Abstract

This study, entitled Analysis of Budget Realization Report in the Road and Bridge Division of the Public Works and Housing Office of Jambi Province, aims to analyze the Budget Realization Report (LRA) and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of budget utilization during the 2021–2023 period. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, financial report documentation, and observation, using purposive sampling techniques. The findings indicate that revenue realization was categorized as effective, with achievement ratios of 96.90% in 2021, 96.70% in 2022, and 96.24% in 2023. Meanwhile, expenditure realization was classified as highly efficient, with ratios of 17.91% in 2021, 11.67% in 2022, and 16.87% in 2023. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the budget management of the Road and Bridge Division at the Public Works and Housing Office of Jambi Province was both effective and highly efficient throughout the study period, and it may serve as a valuable reference for improving infrastructure budget management at the regional level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial technology (fintech) dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa (studi kasus pada mahasiswa akuntansi fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas jambi angakatan 2018). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan rumus slovin. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah 44 responden. Data yang yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner dengan skala likert. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) menggunakan software smart PLS 3.0. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel financial technology tidak mempengaruhi perilaku keuangan mahasiswa dan variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa.Kata Kunci : Financial Technology, Literasi Keuangan, Perilaku Keuangan Mahasiswa This study aims to analyze the effect of financial technology (fintech) and financial literacy on students' financial behavior (a case study on accounting students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jambi University, 2018). This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method used a random sampling technique with the slovin formula. The number of samples in the study were 44 respondents. The data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method in this study uses PLS (Partial Least Square) using PLS 3.0 smart software. The results of this study indicate that the financial technology variable does not affect student financial behavior and the financial literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on student financial behavior.Keywords: Financial Technology, Financial Literacy, Student Financial Behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh indikator exponential moving average periode 21 dan indikator exponential moving average periode 90 terhadap harga EUR/USD. Tujuan kedua penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keuntungan atau kerugian yang dihasilkan oleh indikator exponential moving average pada periode januari 2016 sampai dengan desember 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 35 pasang mata uang yang diperdagangkan di pasar valuta asing. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu harga mata uang EUR/USD periode 2016 -2022. Metode analisis data penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan pengujian asumsi klasik dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel exponential moving average periode 21 dan exponential moving average periode 90 berpengaruh terhadap Harga EUR/USD. Selama periode januari 2016 sampai dengan desember 2022 penggunaan indikator Exponential Moving Average pada mata uang EUR/USD menghasilkan keuntungan dengan rata-rata keuntungan pertahun dalam persentase sebesar 5,71% yang mana persentase keuntungan tersebut lebih baik daripada suku bunga Amerika Serikat dengan tingkat suku bunga pada tahun 2022 sebesar 0,25% - 4,50%.

Abstract

Ziziphus in Indonesia, especially Java, hasfive species recorded in the book Flora of Java. In 2010, there were two additional species that had not been recorded in the Flora of Java. Some species of unresolved taxon position and nomenclature are valid and precise. Meanwhile, the latest scientific journal publications related to taxonomic studies of Ziziphus species in Java have not been widely carried out and are even almost non-existent. This study aimedto re-examine the Ziziphus species in Java based on variations in morphological characters. Exploration and identification of specimens throughout Java and herbarium study specimens were carried out. The morphological characterizations observed included stature, morphology of stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, and seeds. The identification obtained eight species, Ziziphus mauritiana Lam., Ziziphus spina-christi (L.)Desf., Ziziphus celtidifolia DC., Ziziphus javanensis Blume, Ziziphus horsfieldii Miq., Ziziphus rufula Miq., Ziziphus oenoplia (L.) Mill. and Ziziphus nummularia (Burm. f.) Wight et Arn. Three species of which are new records for the Java region, among others; Ziziphus celtidifolia DC., Ziziphus mauritiana Lam. and Ziziphus spina-christi (L.) Desf. Phenetic analysis based on morphological characteristics showed that Ziziphus in Java had 52% -81% similarity.

Abstract

Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) play a strategic role as educational institutions in shaping character and empowering communities. However, many pesantren face significant challenges in terms of operational funding and institutional development. This study aims to: (1) analyze the utilization of productive waqf potential to promote economic self-reliance at Al Ihsan Al Murtadlo Islamic Boarding School in Bululawang, Malang; and (2) examine the management of productive waqf in supporting educational activities at the same institution. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the pesantren leader, waqf managers (Kyai H. Ahmad Suryanto, Ustadz Bambang Haryanto, and Ustadz Ahmad Fatoni), and community leaders, supplemented by observation and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing using triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that Pondok Pesantren Al Ihsan Al Murtadlo has productively utilized waqf assets, including approximately 5,630 m² of agricultural land (3,060 m² for rice and sugarcane cultivation) and an operational cooperative. The annual budget allocation for productive waqf management reaches Rp103,000,000, with monthly operational costs of approximately Rp2,833,000. The income generated from these waqf activities is used to support operational needs, development of educational facilities, assistance for underprivileged students, and training for students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of business actors regarding the Online Single Submission (OSS) system mechanism in accelerating the licensing process at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Jambi Province. The research method used is qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of OSS is considered to facilitate and accelerate the business licensing process. Business actors appreciate the ease of access and time efficiency provided by the system. However, several challenges were still found, including limited internet network availability, low technological understanding among some business actors, and a lack of socialization regarding the use of OSS. Therefore, this study recommends the need for improved assistance for business actors, more intensive socialization, and strengthening of infrastructure, especially internet networks, to ensure the optimal implementation of OSS. Thus, it is hoped that this system can be more effective in supporting the acceleration of business licensing in Jambi Province.

Abstract

The Role of Leadership in the Implementation of Employee Performance Supervision at the Manpower and Transmigration Office at the Regional Manpower Supervisory Agency (UPTD) for Regional Manpower Supervisory Agency (Balai Wasnaker) 1. This study aims to determine the role of leadership in the implementation of employee performance supervision. Effective leadership is an important factor in ensuring that employees perform their duties and responsibilities in accordance with organizational goals and established regulations. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected based on their involvement in supervision activities and understanding of employee performance management. The results indicate that leadership plays a significant role through direction, coaching, monitoring, and evaluation of employee performance. Employee performance is generally quite good, but supervision has not been optimal due to limited time, diverse tasks, and inconsistent evaluation follow-up. In addition, communication and coordination between leaders and employees influence the effectiveness of supervision. Therefore, the implementation of leadership-supported supervision has a positive impact on employee discipline, responsibility, and work effectiveness, but there is still a need for improvement in the consistency of employee supervision and coaching to achieve optimal organizational performance.

Abstract

Riparian Sungai Paneki merupakan habitat yang sangat mendukung kehidupan siklus kupu-kupu. Kupu-kupu merupakan kelompok serangga yang sensitif terhadap perubahan lingkungan sehingga berpotensi sebagai salah satu bioindikator kualitas habitat riparian. Namun, seiring berjalannya waktu, perubahan lingkungan pasti terjadi. Hal ini dapat membuat kupu-kupu rentan terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis serta menduga besaran kehilangan dan perolehan biodiversitas (loss and gain) kupu-kupu pada riparian Sungai Paneki. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunaan metode transek jalur yang dikombinasikan dengan penangkapan menggunakan jaring serangga. Analisis data meliputi jumlah jenis, indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Wiener (H’), indeks kemerataan (E), indeks kekayaan jenis Margalef (Dmg), dan perhitungan persentase kehilangan dan perolehan biodiversitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 35 jenis kupu yang tergolong ke dalam 5 famili (Nymphalidae, Papilionidae, Pieridae, Lycaenidae, dan Hesperiidae). Nilai indeks keanekaragaman (H’=3.05), kemerataan (E=0.85), dan kekayaan jenis (Dmg=7.57) menunjukkan bahwa habitat riparian Sungai Paneki masih mampu mendukung komunitas kupu-kupu yang beragam dan relatif stabil. Persentase nilai kehilangan jenis sebesar 36.84% dan perolehan jenis sebesar 45.61% menunjukkan adanya dinamika turnover komunitas kupu-kupu yang cukup tinggi pada habitat riparian Sungai Paneki. Abstract

This study aims to analyze role villages governmenting improve qualitying public service in Simpang Kertopati Villages, Sarolangun Regency, and identify factors that hinder implement. Study use qualitaty methods descripting approachs. Data obtaining throughs observationing, inter view, document, literature review. Data analyzyng use stage datas reduct, datas present, and conclus draw. Result indicate Simpang Kertopati Village government has fulfilled its role as a facilitator, mobilizer, and regulator, but its implementation has not been optimal. This is evident in the provision of service facilities, assistance to the community, socialization, and the implementation of service procedures that refer to applicable regulations. However, various obstacles still exist that affect service quality. These obstacles include internet network disruptions, limited facilities and infrastructure, and incomplete administrative requirements from the community, which hinders the optimal service process. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of technological infrastructure, provide supporting facilities, and strengthen the capacity of village officials so that public services can be implemented more effectively, efficiently, and responsive to community needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service innovation and service quality on public satisfaction at the Alam Barajo District Office, Jambi City. This study used a quantitative method with questionnaires distributed to the public as the primary data source. The collected data were then analyzed to determine the extent to which service innovation and service quality contributed to public satisfaction. The results showed that service innovation had a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction, meaning that the better the innovation, the higher the level of public satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality was also shown to have a positive and significant effect, indicating that aspects such as accuracy, clarity of information, and officer attitudes play an important role in shaping public satisfaction perceptions. These findings confirm that increasing service innovation and improving service quality are strategic steps for the sub-district government in an effort to continuously increase public satisfaction. Thus, these two factors must be the main focus in improving public service governance in the region.
