Abstract

Currently, data security is very crucial in a company. Data hacking is increasingly common. Tokopedia experienced a data hack estimated at 91 million user accounts and 7 million merchant accounts. This data is then sold via the dark web, which seriously endangers user privacy and safety. Protection of personal data against hackers from outside is increasingly needed. Management of data recaps and monitoring employee data access in the largest retail company in Indonesia is carried out by the Human Resources division. Due to the large number of employees, daily access to employee data such as attendance is prone to misuse because detection of illegal activities on data is still done manually. In this research, a system based on Google Spreadsheet and Apps Script was created.  which is able to detect illegal activities against employee databases. The system is able to accurately categorize logs based on account and IP address, distinguishing between normal and suspicious logs. The system is able to convert a spreadsheet containing data access recaps into an Excel file and send it to the specified email. System testing was carried out on Human Resources division employees through 6 tests on all system features. The results show that all system outputs are exactly as expected. The system helps Human Resources division employees observe data changes without having to access the database, making it easier to detect illegal data access.

Abstract

E-learning is a learning process that utilizes an internet medium that connects teachers and students using multimedia-based teaching materials. M-learning is a learning model that has many similarities with e-learning; only the M-learning interaction model between teachers, students, and teaching materials is facilitated by mobile devices. Currently, quite a lot of mobile learning is being developed in Indonesia, but most of the research focuses on students. Not many have developed M-learning for the general people with the specific content or teaching materials in agriculture. An agriculture learning system is developed by applying the pear-to-pear (P2P) model between teachers and participants. The system applies two platforms, namely web and mobile. Admins and teachers use the web application, while the mobile application is used by the participants. Based on the system testing results, it is known that all functions in the system have been running well. Evaluation of the system's suitability with user requirements also shows that the system has accommodated all requirements.

Abstract

The Agricultural Land Mapping System (SPLP) is indispensable in an agricultural country where part of the population is farmers. This system has been developed by the research team since 2019 and has resulted in web and mobile based systems. The Dutatani SPLP system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Before this system is further implemented in the community, this system needs to be tested in terms of functionality and usability. This research article aims to compare the functionality and reusability testing of web and mobile-based SPLP. The test was carried out using ISO / IEC 9126-4 usability metrics that focus on effectiveness and efficiency, and involve farmers and farmer groups from Gilang Harjo Village, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The results of testing the web-based and mobile-based SPLP system show that overall respondents can do all the tasks given, but it takes a long time to complete. This is influenced by internal factors of the respondents, namely the respondent's lack of experience in using mobile phones for other activities besides telephone and short messages. So that when testing, respondents need more time to adapt to the system. However, based on time on task, mobile-based SPLP testing is faster than web-based ones.

Abstract

E-Commerce merupakan salah satu bidang bisnis yang sangat besar di Indonesia yang menghasilkan transaksi daring yang besar jumlahnya, sehingga ribuan hingga ratusan ribu data harus dikelola setiap harinya oleh pihak perusahaan melalui proses konsolidasi. Konsolidasi merupakan sebuah proses penggabungan data antar dua database. Perusahaan yang diteliti untuk mengelola proses konsolidasi menggunakan program pihak ketiga bernama Pentaho, namun program ini sering mengalami maintenance sehingga mengganggu proses bisnis yang berjalan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sebuah program alternatif yang dapat digunakan ketika Pentaho mengalami kendala. Program yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan proses loading yang merupakan metode dalam dunia pengelolaan database, dimana data yang dimiliki kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam database tujuan. Pengembangan program ini akan memanfaatkan library python pandas dan database relational serta NoSQL untuk melakukan proses loading dan proses konsolidasi. Penelitian ini akan mencoba menganalisis dan membuat program berjalan dengan lebih efisien dan memberikan pengembangan agar proses loading dan konsolidasi secara keseluruhan dapat menjadi lebih baik. Rata-rata proses loading program hasil pengembangan yang menggunakan database relational menunjukkan peningkatan sekitar 8% atau 20 - 30 detik lebih cepat untuk data berjumlah sekitar 500.000. Pengembangan proses loading menggunakan database NoSQL menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sekitar 6,5 - 9,6% untuk jumlah data yang berkisar dari 20 – 500.000 data. Proses ini juga menunjukkan peningkatan sekitar 17.5% dari program yang digunakan perusahaan sebelumnya untuk proses 500.00 data.
