ABSTRAK Air susu ibu merupakan nutrisi terbaik untuk bayi namun tidak semua ibu mampu memberikan ASI Eksklusive kepada bayinya. Pembatasan sosial selama pandemi virus corona (COVID-19) menimbulkan kekhawatiran dan stres bagi banyak orang tak terkecuali ibu menyusui. Selain itu adanya ancaman penularan virus membuat ibu merasa tidak nyaman dan stress sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kondisi kesehatan dan produksi ASI. Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu dan keluarga tentang upaya peningkatan kesehatan dan produksi ASI dimasa pandemic merupakan masalah mendasar yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusive yang berdampak terhadap kesehatan ibu dan bayi serta tumbuh kembang bayi disaat ini maupun dimasa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan ibu menyusui tentang upaya untuk menigkatkan kesehatan dan produksi ASI di masa pandemi. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan crossectional. Samppel sebanyak 57 responden yang diambil dengan tehnik concecutive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif yang menampilkan frekwensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hamper keseluruhan responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik tentang upaya untuk mneingkatkan kesehatan yaitu sebanyak 46 responden (80,7%) dan hamper keseluruhan responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baikntentang upaya meningkatkan produksi ASI yaitu sebanyak 48 responden (84,2%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan ibu menyusui tentang upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan produksi ASI berada pada kategori Baik. Kata Kunci: Ibu menyusui, produksi ASI, tingkat pengetahuan, upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan, ABSTRACT Breastmilk is the best nutrition for babies but not all mothers are able to give exclusive breastfeeding to their babies. Social restrictions during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic cause worry and stress for many people, including breastfeeding mothers. In addition, the threat of virus transmission makes mothers feel uncomfortable and stressed full and so that it affects health conditions and breastmilk production. Lack of knowledge of mothers and families about efforts to improve health and breastmilk production during a pandemic is a fundamental problem that can affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding which has an impact on the health of mothers and babies and the growth and development of babies now and in the future. This study aims to identify the level of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers about efforts to improve health and milk production during the pandemic. The design of this research is descriptive research with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 57 respondents was taken using a consecutive sampling technique. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics that display the frequency and percentage. The results showed that almost all respondents had a good level of knowledge about efforts to improve health, as many as 46 respondents (80.7%) and almost all respondents had a good level of knowledge about efforts to increase breast milk production, as many as 48 respondents (84.2%). The conclusion of this study is that the level of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers about efforts to improve health and milk production is in the Good category. Early initiation of breastfeeding is the right of every baby. The obligation for health workers who provide assistance during labor is giving early initiate breastfeeding. However, not all babies are given an IMD and not all health workers do this. The causes are the lack of motivation of health workers in implementing early initiation of breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of health workers in implementation early initiation of breastfeeding at RSUD Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. The research design used is quantitative with descriptive methods. The sample in this study amounted to 28 respondents with a total sampling technique. Instruments in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate. The results showed that the motivation of health workers in implementing Early Breastfeeding Initiation was in the "medium" category as much as 57.1%. Intrinsic motivation of health workers in the implementation of early breastfeeding initiation is mostly done, namely happy when the IMD is successful. Extrinsic motivation of health workers in the implementation of early breastfeeding initiation is mostly done by conducting IMD because there is a policy from the government. This research is expected to be used as input for health workers, especially midwives, in increasing motivation to provide early breastfeeding initiation.

Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia is only 42%. The low number of breast milk covers is due to the smooth production of breast milk. The smooth production of breast milk can be increased by various efforts, including maternal efforts. This research aims is to assess mothers' efforts to increase breast milk production. This research design is descriptif with crossectional design. The number of responden are 57 responden with total sampling. The results of this study represent the majority of mothers' efforts to increase breast milk production in the "less" category (64.9%) in Kebondalem Village. Efforts that have not been made by mothers during pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding, such as attending breastfeeding counseling and applying warm compresses to the breasts when they feel tight. The mother efforts that done during pregnancy are pregnancy exercise, consume vegetables that can improve breast milk produktion (lactogoge), also early breastfeeding initiation in childbirth periode and family support especially husband, psicological condition and comfort in post partum periode.

Covid-19 can attack all walks of life, including pregnant women. Pregnant women are one of the vulnerable groups at risk of being infected with COVID-19 because during pregnancy physiological changes occur which result in a partial decrease in immunity and can cause serious impacts for pregnant women. Lack of knowledge will have an impact on non-compliance of pregnant women in implementing health protocols so that they are vulnerable to contracting Covid-19. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the level of knowledge of pregnant women about 3M on adherence to the application of 3M during the pandemic. Design The design of this study was a descriptive correlational study with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 66 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The study used a knowledge level questionnaire and 3M implementation compliance. Analysis of the data using the analysis of Descriptive Statistics and Chi Square. The results of this study indicate that the average age of the respondents is 29 years, the average is the 2nd pregnancy, the education level of the majority of respondents is high school education as many as 43 respondents (65.2%) and the level of knowledge of pregnant women about 3M in the good category is as much as 48 respondents (72.7%) and compliance with 3M implementation in the obedient category were 59 respondents (89.4%). Conclusion There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women about 3M with adherence to the application of 3M during the pandemic (p = 0.01).

Bencana banjir tidak hanya berdampak pada rusaknya lingkungan, namun juga pada individu dan keluarga. Dampak bagi keluarga dapat berupa gangguan psikologis karena kehilangan kerabat dan juga memburuknya ekonomi keluarga. Peran masyarakat terutama keluarga sangat penting dalam upaya penyelamatan/ evakuasi mandiri saat terjadi bencana. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesiapsiagaan keluarga dalam melakukan evakuasi mandiri saat bencana banjir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif survey. Data dianalisis secara univariat dengan statistik deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala keluarga di Kelurahan Ngilir Kecamatan Kendal yang berjumlah 157 kepala keluarga, dengan teknik sampling proportionate random sampling. Alat penelitian menggunakan kuesioner kesiapsiagaan masyarakat menghadapi bencana banjir yang telah dilakukan uji validitas dengan r hitung berada pada rentang 0,468-0,786 (r table= 0,444) dan reliabilitas dengan nilai Alpha Cronbach=0,875. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa bahwa Kesiapsiagaan keluarga untuk melakukan evakuasi mandiri secara keseluruhan dalam kategori baik, aspek pembagian tugas dalam keluarga keseluruhan dalam ketegori baik (100%), dan masih terdapat aspek yang kurang baik sebesar 19,7% pada aspek keuangan dan jaminan kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesiapsiagaan keluarga untuk melakukan evakuasi mandiri secara keseluruhan dalam kategori baik.

Anemia is a condition in humans with a decrease in the amount of hemoglobin in red blood cells that is insufficient to meet physiological needs and reduce oxygen levels in the blood. Lack of knowledge about nutrition is one of the most significant reasons for nutritional problems and consequently improper nutrition practices can lead to various complications that occur such as anemia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutrition education on anemia on the level of knowledge of adolescent girls in Masaran village, Sragen.This study uses a True experimental research design with Pretest and Posttest Control Group Design. The population is all young women in the Masaran Village, Sragen with a sample technique using purposive sampling, totaling 40 respondents. Data analysis using Univariate analysis and Bivariate analysis using t-test. Based on the average value of knowledge in the control group was 63.75 and the average value of knowledge in the intervention group was 85.50. Bivariate analysis with statistical test results using the t-test was carried out, the results obtained p value of 0.000.This study has the effect of differences in knowledge about anemia in adolescent girls before and after being given anemia nutrition education.

Adolescence is a transition from puberty to adulthood. This period, there will be many changes either physical, psychological, or social that teenagers will experience one of them is Menarche. Mental readiness is urgently needed in the face of menarche due to anxiety and fear of appearing, and indispensable knowledge of self-care during menstruation. The purpose of this research is to know the characteristics and readiness of adolescents in the face of menarche in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The type of research method used is descriptive survey. The population in this study was 45 pegandon junior high school students. Proportional sampling technique. Data analysis is done with statistics deskriftiv. The results of the student readiness study with less than 75.6%, and the readiness category in the good category as much as 24.4% of respondents. It is expected that health officials will further improve the implementation of health promotion activities especially in adolescents about the onses of menstruation so that teenagers are better prepared in the face of menarche.
