Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Naroco Majapahit Semarang. The research location at PT. Naroco Majapahit Semarang, with a sample size of 90 respondents. The sampling method used is the census method. The analysis tool used is multiple regression, as for testing the hypothesis using the level of sig <0.05. Data collection by measurement using a Likert scale 5 (five) alternative answers. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Semarang Regional Operation Unit Center. This study also aims to jointly find out the effects of the three independent variables on the dependent variable, and to find out which variables are the most dominant influence among the three independent variables on the dependent variable. This type of research uses quantitative research, with a population of 88 employees. Data collection using questionnaires with census samples. Based on the calculation of SPSS 21 in this study shows that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Whereas the Organizational Commitment variable and Job Satisfaction variable have no significant effect on Employee Performance. The coefficient of determination obtained value of 0.273 which means that transformational leadership variables, organizational commitment and job satisfaction can explain employee performance by 27.3% and the remainder is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation, work environment and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT KAI DAOP IV Semarang. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with a period of 2013. The relationship and / or influence between variables is explained using multiple regression analysis methods. The results showed that transformational leadership, work motivation and work environment had a significant positive effect on employee performance in the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance of Semarang City Land Office. The population in this study is the Employee of the Land Office of Semarang are still active a total of 219 people. The sample in this study as many as 69 people. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Leadership positive and significant influence on employee performance. Motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of discipline, competence and work culture on the performance of nurses inpatient unit of the General Hospital of Salatiga City. The sampling technique of this study was by using a saturated sample which. 130 people. Data completion technique using questionnaire. Cronbach alpha, using multiple linear regression analysis for the partial purpose of each independent variable to the related variables. Classic cropping test by conducting multicollinearity test, heteroskedatisitas test and auto test. The results of his research are: (1) Discipline has a negative effect on the performance of nurses. Abstract

This study aimed to assess the appropriateness of the dairy cattle business as an investment alternative, the role of the dairy cattle business in increasing farmers' income and the constraints that need to be solved in the beef cattle business. The study object is the dairy farmers in the district Getasan Semarang District. Required data obtained by questionnaires and interviews. For an analysis of the economic value of dairy cows performed by economic profitability, net pressent Value, Risk business benefits for the community. Economically business less profitable dairy cows. Farmer income from the business is relatively small. This condition is exacerbated by the high business risk cattle, characterized by sensitivity obtained keuntungaan farmers to changes in costs. The main cause is the small income market srtuktur cow's milk tend to be monopolistic. Keywords: Economic Value

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari paper ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen rantai pasokan (Supply ChainManagement) dan prioritas bersaing terhadap kinerja produksi pada UMKM Batik Pekalongan. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode kuantitatif survei dan data dikumpulkan dari 100 perusahaan UMKM Batik diPekalongan. Instrumen survei digunakan untuk mencoba mengukur persepsi manajer produksi senior ataumanajer SCM tentang implementasi kinerja produksi di dalam perusahaan tersebut. Hasilnya SCM memilikipengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja produksi dengan nilai beta 0,237 dan nilai probabilitassignifikansi 0,005. Demikian juga prioritas bersaing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjaproduksi dengan nilai beta 0,284 dan tingkat probabilitas sebesar 0,001. Demikian juga uji hipotesis keduavariabel SCM dan prioritas bersaing keduanya diterima dengan prioritas bersaing lebih dominan dibandingkandengan SCM.

Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to determine the effect of motivation on performance, the effect of work discipline on performance, whether organizational culture moderates the influence of motivation on performance and whether organizational culture moderates discipline on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council of Central Java Province. This research is an associative research with multiple regression analysis techniques. The study population numbered 186 respondents with a random sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents determined by the Slovin formula. The results showed that motivation had a significant positive effect on performance, work discipline had a significant positive effect on performance, organizational culture moderated the influence of motivation on performance and organizational culture moderated the effect of work discipline on performance at the Central Java Provincial Secretariat. The implication that can be utilized from the results of this study is that it can be used as input for the Secretariat of the Regional Representatives Council of Central Java Province. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 186 responden dengan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden yang ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, budaya organisasi memoderasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja dan budaya organisasi memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Implikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah dapat dijadikan masukan bagi Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah.dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the results of SCM performance measurement with the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) approach at Batik SMEs in Indonesia. The steps in this research are the creation of a hierarchy of variables in SCOR, namely Plan, Source, Make, Delivery, and Return. From these variables derived into dimensions, namely, Reliability, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Cost, and Assets. The variables and dimensions are adjusted to the condition of the company which is then carried out to measure the company's SCM performance. Then the benchmarks are made in the measurement by way of Key Performance Indicator identification (KPI). The next step is to normalize Snorm De Boer which functions to equalize the KPI values. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is carried out next to assist in determining the priority of existing criteria. The results of the measurement of SCM performance in Batik SMEs in Indonesia from 24 KPI and produce the highest performance value in the Make process of 30.74 while the lowest value is a Return of 6.33. The company's SCM performance value is 89.08. This value indicates that the company's SCM performance achievement is classified as Excellent.Keywords- Key Performance Indicator, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Supply Chain Management, and Supply Chain Operation Reference

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine and analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Social Capital as the intervening variable. The sampling technique used is a census with 101 people as respondents. The instrument test was carried out through validity and reliability tests. The result is that all indicators in each variable are declared valid, and all variables are reliable. By using multiple linear regression model, five hypotheses were tested with the following results, 1) transformational leadership has a positive effect on social capital, 2) employee engagement has a positive effect on social capital, 3) transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 4) employee engagement has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and 5) social capital has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The indirect effect test was conducted through the Sobel test, the results of which showed that social capital was significantly able to become an intervening variable on the influence of transformational leadership and employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior.
