Abstract

The existence of MSMEs plays a crucial role as the core of the economic growth in developing countries like Indonesia. They require ease of access to additional capital to expand their businesses. BMT Al-Hikmah Semesta Jawa Timur is one of the Islamic microfinance institutions (LKMS) that provides access to capital for micro-business operators through the flexibility of collateral in their financing products. That case is an intriguing phenomenon worth studying. The research includes examination of the forms of collateral flexibility, the risks associated with implementing this flexibility, and the goals behind its application. This study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research findings, there are various forms of collateral flexibility, including unsecured financing, the use of non-personal collateral, flexible collateral constraints, and a quick collateral release period. However, these flexible collateral arrangements carry the risk of financing repayment failure or default. Service excellence is the ultimate objective of implementing collateral flexibility for members. This research is valuable for those who wish to delve into collateral flexibility in financing.

Abstract

Consumption in a country's economy, with higher levels of consumption causing increased economic activity and changes in a country's national income. The impact of consumption on household financial stability, with excessive spending relative to income causing personal financial problems. material and spiritual well-being in the household, is very important in balancing worldly and spiritual needs for overall well-being. This research is qualitative research with a normative approach. Obtaining secondary data in the form of data on welfare indicators which refer to the consumption behavior of Indonesian people obtained from the Central Statistics Agency in a certain period. This data is used as a reference in the importance of discussing consumption behavior, especially in the context of sharia. Meanwhile, the behavioral theory approach is used for the purposes of analyzing the goals of consumption behavior by adhering to Islamic principles to realize prioritized welfare among households. Research shows that consumption behavior in realizing the welfare of Muslim families can be seen from several indicators listed in data processed by the Central Statistics Agency. Consumption pattern indicators are influenced by income levels which reflect people's purchasing power and abilities. Meanwhile, other indicators can be seen from the quality of health and nutrition, education, housing and other social issues, such as a lifestyle that follows the times

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Polemik Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat (Tapera): Sebuah Kajian dengan Pendekatan Interdisipliner, yang melatar belakangi dilakukannya penelitian ini karena Implementasi Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat (Tapera) di Indonesia telah menimbulkan berbagai polemik yang mencakup aspek hukum, ekonomi, kebijakan publik, dan tata kelola. Polemik ini memerlukan analisis mendalam untuk memahami implikasinya terhadap masyarakat dan ekonomi nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis polemik Tapera dari perspektif hukum, ekonomi, kebijakan publik, dan tata kelola, serta mengkaji kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, analisis dokumen kebijakan, dan tinjauan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa polemik Tapera berpusat pada beberapa isu utama: (1) Aspek hukum, terkait harmonisasi regulasi dan potensi tumpang tindih dengan program jaminan sosial lainnya; (2) Aspek ekonomi, meliputi beban finansial tambahan bagi pekerja dan perusahaan, serta kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam; (3) Aspek kebijakan publik, terkait formulasi dan implementasi kebijakan yang mempertimbangkan kebutuhan masyarakat; dan (4) Aspek tata kelola, menyangkut transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Implementasi Tapera memerlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif dan integratif, memadukan konsep kebijakan publik modern dengan nilai-nilai dan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Diperlukan penyempurnaan dalam aspek regulasi, mekanisme implementasi, dan tata kelola untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program dan meminimalkan polemik di masyarakat.

Abstract

Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mendalami dampak mutu layanan, mutu produk, dan manajemen hubungan pelanggan (CRM) terhadap kesetiaan nasabah. Penelitian melibatkan 100 responden dari kalangan nasabah Bank Muamalat di Malang sebagai sampel. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang disebarkan secara online dan offline. Ana.lisis da.ta mengg.unakan reg.resi lin.ear berg.anda den.gan bant.uan SP.SS 29 untuk men.guji hipo.tesis. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas layanan tid.ak mem.iliki peng.aruh signi.fikan terh.adap loya.litas nas.abah Bank Muamalat Malang (sig. 0,553). Sebaliknya, kualitas produk terbukti berdampak parsial pada loyalitas (sig. 0,001). Demikian pula, CRM menunjukkan efek parsial terhadap kesetiaan nasabah (sig. 0,011). Lebih lanjut, uji simultan (uji F) memperlihatkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut - kua.litas laya.nan, pro.duk, dan CR.M sec.ara bers.ama-sa.ma memen.garuhi loya.litas nasabah, ditunjukkan dengan ni.lai signif.ikansi 0,001 ya.ng le.bih ke.cil dari 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evolution of metal currencies in dinars and dirhams, fiat money to electronic currencies, namely e-money, and compare currencies superior to the three currencies and see people's preferences for currencies. Qualitative research with a literature study approach. The result is to find out the evolution of metal currencies in the form of dinars and dirhams, banknotes, and electronic money see the preferences of the Indonesian people towards the currencies used, and see the impact of using e-money. These results will show the public how the currency is superior in terms of intrinsic value, and socio-economic, and technological developments so that later the public will know which currency is good to use in transactions.

Abstract

Islamic financial practices continue to be adapted to meet the challenges of the modern world. One modernization of the qardh principle can be seen in the application of the use of Islamic credit cards. Islamic credit cards are designed to avoid the element of usury in the financing structure. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply about how the concept of qardh, social and moral implications in an increasingly complex global financial system. This qualitative research uses a secondary review approach that focuses on the theoretical-normative study of the concept of qardh in modern Islamic credit card practices. The results of this study conclude that the concept of qardh in Islamic credit card practices has important relevance in the aspects of helping, justice, financial education and user responsibility, increasing accessibility and social justice, innovation in Islamic financing, maintaining economic stability, and building solidarity and social responsibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi logam mulia pada Generasi Z di Kota Malang. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Gen Z Kota Malang yang memiliki investasi logam mulia. Adapun pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode penelitian ini dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier berganda. Dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial literasi keuangan dan toleransi risiko berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan investasi logam mulia pada gen Z, sedangkan variabel perilaku keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi. Dan secara stimultan variabel literasi keuangan, perilaku keuangan dan toleransi risiko bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi pemikiran ekonomi Islam dalam praktik dagang di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah seperti keadilan, kejujuran, larangan riba, gharar, dan maysir. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tingkat adopsi nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam di pasar tradisional dan modern, serta menganalisis tantangan dan peluang dalam implementasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasar tradisional lebih mudah mengintegrasikan prinsip syariah dibandingkan pasar modern, meskipun literasi masyarakat terhadap ekonomi syariah masih rendah. Kendala utama termasuk regulasi yang kurang mendukung, dominasi sistem ekonomi konvensional, dan minimnya kesadaran pelaku usaha. Dengan kolaborasi berbagai pihak, ekonomi Islam berpotensi menjadi solusi sistem perdagangan yang berkeadilan, berkelanjutan, dan memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

The growth of the global Muslim population, especially in Indonesia, which has the largest Muslim population, must be balanced with the Muslim community's awareness of halal products. This research aims to analyze the influence of Islamic principles on the awareness of producers and consumers in the production and consumption of Halalan Thayyiban products in Indonesia after the implementation of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees. Using qualitative methods with a psychological approach, data was collected from documentary sources such as the Internet, journals, books, laws, and articles. The research findings demonstrated that Islamic principles significantly influenced consumer and producer awareness and behavior within the context of halal products. Specifically, the safeguarding of religion, life, lineage, property, and intellect had notably heightened manufacturers' adherence to halal standards while simultaneously enhancing consumer consciousness regarding the importance of products that are safe, hygienic, and of superior quality. These conclusions emphasized that the integration of Islamic principles not only facilitated compliance with Sharia law but also elevated the quality and safety experienced by consumers, ultimately aligning with the attainment of the Halalan Thayyiban concept.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the key factors determining the success of santripreneurs in achieving sustainable competitiveness and prosperity. Success is measured by the santripreneur's ability to create competitive advantages that ensure business continuity. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach with validity and reliability tests using SPSS 25.0, followed by hypothesis testing with SmartPLS 2.0. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents from five Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) in East Java, Indonesia, where students have been trained in entrepreneurship. The findings reveal that education, experience, strategy, innovation, and successful entrepreneurship are the main factors influencing the entrepreneurial success of santripreneurs. These results contribute to understanding how small, medium, and large enterprises can leverage these factors to achieve business success. Based on the analysis of the determination coefficient, the R Square value for the simultaneous effect on entrepreneurship is 0.808, with an adjusted R Square of 0.804, indicating a significant probability. And the results of the t-statistical test were >1.96 with a significance level of p-value of 0.05 (5%) and a positive beta coefficient. These insights can be applied by novice entrepreneurs as they establish and grow their businesses.
