Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the practice of progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) for academic stress in students; (2) the levels of students’ academic stress before and after the treatment of PMR; and (3) the effects of PMR on students’ academic stress. This quantitative-based study used a quasi-experimental design and a non-equivalent control groups design. The sample of the study was 40 students of the eleventh grade identified with high level of academic stress. Data were collected through observation and academic stress scale, analyzed using descriptive analysis technique and statistics analysis techniques with paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. Results of the study show that (1) PMR was performed in accordance with the procedures; (2) students had high level of academic stress before performing PMR, but had low academic stress after performing PMR; and (3) PMR had a positive impact on students’ academic stress, meaning that it can be used to reduce academic stress in students.

Abstract

This study's objectives are 1) to determine the symptoms of students addicted to the Mobile Legends online game (MOBA). 2) to know the factors that influence students' addiction to the MOBA game. 3) to know the impact of addiction to the MOBA game on students. 4) Finding the role of self-management techniques to reduce MOBA game addiction. This research is qualitative with the type of case study research. The research subjects were two students who complained about the legendary mobile online game. The research instruments used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed 1) There are several symptoms of the students who are addicted to MOBA games; 2) Factors affecting students addicted to online games, namely: a) the existence of rewards, feedback on games b) reduce boredom c) eliminate stereotypes of loneliness d) social inability for addicted players e) low self-esteem and self-efficacy f) virtual environment. 3) The impact caused by online game addiction behaviour. 4) Efforts made by the teacher: a) Using an individual counselling approach, b) Conducting home visits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan konseling spiritual teistik dan peningkatan karakter temperance mahasiswa melalui konseling spiritual teistik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis quasi experimental design desain yang digunakan nonequivalent control group design terhadap 16 sampel yang merupakan kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok control dengan teknik sampling proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis parametrik dengan Uji T. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan tahapan pelaksanaan (1) Rational treatment; (2) Pengungkapan perilaku tentang karakter temperance; (3) Pengungkapan diri Spritual; (4) Konfrontasi dan Penaksiran; (5) Dorongan memaafkan dan berdamai; (6) Penguatan dan Bibliotherapy Keagamaan. Peningkatan Temperance mahasiswa terlihat dari hasil uji t-test diperoleh thitung; 6,65 dengan nilai Asymp Sig (2-Tailed):0.000 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 5% atau 0,05.(0,000<a(0,05).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas anak dalam pembelajaran sains menggunakan metode discovery di Taman Kanak-kanak Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Mario. Berdasarkan permasalahan dilihat ketika anak mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh gurunya seperti menyebutkan macam-macam warna, mewarnai gambar bulan, menghubungkan gambar dengan kata, anak terlihat takut memulai kegiatan tersebut, anak masih meniru apa yang dicontohkan oleh gurunya, anak cenderung meminta bantuan guru untuk mengerjakan tugasnya, ada anak yang tidak mau mengerjakan tugasnya, ketakuatan dan kurang tertarik. Jenis penelitian yang akan dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini 15 anak didik dan 1 guru. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, pengambilan kesimpulan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kreativitas anak di kelompok B Taman Kanak-kanak Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Mario kecamatan Camba Kabupaten Maros telah mengalami peningkatan melalui pembelajaran sains mengunakan metode discovery

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; gambaran tentang kebahagiaan siswa di sekolah; gambaran sumber kebahagiaan siswa dan seberapa sering siswa mengalaminya, serta mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara factor-faktor kebahagiaan dengan perasaan kebahagiaan siswa di sekolah.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggukana pendekatan korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa beberapa SMP di kota Makassar (SMPN 8, 13, 19) yang terdaftar pada tahun akademik 2020/2021 yang berada pada tingkatan kelas 8. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang dibuat secara online via google form. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis data deksriptif dan inferensial.Hasil penelitain ini diperoleh; Pada umumnya (62,33%) peserta didik merasa cukup bahagia dalam lingkungan sekolah, mereka memiliki emosi positif, merasa bermakna, memiliki hubungan social yang positif, dan merasa sukses atau berprestasi; Terdapat lima factor atau kondisi atau keadaan yang ada pada lingkungan sekolah yang dapat memunculkan perasaan kebahagiaan peserta didik adalah perlakuan guru baik di luar kelas maupun dalam kelas (dalam pembelajaran), hubungan dengan teman sebaya, aktiviotas belajar, dan kepemilikan materi (uang, pakaian, peralatan belajar; Terdapat hubungan positif yang berarti kondisi atau keadaan tertentu (secara keseluruhan) dengan perasaan kebahagiaan peserta didik. Semakin sering peserta didik mengalami keadaan positif di sekolah maka akan semakin menyebabkan siswaw mengalami perasaan kebahagiaan; Terdapat hubungan positif yang berarti dari masing-masing aspek dalam sumber kebahagiaan tersebut (perlakuan guru baik di luar kelas maupun dalam kelas (dalam pembelajaran), hubungan dengan teman sebaya, aktivitas belajar, dan kepemilikan materi (uang, pakaian, peralatan belajar)

Abstract

The objectives of this activity are: 1) To find out about BK teacher's general description of basic counseling skills. 2) find out the extent of the ability of non-BK teachers to apply the basics of counseling skills. 3) find out the influence of basic counseling skills training in increasing the ability of BK services in schools ?. The interpersonal communication skills training took place for one day on June 21, 2019 at SMAN 4 Pinrang Building. Followed by 47 people from BK counseling teachers in Pinrang Regency. Presentation of material Interpersonal communication skills training began with the opening of the Chairperson of the PC Abkin Pinrang, and to the District Education Office of Pinrang. Presentation of basic skills counseling material went well, the participants present were very enthusiastic in the activity, these various participants gave feedback questions on each presentation of material provided by the resource persons basic counseling skills. On that day the participants were given an introduction to the service activities about the purpose of implementing PKM basic skills counseling for BK BK BK teachers in Pinrang district. Participants in basic counseling skills get an overview of the basic basic counseling and how to implement counseling skills. In addition to knowing the data on the results of understanding and knowledge through the practice of interpersonal communication skills on participants, the results of the questionnaire analysis test are free test and post test. the results of filling out the questionnaire had a significant effect on increasing participants' understanding and knowledge. The percentage of the results of the implementation of this activity we can describe are: from the analysis results there is a mean score of understanding of interpersonal communication skills before training that is 23.12 and the magnitude of the mean value after training is 63.06, so there are differences in score scores before and after narrative counseling training by 39.94, an increase in the average percentage score of Participants before and after interpersonal communication skills training is 60%. This increase shows a significant difference, in the understanding and knowledge of BK teachers in Pinrang district, and it has a positive contribution in improving the ability of BK teachers in schools, especially interpersonal communication skills

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah Forum Anak Tamala’jua Hasanuddin (FAHASTA) Kabupaten Gowa. Masalahnya adalah:  (1) Masih kurangnya pemahaman anggota forum anak terkait life skill (ICT);  (2) Belum terampil dan menerapkan life skill dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun dalam membantu anggota forum anak Kab. Gowa; (3) Guru belum mengetahui strategi pelaksanaan bimbingan life skill bagi anggota Forum anak Tamala’jua Hasanuddin Kab. Gowa. Sasaran eksternal adalah Anggota Forum anak terampil melaksanakan bimbingan life skill sebagai peningkatan kemampuan anggota forum anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, praktek, tanya jawab, dan pendampingan praktik bimbingan life skill. Materi yang diberikan adalah identitas saya dan mengeskpresikan emosi, pubertas dan Kesehatan reproduksi, internet dan media social, berteman dan cinta serta perdamaian dan konflik. Disesi terakhir kegiatan peserta dilatih untuk simulasi mempraktekkan bimbingan life skill kepada anak yang ada di Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil PKM yaitu Dari lembar kerja yang dibagikan melalui google form kepada peserta tergambarkan bahwa hampir secara keseluruhan anggota forum anak 40% memiliki kemampuan memahami konsep life skill dan setelah pelatihan menjadi 85% kemudian 55% menjadi 80% anggota forum anak memahami cara melaksanakan pelatihan keterampilan hidup yang ada pada modul untuk pelatihan keseluruh anak yang ada di Kabupaten Gowa serta 80% cara melaksanakan pelatihan keterampilan hidup yang ada pada modul untuk pelatihan keseluruh anak yang ada. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam peningkatan kompetensi anggota forum anak Tamalaju’a Hasanuddin Kab. Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of 4c skills (communication, collaboration, and critical thinking through the skills of guidance and counselling teachers on implementing basic guidance and counselling services in Makassar City Junior High Schools. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design that aims to investigate the extent to which a variable is related to one or more variables. The research data were collected using research instruments, namely the BK teacher's 4C skill questionnaire and the implementation of basic guidance and counseling services which were distributed to 60 respondents of guidance and counseling teachers, this instrument has been tested for validity and reliability with confirmatory factor analysis, then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis using JASP statistical data. So the results of the research: 1) The description of the implementation of basic services has a high category, 2) The description of the 4C skills of BK teachers from critical thinking variables is in the high category, and creativity, collaboration, and communication are in the medium category, 3) Communication skills BK teacher communication and collaboration have a direct influence on the implementation of basic counselling services but indirectly through creativity, while critical thinking skills have no direct and indirect influence on the implementation of basic counselling services through creativity.
