Abstract

Postur tubuh pekerja yang kurang baik saat bekerja dapat menimbulkan terjadinya gangguan pada rangka tubuh atau Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Pada PT. Djarum GLT Kaliwungu terdapat proses pengiriman tembakau yang melibatkan seorang operator untuk melakukan pendataan dan pencatatan. Namun, aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh operator pengiriman tersebut belum menerapkan prinsip ergonomis dan memerlukan analisis lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui tingkat resiko yang dialami oleh operator pengiriman. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggabungkan metode RULA dan REBA. Dimana hasil penelitian menggunakan metode RULA pada saat duduk memiliki skor 7 yang artinya Diperlukan investigasi lebih lanjut serta dilakukan perubahan segera, sedangkan pada pisi berdiri memiliki skor 7 yang artinya Diperlukan investigasi lebih lanjut serta dilakukan perubahan segera Serta nilai REBA yang dihasilkan pada posisi duduk memiliki skor 5 yang artinya Resiko sedang, investigasi lebih lanjut, melakukan perbaikan secepatnya, sedangkan pada posisi berdiri hasil penelitian metode REBA memiliki skor 9 yang artinya Resiko cidera sangat tinggi serta perubahan sangat diperlukan sesegera mungkin.

Abstract

Pencahayaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam memberikan kenyamanan mata. Tidak terkecuali pencahayaan pada ruang perpustakaan yang digunakan bagi pembacanya. Kenyamanan mata pembaca dapat dipengaruhi oleh seberapa baik pencahayaan yang menyinari objek atau ruang. Perpustakaan Universitas Muria Kudus, dari hasil pengamatan awal mempunyai kualitas pencahayaan yang tidak sesuai dengan SNI 03-6575-2001. Penelitian terkait Pencahayaan di Perputakaan Universitas Kudus ini menggunakan Metode kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian menganalisa pencahayaan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pembaca di ruang perpustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pencahayaan pada ruang Perputakaan Universitas Muria Kudus tidak memenuhi standar SNI 03-6575-2001 dan kebutuhan energi yang dibutuhkan oleh ruang Perputakaan Universitas Muria Kudus sebesar 72,1 Kwh/bulan Kwh/bulan dengan nilai Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) sebesar 0,2 Kwh/m2 /bulan serta totabl biaya yang digunakan untuk membayar sebesar Rp 97.479

Abstract

This paper aims to design Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to evaluate sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) in the textile industry in Indonesia. Supply chain sustainability has various challenges in supply chain management from an environmental, social and economic perspective. This encourages better performance management.The method used in identifying SSCM KPIs in the textile industry is carried out by surveys and field studies and validation of the respondent's questionnaire assessment, there are 20 SSM KPIs obtained during direct research in one of the textile industries in Kudus City. Precision performance is obtained by assessing the level of importance between KPI indicators measured using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. According to respondents' preferences, the most dominant indicators are economic indicators, followed by environmental indicators and then social indicators. The results of these KPIs are used to measure the performance of SSCM in the textile industry and as a reference for recommendations for performance improvement.

Abstract

This paper tries to model agile supply chain management performance indicators in the palm oil industry. The interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) method is used to find the relationship between these indicators. The ISM stages begin with identifying indicators, compiling contextual relationships, compiling reachability matrices, compiling level partitions, compiling digraphs, and compiling ISM models. Then MICMAC analysis is used to group each of these indicators into four categories based on their driving power and dependence power. In this study, 16 hands of agile supply chain management in the palm oil industry were obtained, of which the four-level ISM  model could be constructed. Two indicators are at level 4, six hands are at level 3, three indicators are at level 2, and five indicators are at level 1. Meanwhile, through MICMAC analysis, five indicators are found in the independent indicators category, six hands are in the linkage indicator category, four indicators are included in the dependent indicator category, and one indicator is in the autonomous indicator category. This research can be used by managers in the palm oil industry who want to increase agility in their supply chain. In general, indicators at level 4 can affect indicators at level 3, and so on. So that management can start fixing the indicators at level 4 first. In addition, indicators that have a driving power value in MICMAC analysis can be prioritized to improve their performance.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan air tambak diperngaruhi beberapa faktor. Faktor utama terkait pengeolaan tambak adalah kualitas air tambak. Dengan mengelola air tambak dengan baik maka diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produksi tambak dan mengurangi risiko kegagalan panen karena sudah tahu kualiatas air tambak. Parameter untuk mengetahui kualitas air tambak adalah 1). Suhu, 2). Salinitas /konduktivitas 3). pH, 4) Oksigen terlarut 5). Alkalinitas 6). Bahan organic total 7). Padatan terlarut Total. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil uji linearitas pembacaan sensor konduktivitas pada alat pengukur kualitas air tambak, mengetahui persamaan regresi linear, dan mengetahui tingkat akurasi dan tingkat kesalahan pembacaan sensor konduktivitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear. Metode ini menggunakan variabel dependen yaitu hasil pembacaan Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) dan independen hasil pembacaan alat ukur. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji lineritas sangat kuat dengan nilai 0,99, hasil uji akurasi mendapatkan hasil rata-rata tingkat akurasi sensor konduktivitas adalah 90,98% dan rata-rata tingkat kesalahannya adalah 18,11 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the acceptance of MSME technology in the Kudus Regency in using electronic payment service technology or e-payment as a payment method. The method used is Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3). Identify acceptance of m-banking using a questionnaire given to owners and employees. Analyze by testing the hypothesis of m-banking acceptance data by testing validity, and reliability and proceed to test using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the test show that 5. Owners and employees of MSME actors in the Kudus Regency can accept the use of m-banking in carrying out any performance because it makes it easier when there is a time of urgency.

Abstract

Water quality is one of the most influential factors in the process of cultivating fish in ponds, so it is necessary to monitor water quality regularly to obtain viable and abundant fish commodities. The obstacle in fish farming is the problem of unproductive land due to poor water quality. The low understanding of pond farmers regarding water quality is also one of the factors in decreasing income from fish farming in ponds. Thus it is necessary to carry out education related to monitoring pond water quality to farmers. This community service activity was carried out at the pond farmer group in Margoyoso Pati Village, Central Java on Saturday, August 12, 2023. The community service partner for this activity is the “Bersatu Makmur” farmer group. The implementation of this service activity is divided into two sessions. The first session was a material delivery session on water quality monitoring education while the second session was the practice of monitoring water quality in the farmers' pond locations. The result of this community service activity is the increased understanding of pond farmers in Margoyoso Village, Pati Regency, Central Java regarding monitoring water quality according to the parameters of the Indonesian National Standard (SNI).

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering dijumpai dalam optimasi pengiriman sebuah produk adalah Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP). TSP merupakan masalah pencarian rute terpendek dari sejumlah node, di dalam satu kali perjalanan. Perusahaan Es Batu dalam melakukan pengiriman menginginkan rute pengiriman yang terpendek, untuk mengurangi keterlambatan pengiriman. Dampak keterlambatan dalam pengiriman Es Batu terhadap kualitas es batu dapat menurunkan kepuasan pelanggan. Rute pengiriman yang tidak diatur akan berpengaruh terhadap tingginya biaya transportasi yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Perusahaan saat ini belum menggunakan metode tertentu dalam menentukan rute pengiriman. Penelitian ini melakukan penentuan rute terpendek dengan membandingkan penentuan rute menggunakan algoritma nearest neighbor dan menggunakan bantuan Excel Solver. Penentuan rute dengan algoritma nearest neighbor, dipatkan hasil yaitu 40.72 km sedangan dengan menggunakan bantuan software Excel Solver mendapatkan hasil 36.52 km. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa penentuan rute menggunakan Excel Solver dapat mempersingkat rute perjalanan sebesar 22% dari rute sebelumnya

Abstract

Adolescent mental health is an important aspect that is often overlooked, even though adolescence is a critical phase in emotional and social development. The Adolescent Mental Health Workshop held in Purwodadi Village aims to increase adolescents' understanding of the importance of maintaining mental balance amidst academic and social pressures. This activity involves delivering interactive materials on signs of mental health disorders, stress management strategies, and how to seek support when facing psychological problems. The workshop results showed that adolescents in Purwodadi Village experienced a significant increase in their awareness of the importance of mental health. They were better able to recognize early symptoms of mental disorders and understand the importance of seeking support from family, friends, or professionals. The positive response from adolescents and support from posyandu cadres showed that this activity successfully built awareness of the importance of mental health in everyday life.
