonesia, especially in Central Kalimantan.
